Great hotel, man on reception let me check in my bags early. Location was ideal as I was getting bus to Madrid the next morning, breakfast was also good, no complaints at all.

The stay was fine. The hotel employees were very nice and kind.
Regarding the location, although it is not in the center of Benidorm, you can quickly reach the center by walking (it is not far).
There is no noise and for us the views from the hotel are beautiful.

Stayed here for 1 month, on a BnB basis. Had a really good experience. Breakfast, although not exactly an English fry up, it was close enough. With the continental choice it provided more than enough range. Cleaning was efficient and thorough, the room was large and generally quiet, and check in was well organised. The hotel good for us, as it is not near the centre of Benidorm, but close enough, we had scooters, with buses direct to the airport below and a train station a 2mins walk. Superb. Not much noise from roudies, but when it did happen the staff reacted quickly, so only 1 nights problem. The culprit who we heard walking up the road to the hotel, and crashing through the corridors was evicted. Be warned, but good for guests. I would recommend and will return.

hotel extraordinario Servicios y confort de un hotel de 4 estrellas manteniendo la escala humana de un hotel familiar. Todo el personal extremadamente amable, disponible y eficiente. Comida excelente y completa. Ubicación ideal porque es tranquilo y a sólo 15 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad y de la playa (autobuses y taxis disponibles frente al hotel). Amplio aparcamiento cubierto, gratuito. Tarifas muy competitivas de alojamiento, comida y bar. En definitiva, nada más que felicidad para este hotel situado en una localidad costera. Gracias por esta estancia, ¡¡¡volveremos en junio!!!

The room was very spacious and well laid out. The bathroom had all facilities necessary.
The area was quiet, but a bit out of the way. Given that this was an inter-town transport hub, the buses into town were limited. Taxis were available, if you wanted the extra cost.
I walked to and from Old town, which felt quite safe.
Unusually, there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Hotel pulito, un po' lontano dal centro ma se avete un'auto a disposizione vi potete spostare facilmente e usufruire del parcheggio gratuito. Purtroppo la mia stanza puzzava di fumo di sigaretta, anche tenendo le finestre sempre aperte l'odore è rimasto. La colazione e la cena nella norma, non tanta scelta comunque buona
