The best time ever. From the minute we arrived which was late, check-in, apartment was lovely. So glad we got the seafront view. All staff were lovely. Very handy having the restaurant downstairs. View from the roof terrace fab. Definitely we would stay again or recommend friends & family to stay there

Perfecte ligging , strand , parkje en haven voor de deur , pal naast het oude centrum, prachtig uitzicht vanaf balkon , 4e verdieping voorzijde . Personeel hotel beste wat ik ooit heb meegemaakt in Spanje , super vriendelijk en staan gelijk voor je klaar ,vooral Patricia is top. Dit in tegenstelling van de obers naastgelegen milord's cafetaria , wat een onbeschofte medewerkers zijn dat , staan tegen hun zin te werken , mogen inderdaad een cursus klant gast- vriendelijkheid volgen .

Nos encanto, todo el servicio de 10, todos los recepcionistas muy amables y los camareros muy atentos y la limpieza muy bien, el apartamento tiene de todo la estar durante mucho tiempo. El apartamento genial y las vistas excepcionales. Sin duda que volveremos

Voy a ser muy breve,teníamos una reserva pero a 3 días de nuestro viaje ,mi marido pilla el COVID-19 llamo al hotel y me piden un informe y el resultado se lo mando por wassap y me contestan que no pueden guardar la reserva para otro momento. En definitiva pierdo el dinero Poca empatía o nula. Desde luego no nos verán por ahí.

Very clean receptionist are lovely flory and Patricia are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, and the cafe outside sells amazing cakes 🧁 fantastic location right at the end of the old town

Had a great stay just disappointed of not having a balcony ( comes at an extra cost) rooms clean , staff very friendly great location too, didn’t enjoy breakfast sausages were horrible, bathrooms come with bath and shower and hairdryer.

Have just returned from a week at the apartments and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Had room 403, which has a sea view from the balcony, and where you can spend time chilling out and people watching when the sun gets a bit too much. Ideal location in the Old Town, but close enough to the New Town to allow quick and easy access. All of the staff were particularly friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception with the dark hair and glasses, whose name I never found out. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, & have all the facilities required, including those who prefer self catering. Having only recently discovered the attractions of Benidorm, I will definitely return and Milord's Suites is where I'll stay.

Stayed here for 6 days myself and my Mother. The apartments are very clean spacious and cooking facilities are a bonus. The staff the whole team were very pleasant and helpful. The location is directly next to Pointe beach 50 meter away so close to Old Town shops etc. taxi rank directly outside on the road to your right if you want to venture to New Town. However if your fit it’s easy walk. . The views from the roof terrace are amazing where you can sun launch in the sun trap. Just note when you book if you want a sea view you have to be specific. Cannot fault the apartments or the staff. I will defiantly be staying again. Well done Milordes.

The apartments are in a privileged location, very well equipped, and super clean. Reasonable price.......and good attention.Only one downside.......those facing the street deserve a light for the little terrace ......but very poorly soundproofed. At night until dawn, you can hear everything as if you were inside the house......a lot of noise from the street, which would be avoided with double glazing. The rest is very good
