"Lovely staff, but the water dispenser is a ”tall” order. The staff really go out of their way to help. Only problem was the water dispenser. It’s placed on a table, making it tower over me. As a short girl, using the hot water felt a bit like a stunt from a movie 😂 I was terrified of a hot splash to the face! It would be much better if it were placed at a lower, safer height. And also location prefectly in heart of bentong, walking distance to Bukit Do.. everywhere. Nasi Kandar 24h across the street."

"The location is just nice. Great scenary, not too cold but not hot. It's windy when we were there. For me here one day trip is just enough as there is just a small area unless you want to stay for a night there. The room was spacious but no carpet - cold for out feet. We got an upgrade room but unfortunately the elevator not working to the first floor, they apologized to use by giving 10% off for food to bought there. Breakfast - we booked with breakfast , satisfied with many choices available and good taste too. For the restaurant around there- not really satisfied as not so much choices plus pricy compared to the food served. Brought my child to the rabbit farm and Japanese garden - it's free for those who stayed at the Colmar Tropicale."

"The room is as what was advertised - body and hair shampoo provided. Room is clean. Towels are clean but you can see they are abit worn out. I am not complaining given the price we pay. There are 2 hotel reserved parking lots and we have been lucky to be able to utilise them while we were there for 3 days 2 nites stay. Staff are helpful. We stayed on level 2 - the highest level. However, on Sat night, very late at night, maybe in the wee hours, we could hear furnitures being moved and dragged above us. The hotel may want to avoid such furniture move during these hours so as not to disturb the sleeping time of their guests"

"We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration."

"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . Overall, great hotel and hospitality."

"Great stay for those looking a night stay. Same row we have 4 fingers and there are ample of parking spaces. No need to worry about parking although only 4 designated parking under hotel. Just need to pay bentong parking for the public parking. Clean room. Amenities such as toothbrush and shampoo are available. No water dispenser. There are 2 water bottles inside the room. Nearby they do have old town white coffee, Baker cottage, apple chicken and etc for those looking for a quick dinner."

"The apartment was very clean and well managed by the operator. Apartment is still new and spacious. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The only issue that we faced was the jacuzzi at the balcony. My child was waiting to enjoy it but it wasn't working. It can't heat the water, thus the water was too cold for my child. Operator was very responsive, brought the technician to try to fix but unfortunately, it can't be fixed. One more thing to note is that it took us about 20min, slight uphill walk to reach Sky Avenue. Overall its a nice stay, operator was very responsive."

"Room is nicely decorated for kids, bringing holiday vibes. Room is clean, with 2 queen beds is just nice for families with children. Location is good, near the main attractions of Genting Highlands: theme parks, malls and restaurants."

"Genting Highlands is a fantastic summer escape. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they're still quite comfortable and clean. The staff are very efficient. First World Hotel at Genting is definitely worth a stay."

"Check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient, which I appreciated. However, the check-out clearance experience left a bad impression. I was informed that a bowl from the kitchen cabinet was missing and was asked to pay RM15. As a guest, I wasn’t aware of the exact inventory of items in the unit upon check-in. It’s difficult to verify whether the item was already missing beforehand. I would suggest the host provide a clear inventory checklist during check-in to avoid misunderstandings like this. Transparency on both sides would make the experience much more comfortable and fair for guests."
