First time in Benidorm and picked the perfect hotel for us, 4 friends stayed in a clean and friendly hotel B&B board. The staff are friendly, welcoming and polite which is all you can ask for. The rooms are basic but with everything you need and very clean. The hotel is borderline in the old town with good bars and restaurants near by and 100m from the beach. At an extremely good price I highly recommend giving Irati Hotel a go.

Went for a short cheap break picked the hotel as was coming back the best price it was better than expected and will return for sure, room clean, bed quite comfy,bathroom good, nice breakfast and the lady who works there is fantastic, if I had anything negative at all to say it would be guests coming back early hours let the outer door close on its own it causes the room doors to vibrate and bang maybe if adjust the keeps they wouldn't bang but as stated I will return.

Great hotel in great location & great breakfast ideal for solo traveller, very clean comfortable accommodation. Stayed for 5 nights in January to get some Spanish sunshine from dreary old Britain. And was just what I got. Would stay here again 👍

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at the Irati hotel. The location is brilliant, right in the old town. Opposite the front entrance there is direct access down the beach. We stayed in room 1, large room with a balcony and double bed. There is a fridge and microwave. No kettle however my husband just popped down stairs for his cups of tea which where lovely and reasonably priced. The room had a fab Aircon unit, TV and lovely shower. The room was very clean and had lots of space to hang clothes. We stayed room only as not morning eaters however we did see the breakfasts and they looked good. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, we will 100% be returning. Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

A hidden gem in benidorm. The rooms and bathrooms have been refurbished and are excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Reasonable prices and right in the old town. Theres no lift so bear this in mind. We were in room 10 on third floor .

Really lovely staff, clean room, comfy beds and air con was very powerful. Check out is 12 PM which is a bonus! Could not fault it will definitely be staying here again. We booked it last minute and they were happy to accommodate us on all our needs

Just got back from 12 days at IRATI, we have visited Benidorm for 15 years and this has been our first visit….Boy have we been missing out! The Hotel is set on one of the quietest streets in Old Town Benidorm and yet everything is right on your doorstep, beach two minutes away, bars two minutes away, the infamous “Walking Street” literally 1 minute away! Now there are many pluses to this hotel, ok it’s only a one star Hotel but it is run to a five star standard, the rooms are spotlessly clean, great modern shower with lots of hot water, a fabulous air con unit that was much needed in the 42 degree heat we experienced while there, the beds and pillows are so comfy and the room is serviced everyday, the hotel was very very quiet during our stay, we had the best sleep we’ve ever had in Benidorm. Now for the best bit, if you book with a breakfast, you are served the most delicious food and such a variety of choice, a special thanks has to go to Helen who greeted us each morning with a smile and nothing was too much trouble and Billy and the owner Alicia were also so friendly! We’ve enjoyed it so much we’ve book a fortnight in September, cannot recommend this place highly enough! No lift, so not great for the less mobile holidaymakers but if your wanting 5 star service at a budget price ,book now!
