LLisa 丽莎For travelers needing reliable and stress-free access to Mexico City International Airport (Benito Juárez), this hotel's prime location and included shuttle service are absolute game-changers. Mexico City's infamous traffic can make getting to the airport a major headache, but knowing the shuttle will get you there efficiently eliminates that worry – easily the best feature of staying here. While the room rate is a bit higher than some alternatives, it's undeniably worth it for the peace of mind and guaranteed airport transfer. The rooms themselves are simple and functional – nothing fancy, but they serve their purpose perfectly for a pre- or post-flight stopover. The included breakfast is a practical bonus, though managing expectations is key as it's basic fuel rather than a culinary delight. If catching a flight is your priority, the convenience and shuttle make this hotel a highly practical and recommended choice.

PPabloski 保罗Fantastic Location in Mexico City – Heart of San Ángel & Insurgentes One of the best locations to stay in Mexico City—especially if you’re visiting the vibrant areas of San Ángel and Insurgentes. You’re surrounded by tons of great restaurants and bars, and right next door is the Metropolitan Theater, which hosts events almost daily. Transportation is super convenient, with the Metrobus station just outside, connecting you to both the north and south of the city. The UNAM (Mexican National University), the stadium, and even the Chinese Embassy are all nearby—there’s just so much around. The hotel itself offers great service, cozy rooms, and an amazing staff. They even provide free shuttles, and the driver, Alberto, is fantastic—friendly and super helpful. Bonus tip: there’s an Italian restaurant downstairs with a buy-one-get-one pizza deal on Tuesdays. Don’t miss it! Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because the reviews are extremely praised. It's also .... Good. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was neatly decorated everywhere, so it comes out pretty no matter where you take a picture. And the breakfast is not varied, but I am so satisfied. There are many kinds of bread, and it's well prepared with good food for breakfast. I made sandwiches and ate them ... It was so delicious. So I made two and ate it. ㅋㅋ The parking space is very spacious and nice, and you can rent a bicycle (leased if you leave your passport), so I enjoyed sightseeing with my family on a bicycle in Socalo Square, the Arts Center, and the Revolutionary Monument. Thank you so much Hotel kali centro for providing good facilities and services to make you have a great time.

AAnonymous UserGood place to stay if you wanna roam around CDMX. Close to metro pink line making it easily commute to various spots in CDMX. All staffs were nice and approachable. I checked out in the morning and left the luggage there till evening. If they could provide liquid soap, that would be great.

AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon. The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange. But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice. It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

RRusTravelersThis hotel used to be a 5-star, but now it's barely a 3-star. The furniture is very old, the carpet hasn't been replaced since it opened, the bathroom tiles are falling off, and the countertop has a hole in it. But for the price, and with breakfast included, it's okay. Most importantly, everything was clean! The water was hot. Breakfast was actually a bit of a letdown. We went to the restaurant, and there was a buffet with cakes, salads, fruit, and a steaming hot dish. And they told us: ”You only get a sandwich and tea... that's it... and anything else is an extra 180 pesos.”

GGuest UserNice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours
