The hotel is well placed for the Benidorm palace and the beach. The hotel has good facilities . There is a good choice for breakfast. There was entertainment in the evening. Although it is only about 100m form the road it is very quiet.

Very pleasant man on the reception when we checked in. Hotel had parking and was clean and perfect for our 1 night stay. I had the unfortunate mishap of being robbed on my way back to the hotel and the night staff were very helpful. They called the police for me and helped find telephone numbers to cancel my bank cards. Will definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Benidorm.

At Regente just now staff are all friendly. However have come down with a sickness bug and been violently sick and feeling very ill. Just wondering if anyone else has been the same? We have been up all night. Cleaner amazing kindly changed all our bedding

This is my second time at the regente with my family we got a warm welcome from the staff. Nice clean hotel food was ok. The entertainment was amazing and natxo was fantastic as always the kids love him and we do too he makes us feel welcome and like family we have the kids waiting in anticipation for natxo he has made the kids holiday and also ares we will definitely be returning very soon. Love the Herald family

Hotel Check-in was fast and easy. Rooms are fairly small but adequate and very clean with Kettle and mugs. Bathroom has lovely shower with hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel included. Food was good with theme nights and carvery, although I have stayed kin 4 star hotels with more variety and better quality. We were AI aqnd the choice at lunch was often better than at dinner. There was alsio a snack bar in the pool area serving toasties, burgers, hotdogs, crisps etc. Pool area was lovely and always plenty of sunbeds. The only thing letting this hotel down was the entertainment. The entertainment team ddkid the best they could with what they had to work with. Overall I would rate this hotel as a 3* Superior rather than a 4 * but that wouldn't put me off staying again as it's reasonably priced.

Very good hotel . Friendly staff ,rooms serviced every day ,great food although chips seem to be the only main vegetable available. We didn't use the pool but it is well served with sun beds & there is also a separate sun bathing terrace & bar & entertainment facilities are available in the evenings, Do not be fooled by the photograph ,the Regente is the white building at the rear. The building to the left is a next door block of flats. ( the Margarita, we have also stayed in them & they were very good ). Back to the Regente, the rooms a very comfortable with kettle ,hair dryer & air con. & yes, we would definitely choose the Regente again for a holiday.
