Sinceramente me han engañado porque ponía que tenían piscina en hotel o hostal y tbm bufet libre por 3,50 ( no había nada de eso).
Lugar esta bien para quedarte, pero la atención al cliente es pésima. Excepto una chica que hizo lo posible por darme la habitación.
Pero por otro en ese lugar solo hay dos chicas de la limpieza y no dan abasto.
No solo eso me dejaron un mando tv sin pilas y no funcionaba para la tv. Tuve q arreglarlo para que pueda reproducir el sonido.
Por todo lo demás el aire estaba bien para dormir fresquitos.
No me parece normal que solo trabaje una y por turnos teniendo dos recepciones.
Chicos no lo recomiendo, si tienes muy poca paciencia.

Very bad place , dirty and no service at all. Don't book a room here . You don't even get the deposit back - absolutely the worst place I have been in my life. You have to go to some other place to pick up the key and the service is also bad there. Just terrible!

Stayed for a short 5 day 4 night break. A little confusing trying to find the sister hotel to check in. Had to pay a €40 security deposit to get the keys to our room. To cut to the chase, I've been trying to get my €40 deposit back for the last 5 weeks! They will not reply to any form of correspondence at all. Tried email, messaging, going through *********** (who seem to have no responsibility for the hotels they sell). If you think you're getting a good deal with this hotel remember to vector in this €40 surcharge on top because you'll never get it back. Scandalous way to operate. Could I also mention that the patio door and bathroom window do not lock. Wasn't too bothered as we were 4 floors up but it's not ideal.

Precio económico, hostal muy sencillo.Hemos hecho pago y check in online, solo hemos tenido que recoger la llave. Aunque teníamos que desplazarnos a otro sitio a por la llave. Céntrico, al lado de la zona peatonal. Cama cómoda, limpio, sin servicios adicionales.

Habitacion limpia, ubicación muy buena, al lado de la zona peatonal de las tiendas y cafeterías pero al mismo tiempo calle tranquila. Hay que recoger llave en otro sitio, pero está cerca. Personal amable. Café por las mañanas. Nos lo hemos pasado muy bien
