Hotels in Genting Highlands

"Lobby has a small slide and my kids really enjoyed it. The six-person room is quite spacious, quiet (stayed on Level 2), and cold enough without turning on the air-con. Early check-in was allowed with a small fee and checkout was smooth. Location is great if you’re going to Arena of Stars, but it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to SkyAvenue. Not so good: receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Parking is limited, no clear pedestrian walkway, and it only accepts TnG or Genting card, but there’s no reload kiosk in the hotel. No water fountain and only small bottled water provided with limited refills. Hair dryer cuts off when using high heat. Room design looks fun, but there’s no real sofa, only two stools, which isn’t very practical."

"My family and I enjoy our stay. We were given a family suite at the 1001 Nights (Tower 3) instead of Wyndham (Tower 1), but we love it. The view from our suite at Level 42 was breathtaking because we were literally above the clouds. The breakfast buffet was marvelous with large spreads. We definitely will come back to this hotel again."

"I hope they can improve the self check-in machine. When I finished checking in, the receipt didn't come out of the machine, so I only knew my room number but not which floor it was on. I asked a staff member, and they just told me to take a number and wait in line, which took a long time. All I needed to know was the floor, but it ended up being such a hassle. Here's a suggestion: It would be great if they could improve this. Even though the room number is shown during check-in, the floor isn't included in the system. At the very least, if the receipt paper runs out, guests could take a photo of it with their phone, which would avoid so much trouble. Alternatively, they could allow us to enter our email to send the receipt there, and then provide a QR code for us to scan ourselves."

"We spent 1 night here. love the place. we enjoyed the neflix . clean n fully furnished. the facilities provided were same as advertised, though we didn't do any cooking (went out for meals). limited halal eatery at the mall. combini (bilabila) is available at ground floor. the premium parking at tower D was ample and easy to navigate, the parking charged daily (rm10/day). we were charged total of rm 31.80 🤑 (cause we went out for dinner after check in, RM 10.60 . came back and check out next day, RM 21.20). walking distance to the chin swee temple, chin swee station cable car and skyavenue, but we have car so didn't try the walkway."

"Had a very pleasant stay at Antara CoBnB Homestay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The homestay had all the basic amenities we needed, and the environment was peaceful, making it a great place to rest and relax. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Would be happy to stay here again in the future."

"Bangunan sama dgn Swiss-Garden Hotel, setiap bilik akan dapat 1 parking kereta percuma. Check-in sharp jam 3pm, sampai kul 2.30 pun xleh c/in. By 3pm on Wednesday during weekday da ramai yg q utk c/i so klu xnk q pjg sila q by 2.50. Nak cari mkn halal senang, walking distance jer. It a very good place kalau nak stay dgn reasonable price. WiFi memuaskan, TV ada channel, mesin basuh + dryer and 2 room + 2 toilet. Bad thing, kepala terhantuk almari sebab terlalu rendah dan curtain agak menggangu. Sampai berdarah jugak, mgmt kena ltk something. Another thing tiada kiblat utk solat, sila letak."

"The location is great, next to genting Highland, cost is much much cheaper than hotel at Genting Highland. Except that you have to pay to take shuttle bus to genting Highland, cleanliness of hotel room was great, value for money for two room level 26 one room view genting ,one room view building The self check-in process is quick (with staff available and on standby to assist you), and no deposit is required. Finding the check-in reception and your room might be a bit challenging, so here’s my advice with pictures attached,After passing the guard house, you’ll see a signboard for the hotel lobby. Don’t park your car yet! Walk straight ahead following the hotel lobby signboard towards Tower 2"

"Driving to hotel from Genting is not too far but it require skill especially during foggy condition. The hotel equipped with dining, retails and spa centers, quite self sustainable on it own. Great choice if Genting is full"

"We are a group of 10 pax to visit and chosen Harvinton for first time and the room type, facilities are out of our expectation compared to previous experience in Genting. One of the disappointed might be the breakfast as the places quite small and couldn’t compare with hotel style.. few choices and the only one coffee maker to serve make all lining up for waiting 1 coffee.. time wasted"

"The hotel service was generally good, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the water heater in my room was disappointing. it only stayed hot for a few minutes before turning cold, and I’m not sure why. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee machines were often out of service. Out of two machines, only one was working most of the time, which was inconvenient. There were also sudden loud banging sounds from the upper floor about twice a day, which was quite scary. Room service was fine, but accessing the swimming pool or gym can be a bit challenging if you plan to move between Windmill and Swiss Garden. It’s better to go directly down to the 3rd floor and walk over to Windmill for the facilities. Overall, an okay experience, but there’s room for improvement."
