Estuvimos cenando en el restaurante del hotel "Llum del Mar", es un sitio espectacular, Las vistas son demasiado bonitas pero lo mejor de todo es el servicio y la comida, a la par. Nos trataron con cariño y simpatía y no tenemos palabras para agradecer su acogida. El chef es una maravilla. Sin lugar a duda volveremos.

Fenomenal experiencia en general. Ubicación inmejorable con vistas al mar, excelente cocina, limpieza y desde que llegas atención de 10. Angie nos atendió de lujo, solucionando todas nuestras cuestiones con rapidez y eficacia. En cuánto a puntos a mejorar destacaría dos que me han hecho dudar de dar o no las 5 estrellas: 1.- El parking, muy difícil de llegar al hotel ni con Google Maps, y al final tuvimos que llamar para que vinieran por nosotros. Menos mal que vino Juan Carlos muy amable a rescatarnos. Deberían de tener un acuerdo con el ayuntamiento o parking cercano. 2.- Los camareros/as lentos e ineficientes. Salvo Eric (una joya) el resto se les veía muy perdidos, lentos y cometieron varios errores en la comanda al menos con nosotros. Con Eric perfecto, sin él no había día sin inconvenientes. Espero que mejoren estos aspectos en un futuro.

El servicio de recepción y de habitaciones de 10. Maravilloso las notas manuscritas dándonos la bienvenida y el detalle en la habitación con cava impresionante. En los desayunos yo mejoraría porque el servicio le falta experiencia y eso se nota. La cesta central debería haber 2 cosas de cada para no tener que compartir o pedir más al servicio. Las vistas son insuperables aunque nos haya llovido. Repetiré sin duda. Gracias por tratarnos como si fuéramos especiales.

Just a perfect place to stay. Right in the heart of the old town with uninterrupted sea views. What really makes the place is the staff, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and the small roof terrace and pool great

Excelente servicio tanto por los trabajadores de cocina con el Chef Jehu a la cabeza como en sala con la metre Ana. Todo maravilloso el menú degustación de atún una pasada todo buenísimo para repetir . Muchísimas muchísimas gracias. 14 platos al cual mejor

Came here for the second time. First time was 5 years ago.Can only say that the service last time was great, this time is was fantastic! The staff are the biggest asset to this lovely hotel. We were celebrating my daughter’s and boyfriend’s birthday. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. They make this beautiful hotel even more memorable! From reception to the restaurant, just great! The breakfast here is unbelievable! See you all again, you are all so deserving of a great review. On behalf of myself and family. Thankyou.xx

An Amazing hotel centred on high expectations from the staff to the beautiful room and spa area. 2nd trip and will be making another soon The hotel is in a quiet yet busy area of the old town with plentiful tapas bars and a minute walk to the beach
