The basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bedā¦ The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. š« But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family.

AnaPerfect, very clean, attentive, great spa, I want to repeat, there is a swimming pool around the villa, it must be spectacular to be there in summer and be able to have lunch and dinner in their restaurant.
Please note that I left my tablet in the villa and they were very kind to keep it for me and the reception staff were very friendly

High.PriestessOnly stayed there for 2 days so didnāt really mind the noise but it does get quite noisy. Pretty much a ā partyā place, not my thing.
The tv wasnāt even plugged in lol
Bed sheets not very clean
I wanted to charge my phone while in bed but there was no plug nearby.
Good thing is being close to supermarkets, for a quick shop, a lots of restaurants available for a meal all night so very convenient . The hotel is also walking distance to the beach, like, 2min

I was very friendly received at my arrival and the staff were always helpful and premature during my stay. The room was very clean and clean, but the establishment has come somewhat in the years ā a renovation or at least the exchange of individual furniture would be desirable. The electricity supply worked only after a few trials reliable. Unfortunately, I could not take the dinner and morning meals, but in the morning, alternatives were friendly offered. A pleasant stay with a small improvement potential

and there is a balcony in room
the location is also good
you can walk to beach in ten minutes
and there are many bus station near the hotel

Is seemed to be a good value for money. You have general cleanliness, relative closeness to the beach, decent selection of food, nice personnel.
Fantastic view from the rooftop bar.
The way from the beach back to the hotel is upwards with a staircase involved, so might not suit everyone.
The food is tasty, the amount of alcohol allowed (3 glasses of wine or beer at lunch and dinner) is enough.
Would recommend this hotel.

Iām unhappy the cleaner not change new towels everyday. Should by everyday sanepid of clran . The hotel is nice inside and good service. The location is near lovely beach.

The hotel is very good in every way, large and comfortable beds, a/c, TV, swimming pool, the hotel staff is wonderful, no problems at all, if you have any questions they will resolve them for you, including the hotel maintenance staff. There is parking, it is not a party area, it is quiet, close to Palma, the airport, close to pharmacies, pizzerias, etc. We will definitely return.
