It is a 5-star campsite for families who want to cook their own meals, have a luxury mobile home and be lost in nothingness. The facilities are insufficient in my opinion because the pool next to your accommodation becomes too small if the hotel complex fills up. The restaurant and the large pool are far from the hotel and you have to walk quite a bit to get there. There are no sports facilities of any kind. We went to the Luxor hotel and then to this one, and there is no comparison. The Villas restaurant is disastrous. Paying a half board here is wasting money because the dinner is not even up to a 3-star category. Reheated food, 2 fish, lamb and pork, a lot of fried food and little else. No comparison with the Luxor hotel or with a 4 star hotel. Breakfast good, within its category. I would also like to mention that the staff is not very controlled and they do what they want. I don't see it as very normal that the person in charge of the cleaners has to spend the morning walking with another boy who drives a buggy all morning. I have never seen a hotel housekeeper have a driver. A lot of fun but little result I see. We don't think we will return.

We stayed 3 nights, from October 7 to 10, in a villa with a heated pool and sea views. Two adults and a girl. The villas are very good, the facilities are well maintained. It's a shame that since it's low season, Terra Mítica is closed and there's nothing else around. It also coincided that the Grand Luxor hotel was closed for a private event every day. For the weekend there was some entertainment in the evening. The breakfast buffet was very good, the dinners were weaker. The views from our villa were good but it loses all its charm when you park in front of it. It is an area that is not enabled as parking but people park there and the hotel allows it. I mentioned it at reception and a customer moved it away a little but minutes later there were more cars. I don't think there is any sign indicating that you cannot park. The cleaning was good, the villas equipped with all the necessary utensils. We took advantage of the tickets to Mundomar included and it was worth it.

A great discovery, it is practically inside Terra Mitica, the villas have everything you need and are super well maintained, I was missing a kit for the kitchen (a cloth, scouring pad and dishwasher), you have towels available that you can change whenever you consider, Every few villas there is a swimming pool, which although it covers the most is 1.05, it is very good. With all the villas occupied, there is plenty of parking and there is a lot of tranquility, with views of all of Benidorm. In the Iberia area of ​​the pools where you have the server for breakfast and dinner, you are supposed to have the right to two sunbeds, because they are paid, but I never once saw anyone who will control the sunbeds. Things we liked least, the pools close at 8pm, it seems too early to me and even more so when you arrive from Terra Mitica dead from the heat that you want to take a bath. The breakfast and dinner place are a short walk away, since they are inside Terra Mitica and especially in the heat the walk is not very appealing. There are a lot of mosquitoes, the first day we asked for some device or insecticide, which they didn't bring us, I don't know if because they don't have them or they forgot, so the next day we bought, by the way there is a shopping center very very close.

Phenomenal! We have spent 6 wonderful days, everything is very clean, the employees are charming and the entertainment guys are 10. The only drawback that could be improved would be that they will encourage more entertainment and night shows since they are sort of retired and there is not much information about what they do each night. We certainly hope to return next summer.

The hotel is ideal to spend a couple of days. Terra mitica is next door 3-5 minutes walk. Includes tickets to Aqualandia and Mundomar. The villas are very good, but there is a lack of privacy between villas. I don't understand why they don't put some fences so they can't see you in the pool. We got a villa with a private pool that overlooked a passage area. Anyway, we couldn't use it, since we caught the Dana storm, and the water was cold. Very good breakfast, at the entrance to Terra Mitica. We didn't take dinner, there is a very complete kitchen in the villa. Pans, pots, plates, glasses and cutlery. To repeat, although we hope that with better weather, and that they fix the separation between villas
