"The public areas of the hotel are very beautiful, with a perfect combination of history and modernity. The hotel has a tennis court, a swimming pool and a free sauna, which are much larger than I thought. I recommend that you book a suite above the basic room type, which will be much better than the basic room type. There are not many breakfast options and the taste is average, but there is a very cute kitten near the kitchen. The key point is that the room is completely dark after the curtains are drawn, which is very friendly to people who have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The basic food in the hotel tastes average and needs to be improved, but there is a Michelin restaurant, which we did not have time to taste and should be good."

"It's a very good hotel. The decor is quite cool. I like the layout. And the staff are very friendly. There's transportation near the hotel. Very clean. We had one of the available rooms, which was very good, but there's one thing to be aware of. Perhaps for convenience and practicality, there are no barriers in the shower, the drain isn't very easy to use, and water tends to accumulate; in fact, there are some hazards. "Breakfast was very varied, fresh and delicious. There was even salmon on Sundays. The rooms were also clean and tidy. The towels were even changed, although you didn't ask them to (by putting them on the floor), which they also indicate on a sign on the table (for the sake of the environment). The location to Ballermann is of course not so good, it's a long walk and the hotel is ”uphill”. What really bothered us about the ”service” was that the security simply came into the room in the middle of the day. We were in the bathroom, lightly dressed, and he was walking around the room with the door wide open and then we looked and asked him to come out and pushed the door shut, he refused and held it with a lot of force. We weren't given a reason why he was in there. We complained to reception but they just accepted it and wanted to make a note of it. They didn't even meet your needs or anything. A really cheeky move. 😐 Otherwise you can't complain. There is always a lifeguard at the pool and it is also a nice pool area."

"I booked this place because the pictures looked good and the price was cheap. I initially booked one day, but after arriving, I felt it was nice and extended my stay for two more days. Every room has a balcony, and after a few days, I felt it was indeed very nice. First of all, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the kitchen had a microwave. The receptionist (the uncle and the young man, possibly the uncle's son) patiently answered my questions. On the first day, only the top-floor rooms were available, requiring me to take the elevator to the fourth floor and then walk down one flight of stairs. Fortunately, the young man helped me carry my suitcase to the fifth floor. Later, I found the top floor quite nice—quiet and with a very large terrace. So much so that the receptionist offered to move me to the fourth floor the next day, but I was too lazy to unpack and also thought the top floor was great, so I stayed for three days without changing rooms. I also saw the most beautiful sunset here, but unfortunately, I caught the tail end one day and completely missed it the next… They don't have their own parking lot, but you can park for free on the side street in front if there are any spaces available, or there's a very large free public parking lot about 100 meters behind the hotel. It's also less than 100 meters to the main street in front, where there are direct buses to the airport or Parma. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. I turned left at a T-junction with lots of yachts. The beach there was quite small. I asked the uncle when I got back, and he said the beach was bigger if I turned right. By the way, the locks on their doors were hard to open. I found I needed both hands 😄😄 Left hand holding the lock, right hand inserting the key, both hands working together to turn it made it easy to open, but one hand just turning the key wouldn't work… Anyway, in Mallorca, you need to know your accommodation requirements. If you just want something clean, well-equipped, and reasonably priced, choose this place. If you want a place you'll love at first sight, you'll have to go somewhere several times more expensive…"
