"Hotel location is very convenient. We got to the airport at night, called the hotel and were picked up within 20 min. Breakfast is a buffet and it’s good, several options available. The morning shuttle to the airport was 10-15 min delayed but it wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, recommended for staying overnight and catch an early flight."

"I had mixed feelings about this hotel:
-Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed.
-Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views.
-Staff was very friendly
But:
-Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room.
-Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits).
Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel."

"A great hotel to stay in before/after a flight. It was walking distance to terminal 2 or 3, although they also offer a free shuttle service from reception which we used for the very short distance to avoid the rain!
The room was clean and had everything you’d want.
The pool was nice and open 7am-10pm so we even managed a swim the morning before our flight!
We arrived hungry just before 10pm and ate at the hotel restaurant and they adjusted a vegetarian wrap to make it vegan for us which was appreciated. It was very tasty!
Breakfast was nice and also good for vegans, with almond milk and soya milk. A good stay."

"Be aware of this scam. Compare picture they posted on the official website and what we had ( pictures are added ). This is not at all what you would expect .Super dirty place with dim light in the room.. scary .. On the top of this they charge you more for the airport shuttle as it was discussed . I saved our conversation about the fee, agreed to it. The taxi came and charged us different price , after that hotel doesn’t respond.. I hope trip.com will take care of refund as they really good at customer support."

"The room as a whole is in line with this price level, and the food in the restaurant is not very good. The only thing is that I charged some extra tax when I went to the store. It was shown on Ctrip that it was more than 50 pesos, and I actually paid 150. I was too tired at the time and didn't realize it. Otherwise, I would have to ask him carefully. The accommodation tax in other places in Cancun is 60 pesos, and the room rate is more expensive than this one. It is Fairfield next to it. Even the hyatt hotel by the sea costs more than 4,000 pesos a night, and the tax is only more than 80 pesos."

"My flight was delayed and changed multiple times, so I chose a hotel near the airport at the last minute.
The free airport shuttle was a plus. The hotel was new, and the breakfast was okay, though not very varied.
The only downside was that the hotel was so new and still had a smell of renovation."

"Quite basic and nothing special... The only advantage is the location very close to the Airport.... The worst part was when the service manager started arguing with me (guest) for not wanting to give me bottled water... Wow, how miserable it is, anywhere in the world they give you water to drink without so much drama!!!"

"The hotel gave me a normal room at first, which was different from what I booked. I had to go back to find it because the corridor was too far away, so I asked him to open a new room for me. As a result, he opened a new room for me. I booked a lake view room, but he gave me a Mandarin one, which I definitely didn't want. Overall, the service was OK, and the price was average for an average hotel."

"It is a nature-friendly place. While riding a bike around the hotel, I was able to meet various animals such as coatis, lizards, and iguanas. The beach right in front is beautiful, and there are many restaurants that serve delicious food, so I was happy while staying at the hotel."
