The Waterway Villa

Booked the bamboo villa. The resort is well maintained, the room is very clean, quiet place. Dinner and breakfast are good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Just 10km to Bentong town for local specialty.

The room is clean and well maintained. Landscaping is nicely done. The only setback is there is not much activity can be done except for the pool which generally quite small for the size of the resort. The property need to improve on the indoor activities which situated upper floor of the lobby, the place looks messy. Suggest that the resort should organized morning activities for jungle trekking etc. Overall food for tea time and breakfast is good. Dinner need to be improved.

Booked the Bali villa, the villa is quite well maintained. Buffet tea-time, dinner and breakfast were pretty good. Very nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. Best part were the friendly dogs (only took photo of one dog) who came to greet us and kept us company throughout our trip =) One improvement point for consideration is to put signage for the jungle trekking trail as we tried to find the trail based on the staff's instruction but we could not find it

Enviroment very good surronding with nature park and rainforest .The resort is well maintained and clean . staffs very friendly , the meals are delicious and over my expectation, my kids love the foods. . Definely will come back !

I was not placing too high a hope after reading the reviews online. But when I stayed there for 3 nights, I realized my fears was unfounded. Celcom reception was good even in the room. I can even have my zoom meeting and remote access my office comp with almost no lag. Wifi at the lobby is good as well for teams . All the staff are friendly and accommodative. Even the enquiry staff replies email fast after my barrage of questions as it is my first time to Malaysia after the pandemic. The rooms are very clean. Never stepped on a cleaner floor before even in 5 star hotel. The resort gives a very nature vibe good for a break from modern life. A lot of natural elements. The pool is great to spend the day. Food nothing to scream about given it is a 3 star hotel. But is good for a decent meal. Overall is a place I can go back and spend some time unwinding and bond with family.

We booked Bali Villa Coner View for 10 of us. 3 bedrooms and each bedroom is attached with bathroom. 5. We bring pocker cards, speaker, beers, instant cup noodles. 6. Will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful 2-day 1-night stay at the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place looks very fresh and the food super tasty. Overall the food, room, and environment were excellent. we will be visiting again.

Room Location and Activity are all perfect. Quiet place and very helpful staff. somehow, my advice, dont go on weekend where there is peak time. I arrive on Friday and its was a pleasant stay for 1 night but the next day which saturday. there come the crazeyness people. I am first time having experience Malaysian people like China people. the dinner buffee was damn chaos. those group of people who go there for teambuilding from *** B*** really have no manner. they take all the food especially the chicken wing like the never eat for weeks. Really crazy those people. and the noise!! wah really noisy!! i only manage to take 1 chicken wing and have to cut it to 2 and share with my husband. Even the pandemic time like this, the stay at the lobby from 6:30pm - 8:80pm which the whole dinner time. come on! other people also want to eat. leave the place once you finish with your food. and the most no manners things that they do. the come neat to my table, and having a party there with group of people around 10 - 12 people. there is no social distancing and it was way lesser than 1 meter!! Me & my husband have to take our food and drinks to move to other place to continue eating. we was there for less than 20minutes to be sure. I cant stand the noise and the attitude. I was there at 6:45pm but there is too many people so I go back to my room and come again at 7.30 which suppose to be less people but guess what!! the same people still there and berebut-rebut to get the chicken wings and the fish. bloody hell. you people come from the cave ah? not only that. they talk 100 meters away to each other. how to talk that far? yes! they scream talking.
