"A terriblely agri-dulce experience. I don't know if all rooms have the same problem but at least in the 101 where I hosted with my wife have a very serious problem and is that the bathroom is at a quite considerable height of the floor where the washing machine is. The floor where the washing machine is not anti-scrapping as the bathroom so I had a very strong fall by the floor when I was wet only a little it becomes completely rough. Fortunately, it did not pass from a harm in the arm that has incapable me for a few days, that no one has paid me and so I am quite annoyed. I was at all not hitting my head with the same edge of the bathroom and that could be too serious. I consider that it is a negligence of your part that the facility is maintained in that way because I am young and yet I was at all of a major accident because the hotel has at least no tape or something like that that avoids it. The hotel is a very good place to stay in the hotel. I am sorry for the hotel staff who were at the time I mentioned the situation because they are very friendly but they seem to be fully bound to make decisions and propose solutions. I had to ask for help to help me to get my bags down, because I couldn't even move my arm thinking it could even be a fracture. I wish you would contact me with the hotel managers, because I am too annoyed about this situation and I would ask you to take letters on this matter."

Reforma and Polanco, 11.3 km from Mexico City Airport. 144 modern, soundproof rooms, air conditioning, a restaurant, bar with 24-hour snack service, free WiFi, private parking and access for people with disabilities.

"Great hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money."

"I have been around three Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …"

"Great location. Friendly staff. The cleanliness could be improved (we found ants in the room and bathroom). The room was very small. The buffet breakfast is served in the ground floor room where it was very cold. I asked if I could have scrambled eggs without ham (they were made for the buffet with ham), and I was told I would have to pay extra."

"It was fine. Clean room, clean private bathroom. I always buy the cheapest room. In this case, it had a window, but facing the hallway. Sometimes I try to get at least a window facing the street for good ventilation, but that option was much more expensive. They gave me two towels, and the toilet has a lever. Everything was fine. I paid approximately 900 euros a night, a bit pricey to be honest, but it's downtown. They don't have a laundry room, and at least this room didn't have air conditioning."

AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management. The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon. The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange. But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice. It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

HHaidezhexueThe hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation
