They were really nice to provide fruits on our first day, very nice hotel to stay in however.. television wasn’t working esp the television in the toilet doesn’t have a remote controller that works. Shower gel wasn’t sufficient to fill the bathtub either. Other than that, the room and service from staff were great. View was beautiful too

Pillow menu is good, services line helpful, staff friendly and seems well trained But would be better if Wi-Fi credentials are printed on room access letter/receipt Anyways a good sleep in the room, decent bathtub does leads to a very decent, relaxing experience.

The room service is good though we have move our luggage into the room and process to exchange the room, this is very good experience and outstanding service. We are really enjoy with Genting Grand hotel with such a 5 stars hotel without doubt

The room is pretty spacious and clean. Great hospitality received from the receptionist during check-in. Would like to extend my special appreciation to Mr Johnny, a friendly staff, for his kind initiative & guidance during my check-in. Looking forward to stay in the hotel on next visit.

Most if not all the counter staffs are not very friendly and helpful. 5 star hotel and no conditioner is provided?! Room looks dirty and old. Totally not worth the price. Definitely not going to revisit.

My wife and I spent an evening at the Genting Hotel like we were in a comedy. When we got to the hotel, we had bellboys help us with our luggage in the lobby and check in was quick and pleasant. There is no queue. We stayed in a Premier room. Spacious room, big bathroom, excellent water pressure and good facilities. The room had a separate lounge with TV. The bed was very comfortable and overall I must admit it was a good experience. Check out was quick and efficient. Breakfast wasn't included but no shame. We go to sky avenue mall which has a lot of options from local to foreign options.

Small room with an affordable rate. 2D1N staying is just enough. Otherwise, you’ll get bored as nothing to look after esp view & small room which is just ni e to sleep. Indeed, such room does not suit for a family of 4. However, the hotel room is strategically situated as it is quite covenient & nearby to access both indoor & outdoor theme parks. Still recommended for budget overnight stay.
