Bastante decepcionante.Esperabamos otra cosa.La comida es verdad que muy rica,pero aunque ya habiamos visto que habia poca variedad era hasta repetitiva,ya que en una semana hubo pollo de 4 formas diferentes...y es cierto que es un hotel economico,pero de ahi a esto... Nos toco una de las habitaciones sin reformar,baño y aire acondicionado antiguos,pero bueno se podria pasar por alto. Ofertan secador en las habitaciones,en la nuestra no desde luehgo,tenias que pedirlo en recepcion y cruzar los dedos para que ese dia hubiera uno disponible. Y luego esta el tema WIFI,llegaba poco y mal,pero peor aun,ni con nuestros propios datos conseguiamos mucha veces que nos cargaran las cosas en el movil,es decir ,hay bastante problema de cobertura en general,esto lo advertimos en recepcion. No todo va a ser malo,tienen servicio de prestamo de sombrillas para la playa,lo cual esta muy bien,y aunque no hay muchas la verdad que te hacen el apaño. En general ha sido un poco lamentable y eso que ibamos pensando todo lo contrario

Hotel pésimo ,lo único que tiene bueno es la ubicación,merece la pena pagar algo más y elegir otro hotel.Habitaciones sucias y viejas.Hotel para pasar de paso si no quieres arruinar las vacaciones y por supuesto no aconsejar a nadie

Estupenda relación calidad-precio. Hotel cerca de la playa de Poniente, se llega caminando en pocos minutos. Tienen habitaciones reformadas muy bonitas y otras sin reforma, estas últimas muy anticuadas, pero con cama cómoda, limpias y con aire acondicionado. Baños antiguos. La limpieza buena y muy eficiente, todas las mañanas al volver de la playa la habitación estaba arreglada. Comedor algo pequeño para la afluencia del hotel. Comida buena, sin mucha variedad pero tienes dónde elegir. El café del desayuno bueno. Piscina pequeña, algo sucia por las tardes, pero con buena temperatura. Precios del bar muy bien. Se ajusta muy bien al precio que se paga. Recomendable para pasar unos días en la playa.

We had an incredible week, we didn't lack anything. The room had everything you needed, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. The room we had was renovated, it had a terrace that faced the outside with 2 chairs. We loved the buffet, it is small, with just enough food, but everything was delicious, homemade. The pool area on the date we went was very quiet, it was very comfortable, perfect for relaxing with a drink. The location is very close to the beach, that area is on a hill, but in a 5-minute walk you are on the promenade. And what can we say about the workers... For us it was the best of all, they made us feel like family from the beginning, everyone was very friendly and always trying to help in any way they could. Without a doubt they are the ones who are going to make us return for sure. Thank you for the incredible vacation you gave my mother and me! Keep working as you do because you are incredible!!

We have already come four times, except for the pandemic, and it is super nice to find this hotel, which, except for some reform for the better, remains the same. We were very pleased to meet Teresa again in the dining room. Attentive, kind, always with a smile and an enviable memory. This girl is a gem. Our intention is to return next year and find ourselves at home again

Excellent. Unbeatable location 3 minutes from the Poniente beach 2 minutes from the old town, the only one in the area with a pool. Room 417 double/single, for me alone, 2 beds, very very spacious, renovated, with great taste, very comfortable, air conditioning, tv, wifi, spectacular bathroom, interior to a patio, no noise, no smells, very very calm and quiet. The only hotel in Benidorm that offered me a double room at an individual price with an excellent cost, other hotels offered me tiny rooms at exaggerated prices and in a very bad location. From July 25 to 29 €262 full board. Extended from July 29 to August 1, €208 I extend again from August 1 to 5, €290. 12 days 11 nights, total €760. Best price in all of Benidorm double/single room full board. Quality buffet with the right variety, exquisite paellas and fideua, meat, fish, vegetables, salads, cold cuts, pasta, fresh fruit, assorted pastries, quality cuisine. Very varied and fun clientele environment, families, couples, groups of friends, single people, of all ages, classes and conditions. Pets are allowed. Work staff and owners very involved, educated, creating a family a**osphere, taking maximum care of the client. Special mention for her excellent work in the dining room to Tere, her incredible way of working, Mateo (owner, setting an example and taking great care of customers and employees, being one more), reception Sara, Miguel, 2 owners, attentive solutions. To improve, hotel website and room PHOTOS, now they are spectacular and do not reflect reality

Quite a hotel, good quality, price, the only thing is the dinners, they are not too varied, rather few, the people who work in it, the best of the hotel, friendly, to a fault, and some exceptions, but for the rest Highly recommended, we've been there for 3 years and we'll be back
