Apartamentos Avenida

Fantastic stay in the heart of the old town. The location is superb, 2 minutes walk to the beach, with an array of shops, bars and restaurants within footsteps of the door. Good breakfast at the 4* sister hotel opposite with access to their pool etc too. The apartment was dated (didn’t mind!) but clean, tidy and with everything you need, including a large fridge freezer and cooking facilities. On the small side but plenty big enough for the two of us. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely few days!

I was very happy with the apartment it was in a great location spacious very clean a huge balcony I have been to the Hotel before so I thought I’d give the apartments a try glad I did the only drawback the beds could be better but overall it’s very good value and as mentioned the staff are really great and work very efficiently. the food has a very good selection at all meals. I must give a special mention to Lucien on the hotel reception who did go the extra mile he’s an asset to the Hotel was a great help when I took sick and needed to find a doctor a very nice man indeed I will definitely be back .

The Avenida Apartnents are perfectly situated in Benidorm’s old town. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful both those on reception and those on the cleaning staff. Although the apartments are basic and could benefit from a touch up they are sufficient for a good stay in Benidorm. They are spotlessly clean and the towels are changed regularly. All in all a good place to stay of your don’t want to be too near the huddle and buddies of the busy resort.

First Class - 100% staff and accommodation, extremely helpful. We arrived earlier than planned and they made arrangements to help us. The cleaning staff were also amazing and made sure we had clean sheets and towels as we needed. Reception staff were so helpful and courteous.

I went for a solo trip last month and chose here due to its fab location. I did email in advance asking for a top floor room with a street view but I got neither which was a bit frustrating. Pros Brilliant location, in the heart of everything in the old town The apartments are very spacious, loads of room The beds are surprisingly comfy Cons The walls are very thin and you can actually hear conversations in other rooms They rooms are very dated, especially the bathroom. While the staff weren't unhelpful I didn't find them too friendly either Paying 100 euros deposit seems very steep. Overall its fine and if you want a cheap and cheerful stay in a great location you can't go wrong. If you want a bit more luxury you may want to pay more and stay somewhere else.

Its certainly plain and simple but that's all we were expecting for the price we paid. Had everything you need, Rooms are a little dated and the beds are not the most comfortable but certainly not the worst. Rooms are spacious, we had 2 bedrooms that were a decent size. Air Con wasn't great and kicked out a lot of dirt and dust so we stopped using it. Walls are very thin so it can sometimes get a bit noisy. Perfect location for the old town and Beach. Don't book if your expecting 58, you get what you pay for. Pros - Cheep, cheerful, good location. Cons - Noisy, Dated.

Went for a long weekend and chose these apartments as part of the package. We got a 3rd floor room - as we had requested a higher room with a street view too. There were 2 of us and we really pleased with our 2 bed 2 bath apartment. It was so spacious. It was clean too. As others have said furnishings are a bit dated but the staff are friendly and welcoming and the apartments are clean so we were content. Our only slight issue was the street noise as I like the window open as I’m always hot so bring earplugs - we did so wasn’t a big problem. Both bedroom doors rattled when closed during the night so they had to remain ajar as we could hear the rattling through our earplugs. My friend thought the people upstairs were having a very goofy time and that the headboard was banging - she didn’t realise it was her bedroom door! 😂😂

We are here at the moment and awaiting a room change. We are here for 2 weeks and our balcony faces a brick wall. The apartment is very basic and outdated but has everything we need except a hairdryer but can easily purchase one. The bed mattress is one of those very cheap ones where you can feel the springs. Yes you get what you pay for, I get that but just a few small changes would make these apartments much more appealing.

Well situated apartments in the old town. Very clean and spacious if a little dated. Staff very friendly. Only gripe is that the bathrooms seriously need updating, very tired with a shower over the bath and inadequate shower curtain. Although the shower was powerful it was fed by a water tank which meant we had to stagger having a shower (3 ladies) as it took over an hour to reheat. Some of the kitchen equipment needs replacing but there was everything we needed. Breakfast at the sister hotel was good , plenty of choice but feel the hot selection could be more varied. Overall a very pleasant stay and value for money, some really noisy guests late at night but not the fault of the accomodation itself. Would return based on the space of the apartments and in the hope that some work may be planned for the bathrooms.
