My husband, 3 year old and I stayed here for a week with our friends who were also a couple with a 4 year old and had the best holiday. The food was outstanding, very tasty and the youngsters, who would normally be fussy was eating it and enjoying it. The hotel itself was very clean and rooms cleaned efficiently and to a high standard the same time every day so you knew when to vacate although they're happy doing it with you there. Reception and staff very polite. My son lost his favourite ball 15 mins before the coach picked us up to go to the airport, after speaking to reception and leaving them some euros, the ball arrived on our doorstep 2 weeks later - outstanding service. My son was over the moon! Would definitely stay here again, thank you all for making our holiday unforgettable!

I’m basing my review bearing in mind the cost , please don’t expect an ultra modern , up to date hotel , but for the cost I couldn’t fault it , clean and well managed

Reception was good very polite and helpful. We arrived late and was told that a small 2 course meal was provided. That's the good bit over. The rooms are dated and very run down, the aircon/heating didn't work, there was no fridge. The ceiling near the for looked like they had had a floor from the room above. The bathroom was small and out of the ark. Even to the point you had a shower curtain that had seen better days. Food wasn't much better scrambled eggs dripping in butter was about the only thing worth having. Everything else was swimming in oil. Lunch: ushered in and told where to sit even though there was empty set tables in the window, but they was for the Spanish guests who where king. That I understand but you are in the hospitality industry so please show the respect to everyone not just few. We was sat at a table in a row. The restaurant manager walked past, spoke to everyone except us. Rude very comes into mind. The food was ok 2 main choices of meat, but if your a vegetarian your living on salad as was my sons girlfriend. If your british please think twice about coming here, there are some very nice hotels in Benidorm, ok you may have to pay a little extra but it's well worth it.

El hotel Mont Park de 3 estrellas y 7 plantas en Benidorm está situado al final de la Playa de Levante, en la zona del Rincón de Loix. Para llegar al edificio hay que superar una pequeña cuesta de unos 200 metros, que supone un esfuerzo para las personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad. La distancia a la playa es de unos 350 metros. Los servicios e instalaciones del hotel son los adecuados a su categoría, es decir, no tiene lujos como gimnasio o piscina y jacuzzi climatizados, pero si salón de juegos, de baile, cafetería y piscina de verano. Dispone de solo un ascensor para los clientes y otro estrecho para el personal, lo cual provoca quejas de esperas, si bien es verdad que hay clientes con espíritu poco deportivo que necesitan tomarlo para bajar una o dos plantas. Las habitaciones son normales, pero la televisión plana en la pared es demasiado pequeña, cuesta leer desde la cama los subtítulos o la programación. El bufet no es amplio, pero la comida está sabrosa, destacando sobre todo las paellas y los consomés y cremas, por lo tanto, felicito al equipo de cocina porque con poco presupuesto hacen maravillas. En las comidas extra de Nochebuena, Navidad y Nochevieja, el régimen de pensión completa solo incluía el agua y vino, faltando el detalle de incluir la cerveza o refrescos. Mi mujer tiene un problema de intolerancias alimentarias que le limita muchísimo en las comidas, por lo cual al llegar se lo expusimos al maitre José Luis y a su auxiliar Yensi, los cuales se involucraron para hacer más agradable nuestra estancia. Queremos agradecer la empatía y profesionalidad demostrada por ambos, así como a Julián de Recepción por su disposición con los clientes. Respecto a la animación nocturna era algo flojita, su bien, eso depende de las expectativas de cada uno. En definitiva, es un hotel funcional, sin lujos, donde destaca la valía y simpatía del personal.

Hotel muy familiar, no tiene muchos lujos pero suficiente para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. El buffet no es muy extenso aunque la comida es casera y esta muy Rica... Cocido, callos, codillo al horno, langostinos.... Sin duda calidad precio excepcional

My sister and I have stayed here for the 7th time , for 12 nights As always it was outstanding from the food to the service we received . On arrival we were checked in by Miguel who happily changed our room as we wanted one on a higher floor. Joseph and Jimsi and all the dining roam staff looked after us very well . The food was very good and varied . The pool area was spotless and there was no stampede for sun loungers. All public areas especially the lift and toilets were cleaned constantly . Our bed linen was changed 3 times in the 12 days we were there .. The bathroom and towels were spotless . Over the years this hotel is catering for other European guests. In all we have no complains and will be returning next year . Thank you to all the staff
