Hotel location is good, clean and tidy, go to the beach for five minutes, go to the airport for about 15 minutes by car, there is bus, breakfast 8:00, I have to catch the plane, go at 7:00, there are, there are fewer varieties, there are swimming pools , the environment is very good, nice hotel!

Breakfast was very varied, fresh and delicious. There was even salmon on Sundays. The rooms were also clean and tidy. The location to Ballermann is of course not so good, it's a long walk and the hotel is ”uphill”. What really bothered us about the ”service” was that the security simply came into the room in the middle of the day. We were in the bathroom, lightly dressed, and he was walking around the room with the door wide open and then we looked and asked him to come out and pushed the door shut, he refused and held it with a lot of force. We weren't given a reason why he was in there. We complained to reception but they just accepted it and wanted to make a note of it. They didn't even meet your needs or anything. A really cheeky move. 😐 Otherwise you can't complain. There is always a lifeguard at the pool and it is also a nice pool area.

The location was actually perfect, the bus stop was only a few minutes' walk away and, above all, right on the beach. The room was big enough and so was the bathroom. The only thing that annoyed me was the shower. There were people with disgusting stains on the window frame and the bathtub didn't look clean at all, as if you could bathe yourself in it. I would rate the staff neutrally. This hotel is not suitable at all for people who have very sensitive ears when they sleep, because you can hear a lot through the door and the door slams loudly.

The hotel is very good in every way, large and comfortable beds, a/c, TV, swimming pool, the hotel staff is wonderful, no problems at all, if you have any questions they will resolve them for you, including the hotel maintenance staff. There is parking, it is not a party area, it is quiet, close to Palma, the airport, close to pharmacies, pizzerias, etc. We will definitely return.
