I am currently staying in room 102 and I have to say I am very impressed. It is very clean and spacious. The bed is absolutely massive. Nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a coffee making facility, however, no kettle. The safe and mini bar are free to use. The decking area is lovely, and the little pool at the end of the decking is really nice. I would definitely stay here again as this is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in.

Came here with friends , first thing I noticed was how clean it was rooms were large airy & clean nice size bathroom & balcony overlooking the beach . The entertainment of what we seen was not for our age group more for the older generation breakfast was absolutely beautiful plenty of selection from fried to fruit , pastries, porridge etc. plenty of choice on drinks. Staff were very professional and nice it was a very pleasant stay & would stay again.

Beautiful hotel very clean, very friendly staff right on the beach front great choice of drinks food was very good breakfast loads to choose from and very nice. Would definitely go there again have already recommended to family and friends

Desde su imponente terraza, el mar azul se fusiona con el cielo en un horizonte eterno que invita a soñar. El servicio es simplemente magnífico, cada miembro del personal es un anfitrión dispuesto a hacer de cada momento una experiencia inolvidable. Especial mención merece el chef, un artista culinario que nos deleitó con un buffet que es una obra maestra culinaria, un deleite para la vista y el paladar. Una sinfonía de colores y sabores se despliega ante nosotros, invitándonos a un festín de sensaciones. Desde exquisitas carnes y pescados frescos hasta delicadas ensaladas de la huerta, cada bocado es un homenaje a la buena mesa.

Central location on the sea front so perfect to vary the day between old town and new town. Hotel was impeccably clean, staff were perfectly polite and the room was fantastic. We’ll certainly come back, it’s the nicest we’ve stayed in in Benidorm. Food choice in the restaurant was limited but it’s not a huge hotel so we didn’t expect a buffet the size you’d get in the massive 500 room places. It was good food though and the best thing about the place was the peace and quiet. Mainly older people and only one child in the whole place, very nice indeed.

Staying here at moment…for some it may suit but not for me. For 4* I wouldn’t rate this hotel. We have been to a few hotels in Benidorm (presidente, don ponche, servo group and this is the worst. Paper cups in room for coffee/tea then once used not replenished, ended up buying a cup from shop. Food below average. Breakfast luk warm. Evening meal not much choice, salad bar very minimal, nothing checked or replenished. Paper napkins and paper table cloths. Call me fussy but other hotels don’t operate like this. Charge 5euros a day to park / charge a mobility scooter. Oh well a bed is a bed but at this price I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again .

Tuvimos la tremenda satisfacción de cenar y bailar el 17 febrero 2024 en el Hotel Cimbel de Benidorm. Noche de San Valentín. Una cena exquisita con camareros muy amables y la música del maravilloso Dúo Ipanema Susana y Julio. Volveremos a otros eventos en este hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas. Great location, very quiet in the night. The hotel itself is quite with more of an older clientele. Spotlessly clean. Can be a bit of a wait for the lifts during busier times of the day. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a good selection. Special mention to P Fresneda on the bar for his great gin advice and also to Chari on reception who was so helpful but all staff are lovely. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and would highly recommend.
