Apartamentos la Era Park

Apartments were basic but clean and cheerful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, and the beach.

Had a great 2 weeks at the La ERA park... lovely clean room . everything we needed. Good bed lovely large balcony.. Staff are so friendly booking taxis for us.good cooked breakfast.for £7. Pool area is great.bar everything you need.no problem.. kitchen everything for self catering...We are in our 80s..and enjoyed seeing the young ones having a great time .slight incline.to the apartments. .great supermarket just around the corner .. Would definitely recommend the apartments and hope to see you again Thanks Cath and John Dibble.

Upon arrival we were given a free upgrade to a top floor apartment with stunning views across the sea. The rooms (one living room/kitchen, one bedroom and a shower room) were spacious, bright, clean and stylish with two flat screen televisions. The kitchen included a fridge, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. The shower room had a large wall mirror and large walk in shower with easily enough room for two people. Our room had a large balcony. Our friends (who were given the room next door, again as a free upgrade) didn’t have a balcony but did have two bedrooms and two shower rooms - they were glad not to have a balcony as one of them has vertigo. I’m conscious my experience will have been heavily influenced by the free upgrade, but I can only say the apartment was amazing value for what we paid. The staff were all really friendly too. As others have noted, there did seem to be a fair few stag and hen do parties, but other than passing them briefly in the foyer it wasn’t a problem for us - no noise at night. In general, the guests could be described as (seemingly mostly northern) traditional British working class - when we arrived, all the ladies were sat on one side of the pool tanning (burning!) in virtual silence while the men chatted and laughed loudly on the other side, drinking beer and smoking. The smoking and distinct gender split made me think I’d landed in the 1970s! They were all harmless enough though, and we had at least one lovely impromptu chat in the lift. Overall, a reminder that there are parts of the UK that are very different from London. Location wise, the apartments are brilliant - only a short walk from the old town and the sea. On the way to the old town there is a fantastic bakery that does great coffee - perfect for breakfast! Only two mins walk away from the apartments there is also a large supermarket which is well worth a visit - we bought a range of bread, fruit, veggies and chocolate, all of which were delicious - makes you realise just how poor quality and tasteless supermarket produce can be in the UK! The apartments are on a slight hill which may be a challenge for older/disabled people, but for me as a relatively fit 40-something it was fine. So in summary - for what we paid and the rooms we got - yes, I would definitely recommend. If you want a luxury hotel with all the trimmings and comfortable communal areas this won’t be for you. But if you want great value self-catering close to the old town, it’s ideal.

Approximately 20 of us stayed at La Era Park apartments on this trip. The rooms are basic but clean so do serve their purpose. The apartments are located near to the old town of Benidorm, so it’s about 10-15 minute walk to get to where the main bars and clubs are on the *****. If you are after somewhere quiet and relaxed I would avoid, as it is mostly large groups that seem to be staying here at the same time as us. In summary, basic, clean, noisy, large groups, distant to the *****.

Great hotel and great staff receptionist was more than helpful with pick up points and getting taxis would highly recommend booking, The hotel in general was very clean even the staff would chat to you to make u feel more welcome highly recommend

Stayed here years ago so knew what to expect.spotless apartment with large balcony and everything you need self catering.3 of us stayed for 4 nights and no complaints,yes a bit of noise but people are on holiday enjoying themselves.staff were all very helpful.would definitely return

Having booked a month stay with jet 2 I heard that it catered for stag and hen parties I was categorically told by jet 2 customer service that this wasn't the case On arrival the staff we very good After a couple of nights the noise till 4 or 5 in the morning was horrendous I contacted jet 2 who said they would try and move us After contact from them for a couple of days I was told they would keep looking We are now in our 4th week and still in the god awful place The only good things are the staff are very helpful,the location is great. This wasn't a cheap holiday so can't blame that. I would avoid this place like the plague Unfortunately still have another week to put up with.

Arrived on the Saturday night ahead of a hen party joining us there the following day. We were met on arrival by the wonderful Cristina who was an absolute dream. So welcoming, sweet and lovely. Gave us all the info we needed on the area, recommended where we could find food and drinks at that time of night and pointed us in the right direction to see the sights in the morning. Apartments are basic which we expected, however, pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. Everything spotless, beds comfortable enough and shower pressure was brilliant! We had a great view from the huge balcony too which was a bonus (5th floor and above seems to do the trick!!) Location was great - a little further out from the new town / ***** than we realised but still only a 10 min walk or so. It is uphill part of the way back though so be aware of that if anyone has any mobility issues Bar staff lovely - in fact every member of staff we encountered were super sweet. HUGE love for our Cristina though - an absolute gem of an employee. We will be back again to explore some more, this is a great, low cost base to use when seeing all Benidorm has to offer. I was a little worried about staying at the hotel, but it totally proved me wrong. Got a great deal through Jet2. Messaged the hotel and paid for a really cheap upgrade. We arrived at the hotel early and Angela on reception was fantastic. Sorted the room and was so helpful. Room was totally clean and more than I expected. View were amazing with a really big balcony. When we left for the evening, I asked for extra pillows and a hair dryer, which were all in the room when I returned. Location was great for old and new benidorm. Would return again.
