This hotel is lovely very clean rooms a good size . Easy to get everywhere from here . Staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. Food was nice . Beds very clean and comfortable. Had a great stay and would come back. Indoor swimming pool wasn’t working the week we stayed but outdoor pool cold but did get in anyway.

As a group of 4 ladies, we stayed in the apartments. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which comfortably slept 4 but could have easily accommodated 5. Ideally, it would have been nice to have 2 bathrooms, but the bathroom had double sinks and a large walk-in shower. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom, but if travelling as a group of girls, I would recommend bringing your own hairdryers and perhaps a travel mirror as the main bedroom didn't have a mirror. The apartment has recently been refurbished - we had a well equipped kitchenette and a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. It was very clean and conveniently located for both the old and new town, plus it it near the beach.

La piscina climatizada una pasada, la comida la encontramos igual de buena y el servicio amable. Especialmente elena, muy amable y atenta. En recepción nos encontramos con nuestro querido Dimitri. La primera vez también nos atendió el. El hotel igual que antes, nos vemos el año que viene! Veremos si el benidormplaza o belroy!

Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Located very close to Levante beach and shops, and also walking distance to the old town. Bus stops in very close proximity, making it easy to access other areas, such as Altea. The apartment we stayed in has recently been modernised and was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the shower hot. A nice touch was having tea and coffee available and also washing up liquid, which saved us going to the trouble of buying it in. If there was a negative it was that some building work was taking place within the hotel but we accept this is necessary to improve the facilities for future use. Thank you to all the team for making our stay enjoyable!

Just recently stayed in this hotel for 4 days with mates.on arrival we were early,the staff were so polite and friendly and the hotel was clean.We could leave our bags and they would contact me when the room was ready which we did.later that day we went to our room which was a studio,and it was spacious and clean. The room was cleaned every day and it was quite at night apart from the snoring from my mates.You can ask at the reception to change your pillow which I would recommend. I didn't try there food but everything else was good like the pool and the gym which to be honest is the only negative it could be updated.But all in all a very good hotel ..

Myself and a girlie friend had a fantastic stay, the parking was easy and secure, the reception staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, professional and friendly, the basic twin room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds and a great shower and aircon, fridge and kettle. The buffet breakfast was superb, the welcome free drink and free extended check out time, was over and above, plus the location was central to the *****, old town, levante beach and main shopping area yet on a quiet corner.....miracle! Will book again. Thank you.

Es la tercera vez que voy y la experiencia ha sido peor que las anteriores, el bufet ha empeorado ostensiblemente sobre todo en las comidas, escasísimo y sin variedad, no volveré en pensión completa. Me alojé en la 1502 , el primer día se estropeó la puerta principal de la terraza, vinieron a arreglarla y al día siguiente volvió a estrope****, la clausuraron y no pudimos abrirla los 7 días restantes, dijeron que iban a cambiar los rodamientos y hasta ahora. Las TV ya deben empezar a renovarlas.

Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede voorzieningen en perfecte ligging. Dit was onze 2e keer in belroy torre en deze keer hadden we de niet-gerenoveerde kamer. Deze viel toch wel tegen in vergelijking met de gerenoveerde kamers. Stoelen waren kapot, overal schade aan kasten,vloeren en plinten. Voor ons moet het niet volledig gerenoveerd zijn maar we verwachten wel dat de voorzieningen niet kapot zijn en degelijk werken. Voor ons verder een goed hotel waar we zeker terug komen ( wel in een gerenoveerde kamer)
