Es nuestro hotel de referencia en Benidorm por muchos motivos: trato cercano y maravilloso del personal, muy buena ubicación al lado de todo, habitaciones modernas y camas muy confortables, comida y piscina estupendos, y precio muy ajustado, se puede pedir mas??? Muchas gracias por luchar y no claudicar ante la covid-19!!!

Just got back from a week stay at this lovely hotel. Staff are lovely, rooms are spotless with plenty of fresh towels and a very nice continental breakfast. The only thing missing was tea/coffee making facilities in the room but the location more than makes up for that. Would definitely return.

Stayed here week commencing Easter Monday 2022. The hotel is in the old town going up towards the benidorm tram. The hotel, overall is very good. I would give 5 stars but there was a couple of things that could be improved. Firstly, tea and coffee is only available at breakfast. There are no machines in the room. I know this is the norm in Spain but the previous hotel we was in had a communal machine in the restaurant where you could get that. Also quite noisy, doubt it's soundproofed. The room was very clean and the choice for breakfast was all continental but was great. The safes are charged downstairs at the reception. Was slightly worried that when we came back from a day out,the door was left open after the cleaner had been in. The satellite channels are all Spanish. The staff were friendly and helpful All in all though I would stay here again.

Estuvimos estos 4 días de semana Santa, el hotel está totalmente reformado tiene unas habitaciones fabulosas y todo el personal es extremadamente amable y servicial, la encargada Fátima súper cercana y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento, nosotros no calculamos bien el viaje de vuelta y hasta las 21 horas no salía el autobús y Fátima nos proporcionó una habitación para podernos cambiar por la tarde antes del viaje, el cargado del comedor una persona extraordinarias nuestra experiencia en este hotel de lo mejor que hemos tocado en muchísimos años que llevamos de hoteles, procuraremos siempre que volvamos a Benidorm siempre que tengan sitio.
