We visit here every month, and our children really enjoy the activities organized by the staff. The restaurant serves incredibly delicious pizza, which we always look forward to having. Please maintain the same great taste, but I hope the restaurant staff can be more attentive to arriving guests and avoid judging customers based on their appearance.”

It was good that hotel provide water station for us to stay hydrated, pillow kind of thick & hard. Hotel was at the end of the road, shared same entrance with Windmills apartment. No proper signage for me as 1st timer. Construction before the hotel made the road in such a mess, lorries driving like F1 chasing us making it so dangerous.

It was well equipped with everything I needed, including a bathtub and a washer-dryer, which made my stay even more convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool—it was beautiful, well maintained, and a great place to relax after a long day. The suite was also equipped with useful amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The location is very convenient, only a short drive from Genting Highlands. There are also restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to find food and anything I needed during my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. They responded quickly whenever assistance was needed, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful mountain surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. We had a pleasant stay at Genting SkyWorlds Hotel. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed in the Sixers Room, which was perfect for families. It offered plenty of space, making it easy for everyone to relax and move around comfortably. The only downside is that the hotel does not provide breakfast. However, this wasn’t a major issue because the hotel is directly connected to the mall, where there are many restaurants and cafés for breakfast, all just a short walk away. Overall, it’s a great choice for families or groups looking for a comfortable stay with convenient access to the mall and Genting SkyWorlds. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Had an enjoyable stay at 1001 Hotel overall. One of the biggest highlights is its location. It’s situated away from the busy casino crowds, making it a peaceful retreat while still offering easy access to the attractions. The view is absolutely stunning—waking up to a sea of clouds was truly unforgettable and one of the best parts of the stay. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process was slower than expected (only one staff) and the front desk staff could communicate more clearly and proactively with guests. Better coordination and customer service during check-in would create a much better first impression. Another downside is the limited food options within or near the hotel. While this may not be an issue for short stays, having more dining choices would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax with spectacular mountain and cloud views, 1001 is a great choice. With improvements to the check-in experience and more food options, it would be an even better destination.

It's a little complicated when we are trying to heading to our room from the hotel lobby, they said the room is located in a different building. The receptionist is so helpful and lead us the way. Clean room and comfortable.

Fantastic! I absolutely loved it. Everything was so simple and straightforward. The self-check-in process was a breeze – no need to bother anyone. The customer service staff were also wonderful 😊. Nice and very good!

There are special kiosk for self check in for booking via Trip or other platform. Mistake to choose a smoking room, we wait for counter service around 3 hours to change non-smoking room. Great location, walking distance to casino, sky avenue and sky world theme park. Many delicious food around but overall quite high price

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.
