3-Star Hotels in Mexico City

The same problem with all holidayinn hotels is that there is a lot of room for improvement in hotel management. After the room was cleaned every day, someone would keep knocking on the door asking if the room had been cleaned. This shows very poor management. The location of this hotel is in a prosperous area in the city center, with very convenient transportation and easy taxi access for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and safe to walk.

You’re surrounded by tons of great restaurants and bars, and right next door is the Metropolitan Theater, which hosts events almost daily. Transportation is super convenient, with the Metrobus station just outside, connecting you to both the north and south of the city. The UNAM (Mexican National University), the stadium, and even the Chinese Embassy are all nearby—there’s just so much around. The hotel itself offers great service, cozy rooms, and an amazing staff. They even provide free shuttles, and the driver, Alberto, is fantastic—friendly and super helpful. Bonus tip: there’s an Italian restaurant downstairs with a buy-one-get-one pizza deal on Tuesdays. Don’t miss it! Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location.

I chose this hotel because the reviews are extremely praised. It's also .... Good. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was neatly decorated everywhere, so it comes out pretty no matter where you take a picture. And the breakfast is not varied, but I am so satisfied. There are many kinds of bread, and it's well prepared with good food for breakfast. I made sandwiches and ate them ... It was so delicious. So I made two and ate it. ㅋㅋ The parking space is very spacious and nice, and you can rent a bicycle (leased if you leave your passport), so I enjoyed sightseeing with my family on a bicycle in Socalo Square, the Arts Center, and the Revolutionary Monument. Location is good and the free shuttle service to and from the airport is a plus. However, cleanliness could improve more. I found some hair strands on the bed sheets and there was a thin layer of dust on the headboard and the tables. The shower was really bad too. There's very little water pressure. I hope they can improve those aspects to provide a more pleasurable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

Very good, this is my third time here. The room was comfortable and, most importantly, the price was reasonable. The only downside was the airport shuttle was so infrequent that I had to wait an hour and a half for it to arrive.

Good place to stay if you wanna roam around CDMX. Close to metro pink line making it easily commute to various spots in CDMX. All staffs were nice and approachable. I checked out in the morning and left the luggage there till evening. If they could provide liquid soap, that would be great.

Acceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room. Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.

Nice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours

It is a spacious and quite comfortable hotel. A little more cleaning was needed in the room, in furniture and especially sheets.
