The reception maintains its services normally although we will move it to another place for a few days. The night animation will also be affected by the works. When I booked the berisa I paid an extra £150 for a sea view however when i booked in I got a bog standard room with a tiny side balcony not big enough to have 2 seats on, I'm talking less than 1metee squared, obviously I demanded a different room as I did pay the extra and was given a room on the other side, not fully facing the sea but at least we could actually get on it. However the air-conditioning in our room did not work, it pumped out hot air all week, opening our room door was like opening a oven door, I feel we were given this room as punishment for the room swap but at the end if the day I was charged for the upgrade that I never actually got and roasted all week in a fire pit. This hotel is modern and clean and tidy but no way is it a 4 star, the spannish star rating board really have shown their curupt side with this one.

Pros and cons Pros: the hotel was very clean, lady at reception on checkin was polite. easy to check in and out. Location great Cons: pool was tiny, no sun beds only a recliner deck chair, all other staff were very rude, food was basic for full board with a lot of fish, rooms are small, Entertainment was terrible, bar area tiny , limited selection of drinks, Overall we did not enjoy the hotel we paid extra for a nice hotel but were disappointed especially with how rude the staff were.

El hotel está ubicado al final de la playa de levante, primera línea. Vistas espectaculares. Tiene un parking al lado, muy cómodo para acceder hasta el hotel. Destacar la amabilidad del personal de recepción. Fueron muy atentos con nosotros desde el primer momento que pisamos el hotel. La habitación muy confortable.

Went with a group of five girls and had a lovely time from start to finish the guy on reception was very plesant and helpful rooms was clean with beautiful views had rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and location was decent would recommend and definitely would come back 😊

Un gran hotel en Benidorm enfrente del mar. Recomiendo 100% por su atención, situación y sus profesionales. Hotel familiar donde tienes a un paso la playa y el paseo con gran ambiente, además de un barecito con vistas.

My 5 day visit to this hotel with 3 friends was absolutely faultless reception staff cleaning restaurant staff were all very accommodating the hotel was very clean no waiting for lifts and very friendly we had a junior suite with 2 balconies Well worth the visit and so relaxing and well located Will defo be going back

Great small hotel, only 5 floors, yippee, some had over 20 floors, quite scarey! Great location, pleasant staff, our room had side view of the sea, perfectly adequate. Kettle etc. lovely outside space , overlooking the beach, drinks served outside. The only problem for us was parking at E30 for 2 days, but most people won’t have a car.

Nos ha encantado. Hemos disfrutado mucho tanto de las instalaciones como del personal. Las camas muy cómodas. No se escuchan ruidos. Todo muy bonito. Volveremos a repetir sin duda. Lo recomendamos gracias a la ubicación que permite. Un placer!

propere kamer met zeer goed uitzicht (frontaal zeezicht) gezellige bar (spijtig geen spaans bier van de tap) het warm eten is goed maar het koud eten is te beperkt. personeel is vriendelijk. hoewel er veel vlaamse gasten zijn geen vlaamse zenders op tv.
