Hotel Servigroup Castilla

What a wonderful friendly hotel first time there but certainly won’t be the last , amazing staff throughout the hotel, cannot fault anything, we would like to thank Jackie, Maria , Daniel and Jorge for all their help and advice , when my brother had to be hospitalised and had to have operation and will not forget how caring they all were , would highly recommend this hotel as we have been in many hotel’s in Benidorm, but this is simply the BEST!!!

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Handy for beach, old town and lively bars if you want them, far enough away from them if you don't! Jackie on reception provided the best check in experience we have encountered. Rooms were perfect size with plenty of storage and lovely balcony. Food was excellent, plenty of choice and replenished regularly.

If I could of given a higher rating it still wouldn’t be enough the hotel is spotless the staff can’t be more helpful servigroup must be so proud to have a dedicated team I wouldn’t hesitate about staying at the hotel again well done everyone..

We've just returned home a few days ago. Great hotel and location. Just up a quiet road away from the lively area. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout with friendly staff. Our room was on floor 8 overlooking the pool. (I had asked for a pool view before we arrived). My husband and daughter had the full English breakfast which they said was great. There was porridge, freshly prepared omelettes, crossaints, toast etc. I'm a veggie and was always something for the evening meal. The puddings were lovely, bread and butter pudding, fruit crumble and custard, ice cream and a variety of cakes. The pool area was really nice and quiet (great bar staff). I must mention the lovely lady Jackie, we had a couple of issues where the room card wouldn't work. Jackie sorted it straight away. We were also given a complimentary room at the end of the day before just before we left. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would return in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Wonderful spotless friendly hotel. I could not find fault in anything and I am hard to p!ease. All the staff were great but I have to mention Jackie on reception. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I wish every hotel l have been in had a lady like Jackie. Thank you so much

My friend and I needed a short 3 day break and decided on a last minute trip to Benidorm (somewhere we had never considered visiting) After having a look around some of the hotels on offer via Jet2holidays, we decided on this hotel due to the reviews, rating and comments on Tripadvisor… and we are glad we did! Servigroup Castilla did not fail to disappoint, in fact they even excelled all expectations, Simply outstanding! leading me to write my first review for a couple of years. Where to start? Although nestled amongst the typical Benidorm high rise buildings, a few blocks from the seafront, this hotel have simply got it right! I have nothing negative to say at all. Due to service, standards and customer experience, this hotel beats any 4 or even 5 star I have ever visited outside of the UK. We arrived early due to an early flight and got the keys to our room immediately (out of season so that helped, but no issue at all) The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily. Modern, fresh and bright with electric black out blinds, ideal for blocking out the early morning sunshine for the longer lie in. We stayed full board which was only a few pounds more than the B&B option. Buffet style, great selection (though not always for vegetarians - will get to this shortly) hot food and replenished quickly and efficiently. Both my friend and I are vegetarian and on 2 occasions couldn’t eat what was there - however, this was no proben at all. The chef made a special vegetarian pizza for us one night, and a pasta without mince on the other occasion. Nothing was a problem and they were happy to oblige. Best buffet style meals we have experienced! Every single staff member, without exclusion, was friendly, efficient and eager to please. All in all, the perfect short break in the perfect hotel. We will be back here!

Well what a wonderful hotel ,myself partner ,daughter and friend stayed for a week home 2023 ,had a great time not far from the nightlife,or a stroll to the old town ,and beach, food perfect rooms spotless,all the staff very helpful pool area and pool bar ideal we are back ,June 2024 for a 9 night stayed can’t wait see you soon 🤙🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Hotel in perfect location for both quiet and busy area and within walking distance of beach Staff are chatty and very helpful Room cleaned every day Breakfast is the best I have had in Benidorm and breakfast chef is amazing and will make fresh eggs and pancakes without being asked, definitely would return
