From Palma airport you take the bus A2 and ticket is 5 eu because it’s from airport with the bus line 25 you can go to Palma old time. I enjoy my stay. If you like party than this is the place to be"

"Deceived by the beautiful pictures on the internet, the reality is unclean, unkempt, dirty (including the pool and grounds) and unfriendly. The restaurant looks very dingy and the kitchen critical. The food is really inedible, and you'll look in vain for fresh produce at breakfast. Even though the manager Maria, who is responsible for everything, tries very hard, she is completely overwhelmed, which is clearly reflected in the quality. It seems that the guests here are mainly regulars who know how to help themselves and, above all, help a lot with the service. The hotel is not worth the price at all. When criticism is made, the friendliness ends very quickly."

"If you’re looking for a peaceful and serene escape, this hotel delivers, but be prepared for its remote location. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the airport and 30 minutes from Palma, so you’ll definitely need to hire a car to get around. The rooms are spacious and very clean, though the air conditioning can be a bit loud at night. The swimming pool is a highlight; large, well-maintained, and never too crowded during our stay. Breakfast is a standard continental offering, perfectly fine but with room for improvement if you’re after variety or hot options. Overall, a great choice if you value tranquility over proximity to amenities."

"The basic room is really basic. There isn't even a kettle... It was barely given any attention; the entire shower wall was covered in mold, which could have been cleaned. 360 turn to grab toilet paper. 2 head hits on the shelf above the bed… The whole property lacks design thinking. I'd say they're more focused on renting it as a whole, for weddings, etc., than on the individual experience, which is understandable: location, space, competition. But 3-5 details would make a huge difference. :) Nevertheless I think the other rooms are much better. They were just a bit tired, end of the season. The pool is fabulous; we were allowed to enjoy it after checkout, which was very appreciated, considering our flight was at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is excellent; thank you, Camila, for the delicious scrambled eggs and friendly chat; the rating went up that morning. 💫 But we won't be returning or recommending it to our friends and family."

"Booked all inclusive package only allowed 3 very small alcoholic drinks with lunch and dinner. This was not stated when booked!!! (We would have chosen somewhere else). The food was always cold even if you went as soon as it was available. No entertainment! Pool area was small and in the shade until late in the afternoon so not able to sunbathe. Do not book this hotel if you are expecting to be able to stay at your hotel and use all inclusive facilities unless your happy with soft drinks all day! More like full board than all inclusive."

"The strict policy is not very nice. We appreciate your punctuality ”If you have an unexpected event and you will be delayed for more than 15 minutes, please call us at :tel to prevent us from canceling your table. On the contrary, if you arrive more than 30 minutes before with respect to the time of your reservation, we can not guarantee your access to the hotel, in order to ensure optimal quality in our service.” We have been therefore many times but now the service and the ambiance is gone. We had lunch at the Sea Club. The food was ok, not more. The staff was all self concerned and it felt unprofessional. We were not welcome to have a drink at the bar/reception at the hotel. Sorry to say - but Cap Rocat has lost it and we will never go back. Nor will we recommend our friends to go there. Mayor disappointment."

"Great location and clean rooms, but the food is a major letdownI have been staying at Hotel City for several years now, and while it has some unbeatable advantages, certain aspects have unfortunately not improved over time. The absolute best thing about this hotel is its location, as it is situated just a short distance from the airport and a taxi ride takes only about 7 minutes. Public transport is also very convenient because there is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away, and the beach is incredibly close, taking only about 2 minutes to reach on foot. Additionally, the surrounding area is lively and full of various shops and restaurants. Regarding the hotel itself, the cleanliness is commendable and housekeeping cleans the rooms every single day. However, the hotel infrastructure has its flaws because the elevators are simply not sufficient for the capacity of the hotel, which results in long wait times. Another issue is the main dining hall, where the air conditioning is always set much too high, making the environment uncomfortably cold. Unfortunately, the food is a chapter by itself. Having visited this hotel for years, I can confidently say that the meals are always the same. The food is either completely tasteless or heavily oversalted, the meat is often tough and rubbery, and the buffet consists of way too many deep-fried, processed frozen foods. After just three days of eating here, you simply lose your appetite and do not want to see the hotel food anymore. If you want a clean hotel in a perfect location, Hotel City is a solid choice, but I highly recommend booking it without half board or all inclusive, and eating out in the local restaurants instead."
