Just back from the Prez after a 7 days of wall to wall sun.Our 1st time in this hotel & nothing to complain about'and i tried'.Rooms clean,plenty of hot water,rainfall shower,huge bed,ours was 6'6 across.Food mmm,plenty of choice but a bit samey after 4 days.€2 a beer all afternoon around the very nice and safe pool.Nice staff especially in the dining room where the beer n wine are great value..shoutout to Anton. Negatives,lack of storage,only 2 drawers & those horrible hangers just in reach. All in all 9/10 Top tip..if you are travelling back early doors order a packed lunch the day before.

Perfect hotel .. we face street like people watching.. our choice.. rooms nice spotless.. staff so friendly and helpfull.. food very good English bacon plenty of choice .. bar downstairs have brilliant entertainment every night .. plenty bars nearby too Returning in September

Clean modern, friendly. Well located. Clean. Cheap bar. Good entertainment. Couldn’t ask for more. Great room. Delighted overal and would definitely revisit. Room was very modern, new and spotless. Reception area and staff really good.

Just stayed at the presidente hotel for two weeks I must say what a great hotel having traveled all over the world. This is a fabulous hotel with easy access to all main shows. The food was excellent . the rooms very clean and well maintained . Fabulous pool area sun all day. All the staff amazing and very friendly. Definitely will stay again.

This was our 2nd stay as we stayed same time last year..check in was superb and fast and receptionist very friendly...we stayed in room 228 at front of hotel facing gold arcos and royal arrow and never once were we kept awake at night no problems at all.the cleaner was poor as I noticed a mark on patio table that was never cleaned and balcony floor never mopped..pool area very good entertainment very good hotel clean ..we had to cut short our stay and the reception man was excellent..he said he'd keep our room on incase flight cancelled or big delay..excellent service ..we will without doubt be back again soon

Stayed for one week rooms well appointed cleaned every day slightly disappointed that they charge €20 for room safe having given them £800 for the week onto breakfast plenty to choose from even have back bacon however the lady doing the omelettes drowned the omelet in salt it was that bad I couldn’t eat it didn’t have one the rest of the week onto the evening buffet it was ok lots of pork fish it was nice to be fair nice selection of desserts I would return however we do much prefer the don pancho stayed there many times and food much better so all in all a nice hotel would return but only on a b+b basis

Check in was relatively quick as there were 2 people on the desk. When checking out we noticed only one person checking people in. I was disappointed that you had to pay extra for the safety deposit box and pool towels, I expected that some of these facilities would be included staying at a 4star+ hotel. The pool area was a bland not enticing at all. The rooms were great, with plenty of hangers, a small fridge and a large balcony. It would have been nice to have coffee and teas replenished in the room and we had to ask for shower gel. We were dropped off at a hotel down the road, which wasn’t too much of a problem but when the pickup was there too in the pouring rain, it wasn’t much fun. Food was plentiful but not very tasty.
