"It was a nice stay with cooling atmosphere/weather, although the units are a bit old and dated. The bathrooms for example seems mouldy. The breakfast was underwhelming with little options, the ham from our American breakfast smelled/tasted off which we reported to the waiter. Additionally, there were monkeys everywhere as well as birds - the monkey and bird can freely come in the breakfast area which is unhygienic and had to be chased out by the staff"

"A very simple room. Toilet is pretty small and the whole toilet will be wet when you shower as there's no partition. and the placement of tissue paper a little far, on the other end. No free parking provided but at least the parking is just behind. Soundproofing is really bad so it's really noisy, you can hear people talking loudly outside and even the hair drying sound from next door"

"This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here."

Its proximity to D’Apple Fried Chicken, Old Town White Coffee, Watson’s, Family Mart, Petronas, and an RM2 discount store makes it a great choice for quick layovers, family vacations, or business trips. With free parking and clean rooms, it's a solid option for those looking for convenience without breaking the bank. Overall, my experience was a bit disappointing. I had informed the staff a day prior that I would be checking out at 5:30 a.m., and I was told that the front desk operates 24 hours. However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available. During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate. Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance. Thank you."

"We have a great time here as the place is walking distance to sky avenue.There are buggy car service at the link brigde for a distance, reducing the walking distance needed. However, buggy service is not always available. Depends on your luck. The driver was very friendly n willing to wait for us. We also like the view from the balconcy. It was practically only cloud 9. Great experience for the price paid. Spacious n sercure parking. Parking was afforable at only RM5 Per day / entry. Payable by credit card for great convenience."

"Other than being a bit noisy without soundproofing, the basics were met as the room was clean, including the beddings. The aircon was superb, as it was cold enough. The toilet flushing system was also good; they just forgot to provide toilet roll! 🤔 Generally, recommended for a short stay. 😊"

"Location is very inside but they have their own facilities to enjoy without going to Highlands. Overall, will consider this hotel again. Pros: 1. Bed is comfortable anf soft. 2. Room is huge, high floors is cooling. 3. Services and check in were smooth and fast. They are very friendly as well. Cons: 1. Too many floors and the room no. is very confusing due to the rooms are connected to 3 different buildings. 2. The room has fainted paint smell because it's quite a new building but after opening the balcony then it's fine 3. The soundproof is not too good. Can hear people walking and talking outside the door"

"Staying 3 days 2 nights, last minute booking and requested a room on the top floor but unfortunately there were no rooms available that time. Stay in block C with hill view and new cable car. Can see a little bit of the Skyworld ice age game. Fortunate to picture a clear view on daytime and night. Satisfied because the cooking equipment and washing machine work well especially the dryer. There will be more famous f&b shops will be opened soon. Although there is only 1 access key and parking isn't free, I am still satisfied with the facilities available especially the outdoor and indoor playground, swimming pool, hidden garden, hammock, stargazing, wall climbing, trampoline all free. Other extra activities such as bowling, darts & pool, golf simulator and karaoke are also available and the fee is also affordable. Comfortable for families to have fun in privacy. More interestingly, the staff are also very quick to act when receiving complaints. To go up to Skyworld, you can also go through the skybridge and walk 20-30 minutes. If you are lucky, you can use the buggy provided. Wheelchairs and strollers are also available at the customer service counter on level G. Highly recommended for large families. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and definitely will come back again."
