Check in took too long and receptionist was unfriendly and asked us to wait 5mins for checking in and ended up more than 2 hours before they had a room available and cleaned! Room looks too old and tacky !

The air conditioning system is still not properly working. Another reviewer mentioned this in March. Staff confirmed, too. The lobby is cooler than my room. Don't book. Pro: good area, reasonably close to the museums and parks. Many restaurants and nightclubs are near.

Excelente ubicación, pero al hotel le falta mejorar sus habitaciones ya que se encuentran muy antiguas, la alfombra esta demasiado vieja y sucia, el baño el día que llegamos estaba sucio

Pro: The hotel is in a great spot, with good sized rooms, pleasant staff with reasonable English Cons: rooftop bar under partial construction, dated decor, aircon didnt work throughout the hotels rooms (this was confirmed with another guest on a different floor)

Un bâtiment de 16 étages, inaccessible en car, situé près d'une rue très bruyante. Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits lors d'un circuit. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, et nous avons dû subir le bruit des terrasses du quartier jusqu'à 3 ou 4 h du matin. Seconde chose, il n'y a que 2 ascenseur de 6 personnes (maxi) pour desservir les 16 étages. Deux jours de suite, au 11ème étage, nous avons dû attendre plus de 15 minutes pour voir un ascenseur s'arrêter. La remarque à la réception n'a pas eu d'effets. Pour le petit déjeuner, pas de remarques sur la qualité, mais nous avons dû changer de salle sans explications. Cet hôtel accueille visiblement des groupes et se contente de gérer sans chercher de solutions. A éviter
