Quite basic and nothing special... The only advantage is the location very close to the Airport.... The worst part was when the service manager started arguing with me (guest) for not wanting to give me bottled water... Wow, how miserable it is, anywhere in the world they give you water to drink without so much drama!!!

The hotel has no towels nobody answering the phone terrible customer service everything they say doesn’t happened they promise laundry that was not working for a long time that was the worst nightmare stay I have a head
And the worse that all promise to pick up From the airport from the hotel and drop us off there never happened

Fue una terrible experiencia con respecto a la limpieza de la habitación. No cambiaban las ropas de cama a pesar de estar evidentemente sucias ni dejaban amenidades, toallas o agua. El "desayuno incluído" solo es la barra fría, si querías tomar alimentos de la barra caliente (solo 3 bandejas) te costaba $320 pesos. Un mesero se mantuvo peleando con sus compañeros o haciendo comentarios incómodos todo el tiempo. La verdad fue una experiencia terrible. No volveré a hospedarme en ese hotel.
