"It was very conveniently located just a short walk from Alameda Central. There was a taco shop right near the hotel, so I could easily grab some if I got hungry.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Water was provided. There was no toothbrush. I didn't mind it too much, but the room? Or the TV stand? was tilted, and the drawers wouldn't close and stayed open.
Also, even though I'd already paid online, I was charged for my stay there. Fortunately, they quickly refunded me after I explained that I'd already paid online.
I was able to leave my luggage after checking in.
Overall, I didn't have any particular issues."

"This hotel near Chinatown in Mexico City is relatively clean and comfortable, though a bit below the usual Ibis standard. The location is a good—quiet at night but still close to the central walking areas.
The staff don’t speak English but are kind and do their best to help. The main downside is the bathroom—water doesn’t drain well, so it ends up flooding, which was pretty annoying. Other than that, it’s a decent spot for the price, especially if you’re just looking for somewhere simple and convenient."

"We are a family of three and chose a 60-square-meter suite. The hotel added a bed for us for free. We didn't buy breakfast, but we got a free breakfast on the 22nd floor. The breakfast is rich in variety and very nutritious. If you buy breakfast, you can eat on the 3rd floor. This hotel is very quiet and safe. It is very close to any tourist attractions and convenient for taxis. There is a pharmacy, hamburger shop and supermarket opposite the hotel, where you can buy any product you want. There is a Starbucks and night market stalls downstairs. During the Christmas period, the price of this hotel is very friendly compared to other hotels, We will continue to come back and highly recommend!"

"It’s located at a very nice location and you can get to lovely cafes and restaurants by foot.
The room is spacious and clean. However, if they can replace the shower gel and shampoo with better quality one that would be great.
I’d call this hotel is old fashioned hotel but the value for money is out of the chart. "

"The location is nice. Given Mexico's nature, it seems like a bonus to have a fire pit.
The hair dryer was damaged, so I had it repaired five days later.
The swimming pool is small. There's one jumping jack and one bike in the pool.
The shower is a bit dirty, so I can't even use the shower.
The water is a bit muddy. Take a good look."

"Just what we needed after a 12 hour flight from Europe arriving at 3am. Family room had jacuzzi bath which my daughter loved.. 2 king size beds. We were right next to the lift which was handy for the luggage and the pram having a newborn baby. The 2 guys on reception on separate occasions were both accommodating and friendly. Also used the restaurant on reception for breakfast and coffee which was reasonably priced and nice food. I would stay here again."

Thank you for choosing our Hotel MX lagunilla CDMX Trademark Collection by Wyndham hotel.
"The hotel is in the city center, and there are many night market stalls downstairs where you can eat. The law and order here is so-so, so you still have to be more careful. Everything else is pretty good, and the service attitude of the hotel staff is particularly good. There is always a small problem, that is, there is an electric fan in the room, and there is no air conditioner."

"It's not a quite nice experience living there. Can you imagine a 4-star business hotel unable to provide WIFI service during the entire SUNDAY? And the front desk said they can do nothing about that situation.
Unbelievable!
Besides those, it's an okay choice for biz trip."

AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.
AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

Ffapp7To get to the hotel in T1 you need to go to gate 8 and go up the escalator. Although it says Radisson (or other hotel chain) it actually takes you to this hotel. By the time I arrived to Mexico City, the internal transfer train from T2 to T1 wasn't working (it is currently under maintenance). I am not sure if the hotel has a shuttle bus but at the airport they indicated me to take the ”red bus”; it charges 25MXN per person but then I learned there was another bus next to it that takes you for free to T1.
The room itself was fine, although it had certain Indian smell, not sure if from previous guest or the lotion they have by the sink.
I spent only one night there due to late arrival and early next day flight. Although I checked out very early, they managed to prepare the breakfast for me. The chicken sandwich was a blessing in my next flight.
2 things that were not so great: One of the 2 elevators to get to the lobby from the airport were not working properly, aways getting stuck at the lobby floor. In the room, the curtain was not closing entirely, and the bright white light of the airport was easily entering in the room (I am not sensitive to light to sleep but some people may).
I would recommend this hotel if you were just sleeping over for the night. There is nothing touristic around, but the airport offers you plenty of food options nearby the hotel.
GGuest UserNice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours

AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room.
Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.
AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon.
The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange.
But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice.
It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

AAnonymous UserGood place to stay if you wanna roam around CDMX. Close to metro pink line making it easily commute to various spots in CDMX. All staffs were nice and approachable. I checked out in the morning and left the luggage there till evening. If they could provide liquid soap, that would be great.

MM F GomezThe hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.
