The location of this hotel is awesome and the amenities provided are as per the expectations.
Well systemised check in process and top notch service. No language barrier with the hotel staffs. They are providing answers for all type of queries.
When I step in to the hotel after a long travel., the first smile from the receptionist .. turned my tired in to energetic. This hotel located very close all eateries, shoppings and *******. We can enjoy all these with in the building itself. Without expose to cold or rain.

First time checked-in at Skyworld Hotel with my Family & relatives. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the Christmas decorations at the hotel lobby were great and there was a garden at the back of the hotel which was a very good place to relax and photo taking. The weather at this point of time is good, around 19 to 21'C. The only bad experience was that one of our room has urine smell upon check-in. However, kudos to the hotel cleaning staff who were quick to response and settled the issue within the shortest possible time. Will definitely consider this hotel again during the next visit.

I have stayed at SkyWorld Hotel many times, but this stay was very disappointing and made us feel unsafe.
At around 1am, someone kept ringing our doorbell nonstop. We didn’t dare to open the door because we wanted to see clearly who it was and why anyone would do that in the midnight. After ringing for a while and seeing that we did not open the door, the person used a card to try to open our room door. OMG, why he got card!! Luckily, we had the security latch hooked, so the door could only open halfway. When the person realized he couldn’t get in, then he left.
We reported this to the front desk, but their explanation that it “might be a night-shift housekeeping staff” was unacceptable. Housekeeping have a fixed schedule, why would anyone be knocking on doors and trying to enter rooms at such a late hour.
This incident made us feel very unsafe, and we couldn’t sleep the entire night. We regret not calling the police or checking CCTV to find out who it really was. The hotel should take this seriously and review their security procedures.
To future guests: please be extremely careful and always lock and latch your door.

The room we had was spacious and clean. It also has a large balcony with nice view of the mountains and valley. The hotel staff were very efficient especially the concierge staff who assisted us to check in via the self-checkin kiosk.

Nice environment and spacious environment. The hotel is clean, kids love the wall drawing so much. The hotel just next to the Skyworld outdoor theme park and short walking distance to Skyworld indoor theme park.

Nice hotel after renovations. It’s a bit far to sky ******. Overall good experiences as the weather is nice to walk. Plenty of choices for food. Love it.

Hotel is clean but very basic.
Pros:
- near to hotel guest entrance of SkyWorld theme park
- walking distance to skyavenue (shopping mall)
- good for concert goers, very near (arena of stars)
- vending machines with microwaveable food
Cons:
- hotel breakfast is quite far, about 10min walk away (see map). Prob you can skip the breakfast because you can get food at skyavenue also.
- very very limited parking spaces, and it’s all outdoor and far from main entrance, nearest multi storey carpark is at resort/highland hotel, which is about 6-8min walking distance via shelter or 4min but cutting through the main road. And there is no lift if you are cutting through main road.
