"What a fabulous find! We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful room. Great food, we had dinner a couple of times and breakfast has everything you could wish for. The outdoor pools were lovely. The big one is a swimmers dream! The gym is small but well equipped. All the staff are great. The location is brilliant, only 15 minutes from the airport and easy to get to beaches. We will definitely be back!"

"This resort was the absolute worst experience I've had with any resort. At check in, I arrived at 12p, and the receptionist wouldn't let us check in until 4pm, which is fine, that's policy. But I seen multiple families check in as early as 1pm, 2pm, etc. during my stay. The housekeeping was terrible. I took a video, it had women's hair and dirt and grim left around the bath tub and left the mirrors dirty. At La Terrassa, I waited 15 minutes to be seated while other customers were seated right away. They gave me the wrong food and blamed me. A waitress argued with me because I didn't like my food. It was absolutely horrible service. One night I tried to eat at La Fincha, me and my guest tried to be seated and the restaurant refused to seat us, claiming they were full. When we in fact pointed out 5 empty tables. I felt discriminated against. As a Presidential level guest, I was supposed to receive a bottle of wine as a gift. The front desk receptionist told me the sales presentation people were supposed to give it to me, then when I asked the sales people, they told me it was the desk downstairs. I left without receiving the gift. I am horrified on the poor level of customer support and basic decency that I did not received at Son Antem. As a Presidential level, to know that I would/could be treated this way, makes me regret ever purchasing."

"This is a small adult only hotel. We stayed for one night after a long day travelling. It is quiet and restful. the room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent . We had dinner which was good value and well presented. This is a place to return to if you needf a rest. Only drawback was that our room was upstairs and there is no lift."

Finca Gomera - Agroturismo Hotel

"The basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bed… The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. 💫 But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family."
