Fantastic food, excellent location and great entertainment. Such a great choice of food, something for everyone. They even make your Owen choice of omelettes, for breakfast as well as having Warburtons crumpets for breakfast if that’s what you like. The bedrooms are comfortable and have a small mini fridge. If you want a sea view ask for higher floor.

A holiday from first presenting at reception to begrudgingly leaving. The staff are very informative and friendly and the hotel foyer is spectacular. The rooms are spacious and meticulously clean. The ambience in the hotel leads to a lovely stay. Food is great in dining room. The entertainment is pretty good so no need to venture further unless you want to. Centrally located. We will return.

Hotel is different class. From the entrance you just know you are going to have a great time. Booked superior room, room was huge balcony view superb and the housekeeping staff were out of this world. Breakfast lovely. 3 Bars incl pool bar entertainment superb. Treat yourself you won't be disappointed.

Visited the Don Pancho for the 11th time in Feb...Got the floor we asked for and my Bros.and his mrs was along the corridor...Room was cleaned to a high standard and linen changed everyday....Food was still a bit repetitive but tasted okay..The chefs could maybe bake some nice sponges/tarts to go with the custard for a change instead of crumble ...The entertainment lounge was busy every night with some good acts on...they seemed short of at least one waiter as sometimes had to wait ages to get served drinks....Snacks by the pool were value for money but did not like seeing the waitress running about as understaffed there too..Could be a safety problem there if she fell...Glad to see proper chips in the main restaurant again...All in all we had a great Holiday...See you back in Nov..

Our second time at the Don Pancho & it doesn't disappoint. Wonderful hotel in the perfect setting for us. Beach & prom one way. Nightlife the other. The rooms were comfortable with a lovely walk in shower. The choice of food at both breakfast & evening was marvellous. Every staff member we dealt with was a credit to themselves & the hotel. If we couldn't stay at the Don Pancho then we probably wouldn't go.

Hotel excellent overall including staff and cleanliness. Good quality food options and reasonable bar prices. Would have liked coffee to be available in the entertainment lounge, even just till 9:00pm, as if you go to lobby bar for this it is difficult to get a seat for the entertainment later.

Estuvimos una semana alojados en el hotel ,realizamos la reserva en su web, a la llegada ( antes de la hora del chek in ), nos permitieron desayunar en el buffet y entrar en la habitación. La limpieza es excelente , las habitaciones muy correctas con una impresionante terraza y vistas al mar , la piscina , zona restauración y bares también sin problemas.El servicio de comidas es inmejorable , la calidad de los productos , la variedad ….todo bueno .Pero por lo que va a ser inolvidable el hotel es por la calidez , empatía, profesionalidad y atenciones hacia sus clientes. Agradecer a todos , desde la limpiadora de la 912 y 913 , hasta el personal de recepción,de piscina y cafeterías y sobre todo al personal del comedor que nos trataron infinitamente bien . Gracias en particular a Pedro del servicio de comedor y al cocinero vasco ! ( que deleitó a mi padre , alérgico al marisco ,con platos de pescado sin ello ) .

Our third visit to this Hotel, each time it gets better. The Staff are great , the food very good , the rooms and Hotel are spotlessly clean ,and now there is good entertainment in the evenings. It is also located in a good position away from the English delinquents.

Excellent hotel. Cleanliness spot on, Staff helpful and friendly, Food superb and choice was amazing. Always tables and helpful with disability tables. Serving staff quick to clear, Friendly a**osphere. Night entertainment was the best I’ve ever seen and have been a regular visitor to Benidorm over the last few years, no doubt in my mind, this hotel is outstanding in all areas. Thank You for a lovely stay, hoping to return again.
