My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights, and couldn't recommend it enough. Wished we stayed longer. Such a lovely room (junior suite) so clean and spacious. Staff always so welcoming and happy. Only had bb but breakfast was all you needed. Definitely would go back.

Excellent hotel to stay at. We booked a Junior Suite With Sea View and highly recommend this room type. Spacious shower room, comfy beds. Brilliant balcony view of the beach, promenade and sea. Great for people watching according to my better half. Food was great with a microwave available if you prefer your food hotter than the hot plates keep it. We booked half board and it was well worth it. The room was cleaned every day with the beds being remade. The staff are all pleasant and happy to help. Drinks and food purchased in the hotel are charged to your room, we cleared the bill each day as it is easier to Manage this way. Drinks with the evening meal are charged to your room and are not included in the half board rate. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent hotel. The food was gorgeous, really top notch and the hotel is beautiful, very stylish. Staff are all very attentive and friendly and can't do enough for you. Cava on arrival and we also had chocs and cocktails for booking direct. Infinity pools and plenty of sunbeds on 3 levels. Very clean throughout and has a lovely spa. Rooms were large and beds huge and comfy Beach front location, gorgeous views and great location in the beautiful Old Town part of Benidorm Second time coming here and we will definitely return on our next visit to Benidorm!

Hotel de 10. He estado la última semana de Mayo, en el hotel H10 poniente, mi estancia a sido una grata sorpresa ,pues siempre que vengo a Benidorm siempre me he alojado en la zona de Lenvante,pero es de decir, que volveré a este Hotel por su situación, moderno, limpieza.

Bien situado, buenos profesionales, buenas instalaciones, la piscina en la 5 planta una pasada, el Spa muy limpio, la actuación musical del viernes extraordinaria etc etc etc Me hubiera gustado una habitación en una planta más alta y que me la asignaran antes, llegué a las 12 y me la dieron a las 15. Lo único que no me gustó, era miércoles y hacía 3 semanas que la había contratado.

The staff, food, room, facilities, location all excellent. Beds were so comfordd to able and although we were at the front of the hotel we did not hear any outside noise at all. Food was delicious and so much to choose from. I’m very fussy but always managed to find something.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y la verdad es que la experiencia ha sido excepcional. El personal del hotel es muy atento, especialmente Alicia y Josue que nos facilitaron muchísimo la estancia ya que íbamos con un bebé y nos dieron todas las comodidades posibles. Las habitaciones están impecables y la ubicación del hotel es perfecta.

Ha sido una gran experiencia. Todo el personal es muy amable. La ubicación y la limpieza son fantásticas. Si tenéis algún tipo de alergia o intolerancia alimentaria os lo recomiendo 100%. En mi caso, intolerante al gluten y a la leche, tanto el personal de sala como el chef del restaurante, estuvieron muy pendientes y siempre me ofrecieron alternativas. Muchas gracias por todo.

My wife and myself spent a glorious week at this hotel where the junior suite with a sea view was spectacular the room was spotlessly clean the staff were amazing and so polite the restaurant was amazing with the choice of food and quality outstanding this was our first visit to this hotel but will definitely be back thank to everyone of the staff
