Hotel Castillo Benidorm

It was a fabulous stay. The hotel was very central. Near the beach bars and restaurants. The staff were wonderful, friendly and so helpful. The room was very clean and the bed so comfy. The breakfast was very nice. I would recommend this hotel for short stays. Emillio at reception was exceptional. Thanks to all the staff

What a cracker this is Spotless,staff very attentive Shower superb,nice big bed,lift,parking outside to drop off bags then moved to secure parking 200 yds from old town 30 minute walk to crazy area Fab stay will deffo be back here Simon was there to meet n greet,give u the low down Really great stay

Girlie weekend away in sunny Benidorm. This hotel is a wee gem., Absolutely spotless with everything you need. Breakfast is continental and so fresh. We didn't need to lift a finger. Toasted baguette, fresh cheese and meat all served to your table. Fresh fruit also. Fred who looked after us, he was the best with his amazing charm. He will help you with anything you want to know and if there is anything you want to do he will make sure you know the best places to go. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel. It's central for everything, minute's from the beach. It's modern and I don't know what they used to clean the room but it always smelled lovely.

Found this hotel last minute and booked it. What a great find, superb location old town close to tapas ally. The room was immaculately clean,comfy bed and with a superb breakfast. The staff are outstanding, from meeting Fred on check in so helpful and a great character, the staff in th reasturrant just couldn't do enough for you..... If you're looking for a place to stay in the old town book it it's amazing!!!

Great hotel. We have just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Small, very clean, close to everything Fred was so nice and Karim, really friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is just what you need. Will definitely be back.

Just back from a week's stay here at this excellent hotel in a great location. Our stay was a reasonable and fair price for the week and the room had fantastic air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a great shower, a fridge, a small safe (enough for your cash, passports, jewellery) and space to hang clothes and dry towels on the small balcony outside. It was also spotlessly clean and maintained really well throughout our stay. The staff were all excellent and Fred deserves special mention, because he was very welcoming and helped us with recommendations to the best place for paella and seafood. Thoroughly helpful and very friendly. The breakfast each day was excellent, with a continental option offered accompanied by amazing, freshly squeezed orange juice. This was a great start to each day and all food was fresh and delicious. Thoroughly recommend here to others and hope it continues to be successful.

We only stayed one night but it was really enjoyable. Really clean, modern and in a great location. We were allowed to park right outside the hotel which was really convenient. Everything was then in easy walking distance. We were met by the manager Emilio who was really helpful and explained everything. He couldn't have been a better host. The room was really modern and pleasant with a fridge, an ensuite shower room and a small balcony. The breakfast was included and was really enjoyable, served by Emilio and his wife. Plenty of freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee with tostada and croissant. Thank you for a great stay.
