Lovely big room very spacious and clean- pool side and restaurant very busy and could be quite chaotic on times. Enjoyed our stay but would probably pick something a bit quieter next time

Great stay. Fairly central to town and beach. Facilities where good although pool was closed and room looked out onto a noisy building site to the rear. Close to local pupluc transport and plenty of parking.

The hotel was great .. i was all inclusive .. in a double room ..
the food was really nice .. good selection for breakfast lunch and dinner .. could be a bit more fruit ..
entertainment wasnt as good as last time but it is understandable as not so many guests
The staff were brilliant , very helpful and friendly , the entertainment team were excellent !
The room was very spacious , clean and warm , kettle supplied with selection of tea and coffee , uk tv and nice balcony .
The price was good for 2 people but i was on my own and did not get a discount .. it would have been brilliant if there was a single person discount

Although Spain has new regulations regarding Aircon systems being on, the law says that tourist rooms are regarded as private and as such air con units are allowed to operate at normal temps. We were on the 20 floor and the heat in the rooms was so unbearable at night but apparently the whole hotel had to stick to Aircon not dropping below 27 Deg Celsius.

Just arrived back from a lovely holiday with my daughter and my mum. Quick check in, room was ready upon arrived and was clean and fresh daily. Dove Soap, shower gel and shampoo provided. Food was amazing, great choice, different meats each day and was always hot. Drinks were good quality for an all inclusive. Snack bar had a good choice of food and drinks. Entertainment was good and staff worked hard (was inside in May) Plenty of sun beds available however could have done with more of the adjustable ones. We were often surrounded by smokers around the pool which at times wasn’t pleasant - I believe there should be a designated smoking area. Bar staff work very hard but I did notice some of them don’t seem to be as friendly as other places Iv been. We had some photos done by the photographers who are nice enough but abit pushy and are not cheap so beware before getting ****** into t this. My daughter had her hair braided by the African lady who is there on an evening 7-11pm she was great. Overall this is one of the best all inclusives I have been to and will definitely return again.

We have just got back yesterday after visiting the hotel . The rooms were lovely nice size pool and arcade for children . There is a good selection of food to suit everyone and the pool bar have a great snack selection hotdogs , nuggets , chips , toasties . Staff really friendly and helpful and tui staff were amazing . Only downsides we were on floor 16 and there was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom every night seemed worse we had to close the door. Also there’s a really bad sickness going around the hotel at the moment we met lots of people with it . There were sanitising stations but only the ones by restraunt had sanitiser in . Unfortunately despite our best efforts our 6 year old contracted it on friday and was really poorly with it and still is . We are now home but me and my little girl have now got it . We met so many families who had contracted it during our stay . (Apparently it’s going around the whole resort ) but would just like to warn people as our last 2 days were ruined by it . The staff however were lovely in helping us the best they could to find pharmacy’s etc .. so can’t fault the staff . But the problem needs resolving/ at least warnings or advice given to people on visiting to help prevent the spread .

Hoewel het op zich een goed hotel is waar het personeel echt z’n best doet, was het voor ons een zeer vervelende ervaring. Dit lag volledig aan de andere gasten. 90% van de gasten waren luidruchtig, slordig, bruut en arrogant. Je kon nergens rust vinden want er was altijd wel iemand aan het roepen. Ze laten afval overal rondslingeren. Er wordt geduwd aan het buffet en eten wordt gewoon vlak voor je neus weggegrist. Om dan nog niet te spreken van het eten dat ze overal laten rondslingeren. Rust op je kamer vinden is moeilijk. De muren zijn vrij dun, wat normaal geen probleem zou zijn, mochten de gasten rekening houden met elkaar. Het buffet is aangepast aan de ‘Engelse gast’. Hierdoor hadden wij het soms moeilijk om goed te eten. Veel van het eten was wel lekker maar enorm vet en totaal niet Spaans. Dus een tip voor het hotel is om gezondere voeding te voorzien. Verder geven wij graag een pluim aan poetsvrouw Monica voor de zorg waarmee ze ons hielp toen ons kindje ziek werd.

Excellent all round hotel , rooms spacious and well kept . Hotel in good condition & well maintained. Food was good with plenty on offer. Pool was bloody freezing 🤣… entertainment for our 7yr old granddaughter was good with Kids clubs on offer as well as an entertaining Kids Disco every evening that she enjoyed. In general the evening entertainment was good. Would definitely return.

Ideal hotel for children. The bar area and open plan foyer have a jungle theme with life-sized animals and 'noises'! Nice pool area. Good sized rooms and although they were a little 'worn' we were happy enough. The hotel has a big turnover of guests every week. Great maid service Plenty of food choices. We stayed classic all inclusive (not the club option). It was our second stay and we felt it was vfm so all good 👍🏻
