In general, the hotel needs rennovation and services to get better: medditeranean style is really cool and the territory is huge, but the terrace is not secured at all, your neighbor can just step over a low board and be on your terrace and if you are on the 1st or 2 floor, just in 3 m from you is a golf camp that you cant enjoy time on terrace and the golf ball could be dropped to your head.
Room service works just till 00:00 and after that its impossible to get absolutely nothing, not food or drinks , not any kind of help or service.
The spa is like a separate part but not part of the hotel, so to enjoy access to swim pool, sauna etc you have to be ready to pay extra.
On the territory is few restaurants, but if you are planning to get a weekend escape be ready that just a buffet restaurant is open , nothing more.
The room itself is ok, but TV even doesnt have option to connect devices , the hair dryer could be replaced for smtg not from 20 th Century, smell of canalization is also not pleasant in the bathroom and black marks around the bath, the fossets is already that old that the metalic cover is falling off.
So, its nice to have this big hotel, but also , the Level of facilities and services could be better for this price and name of the hotel.

Très bel hôtel situé dans un très bel endroit les chambres sont propres et spacieuses la literie très confortable un point supplémentaire pour la piscine chauffée côté restauration ce n’est pas de la grande cuisine mais c’est pas mal en revanche le personnel du restaurant sont facilement débordés en cas d’affluence au final nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille

Suite 616. Muebles rotos, habitación ruidosa, paredes sucias, el servicio de hab. Entra sin avisar. La comida MUY mala, la gestión y atención al cliente muy deficiente, precio de la noche INJUSTO. Después informar: un simple lo sentimos. Recibí.

Espectacular en todos los sentidos, una experiencia maravillosa, cuidando todo al detalle, ideal para pasar tus vacaciones. La opción de The Reserve es muy recomendable. Sin duda alguna lo mejor del hotel es su grupo humano , excelente personal. Volveremos!

Las instalaciones muy buenas, y el personal muy amable y profesional. Pero el servicio no es de un hotel de cinco estrellas. El colchón desastroso, hundido, imposible descansar. Al comentarlo nos dijeron que nos podían quitar el topper…que por supuesto no solucionaba nada. Los cinco restaurantes que anuncian son un fraude; entre lo llenos que están los que están abiertos, claro (el domingo por ejemplo no había ninguno abierto, solo el buffet, muy muy mediocre), y los gatos que deambulan a placer entre las piernas de los comensales, se suben a las mesas, etc etc, la experiencia no podría haber sido más desagradable. An absolute treat - no detail left overlooked. Stayed here as a family for 5 nights in the level junior suite and could not have been happier with the hotel. 2 heated pools for the level guests (one miki size kids pool), full board meals delicious and value for money, staff super friendly and the kids club brilliant. A gem for all families looking to relax and make sure the little ones enjoy it too.

Another visit to this lovely hotel. Level was brilliant. The room was spacious and clean. Maybe a little more entertainment would be a good idea at night...as a little quiet. The staff could not do enough for you and the restaurant was excellent. Thanks again for an enjoyable visit.
