ZZuzi PaThe basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bed⊠The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. đ« But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family.

GGuest UserDas Hotel war sehr sauber und das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ein Traum. Am Pool waren immer freie Liegen zu haben und es wurde extrem auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit geschaut. Mehrmals pro Stunde rĂ€umten Mitarbeiter am Pool oder in der Lobby kleinere Unordnungen auf und wischten die Tische ab. Die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend. Eine Nacht war etwas BaustellenlĂ€rm zu hören und Geschrei vom Nachbarhotel, aber was will man am Ballermann erwarten. Wieder erwarten waren eher weniger Partytouristen, sondern auch viele normale Urlauber da

GGuest UserMy partner and I stayed at Whala!fun for 8 days and had a great experience. We were warmly welcomed by Juan at reception, and even though we arrived early, we could leave our luggage and start enjoying the rooftop pool and bar â same for check-out day, which was super convenient!
The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On day 3, we noticed something in the room that hadnât been cleaned properly, but it was quickly resolved the next morning without any issues.
Breakfast had a lot of variety and was always fresh. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a day out.
Overall, a fantastic stay â we would definitely come back!

GGuest UserHotel location is good, clean and tidy, go to the beach for five minutes, go to the airport for about 15 minutes by car, there is bus, breakfast 8:00, I have to catch the plane, go at 7:00, there are, there are fewer varieties, there are swimming pools , the environment is very good, nice hotel!

HHigh.PriestessOnly stayed there for 2 days so didnât really mind the noise but it does get quite noisy. Pretty much a â partyâ place, not my thing.
The tv wasnât even plugged in lol
Bed sheets not very clean
I wanted to charge my phone while in bed but there was no plug nearby.
Good thing is being close to supermarkets, for a quick shop, a lots of restaurants available for a meal all night so very convenient . The hotel is also walking distance to the beach, like, 2min

QQaisrooms advertised as double. infact it's 2 singles pushed together. my feet hung of the bed had to sleep at an angle so be comfy. asked the hotel snd they said there are no double beds at all in the hotel.
breckfadt was like a free for all no system really confusing.

AAnonymous UserIs seemed to be a good value for money. You have general cleanliness, relative closeness to the beach, decent selection of food, nice personnel.
Fantastic view from the rooftop bar.
The way from the beach back to the hotel is upwards with a staircase involved, so might not suit everyone.
The food is tasty, the amount of alcohol allowed (3 glasses of wine or beer at lunch and dinner) is enough.
Would recommend this hotel.

AAnonymous UserI traveled solo so I was given a solo room for 4 nights.
SâArenal beach is very close to the hotel, itâs a 7-minute walk otherwise Playa de Palma is a 45-minute walk or you have the A2 bus to the airport that takes you there. Itâs well served.
As for the hotel, you donât expect luxury but for the price itâs reasonable. On the other hand the walls⊠are very thin, you can hear the guests next door unfortunately. Thatâs the only negative point otherwise we have access to everyone. (check with reception)
The area is specifically for party-goers, quite a few Germans, restaurants where German is spoken. If you like to party, welcome to SâArenal :)
