First time to Benidorm was great..the port Benidorm hotel amazing unreal everything you need location food service chick in I came bit early and they chick me in and welcomed,chick out was so nice and quick and they book a taxi for me was nice..the bar staff so nice restaurant lot of choices realy nice definitely, I will go back…

I went to spend my birthday with my best friend and we loved the hotel with great views, the cleanliness was 10, the staff was very friendly, the spectacular buffet was super well organized, clean and offered us everything, I loved the pool, and a wonderful terrace☺️ we will return

Lifts are great except at mealtime, rooms are great and have tea and coffee downside is when showering bathroom floods

arrived at the port benidorm hotel 13th april for 1 week,it was our 1st time staying here and down at the new town area,(we usually stay in the old town},50 yds from the beach, arrived at 12.15,check in was quick and easy but room wasnt ready till 15.30!!,so had a few drinks out on the terrace,there are 4 lifts and you tap in your floor number on the pad outside the lift and it tells you what lift to get in,A,B,C,or D,there are no floor buttons inside the lifts,we were on the 7th floor,we never had to wait long for a lift,up or down.The room was great,very clean and spacious and very light,bed was VERY comfy,the shower room is great but the shower leaked every time we used it,and i MEAN leaked badly,so make sure you put towels down outside the door area,you have been warned!!(lol),pool area is large and has a lovely pool bar and plenty of sun beds,entertainment is average at best,drinks are cheap in fairness,rooms cleaned every day ,breakfast is very good,cereal,toast fruit,full english,bacon is a bit fatty so didnt try it,evening meal very disappointing,tried it first two evenings then gave up and ate out rest of the week,evening meal luke warm at best,chips every day!,would i stay here again?,perhaps on a bed and breakfast board,not half board.

Nice room, but not at all keen on see through bathroom /toilet. Cleaner very nice. Gym very poor, lack of equipment. Staff in restaurant, some poor, 1 old guy in particular, he was very rude, some were good though. Hotel was very clean, good pool area.
