Absolutely loved this hotel could not fault it perfect location, lovely big rooms and balcony all with pool views and comfortable beds. The food was amazing I would even say better than some five star hotels I have stayed at enjoyed every meal and the selection was brilliant for me the food makes this hotel. I will 100% return here should I come to Benidorm in the future.

Couldn't really fault the hotel, rooms were spacious and comfortable, beds excellent staff were excellent, facilities very good, all inclusive food was standard for Spain, lots to eat and always found something to enjoy. Far enough away from the noisy pubs but only a 10 minute walk if you fancied it. Real bonus was proper sunbeds that don't collapse on you! Would thoroughly recommend

Customer care is the best, beside the hotel being one of the best we’ve been in, the rooms, food and everything about the hotel is absolutely brilliant, but I sustained a fall just outside the hotel and needed clinical trea**ent, I can’t praise Nicky enough she patched my injuries up sorted a taxi and directed us the the Drs, but everyday she checked in with me to make sure that I was okay, yes great hotel but with the added bonus of great customer care, and they really did care. That being said I would recommend this hotel because it’s brilliant.

My 6th time visiting Benidorm but 1st time at Sandos Suites. We only stayed here due to work going on at our hotel we had booked. I must say it's the best hotel I have stayed in within the area. The pool is big, food has a reasonable selection and staff are friendly. Rooms are large. Only 10minute walk from the main ***** and 15mins from old town. My criticism would be some staff don't speak English well(pool bar) and they struggle with queues. I would also say I went in the gym and children were welcome there which ruined that experience for me. I would also have preferred a basic drinks menu of what was available. Always nice to have cocktails but didn't know what was available. I would certainly stay again.

This hotel is an absolute gem. It is rated 3 star but its way and above that rating, We have stayed in 4 star hotel that don't even come close to this hotel. Anything u want, the staff will make sure they do their best to get it for u, the hotel is so relaxed and nothing seems to be a problem, just enjoy yourself and have a great time. The food is among the best food we have ever had at a hotel and the different meats they bring out every day are to die for. The food is also the hottest we have had at any hotel, not luke warm like in most hotels. We couldn't understand why the reviews we so high for a 3 star, now we know. We are coming to an end of our 10 day holiday here and have already booked to come back again next year. Great hotel.

Hotel is fantastic - couldn’t really fault it The rooms were big, bed was comfy, the balcony was massive The tv was on a swivel so could watch it in bed which is a great idea The little toiletries in the bathrooms were a good little added extra including shower gel, lotion, toothbrush toothpaste and a shaving kit The hotel is modern and clean, our room was tended to daily The food was really nice, hot and tasty and there was a good varied selection each day The staff were all friendly and helpful Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again

The hotel is amazing, the staff was very good, the girls had a great time and the experience with Ainhoa the entertainer was great! He made us spend, without a doubt, some wonderful days 🥰🥰🥰 The next time we want a family vacation, this will again be a first option.

This was our second visit, due to how great our first visit was we rebooked. Sadly we found the hotel has gone down hill. Whilst all the staff are lovely the food was not as good. If you like vegetables with your lunch and or evening meal then don't bother, over cooked soft veg only and very little choice, even from the vegetarian area. Room was cleaned daily but dirty glasses and cups just left to fester. Evening entertainment - staff tried hard but not great and the visiting entertainers left alot to be desired. Maybe our expectations were too high due to the previous quality of our stay ...
