Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Breakfast

I rarely write reviews, but I just had to before I even checked out this time. The service was absolutely fantastic! We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

I loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations overall! The hotel is located in the Jiuzhaigou Huamei Shengjing Resort. Our butler, Jenny, was incredibly thoughtful, handling our check-in quickly and with a gentle, patient attitude. Her service during our stay was meticulous and attentive; she anticipated our needs and was always ready to help, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable and satisfying. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and featured a well-designed wet/dry separated bathroom with excellent water pressure and 24-hour hot water. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the blackout curtains provided great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the facilities were well-maintained with thoughtful details throughout. It's a very photogenic place, truly enhancing the vacation vibe. For the price, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend for families traveling with children! The hotel boasts an elegant and quiet environment, with spacious and bright rooms. The service deserves full marks! The staff were all smiles throughout our stay, incredibly friendly and natural. Whether it was room cleaning or front desk inquiries, they were always responsive and quick to assist with every request. We felt comfortable and at ease during our stay. It was a perfect family experience with excellent value for money, definitely worth a second visit!

The room was very spacious, and the view was fantastic. Plus, there's a balcony perfect for relaxing and taking photos. It was also spotlessly clean. What really stood out was the excellent service. When we checked in, they explained everything clearly. They provided shuttle service practically on demand, picking us up and dropping us off wherever we needed, even for takeaway deliveries right to our door, and they even shuttled us part of the way to the bus stop. The breakfast was also great, with high-quality, freshly prepared dishes that were all delicious. A very pleasant stay overall!

Staying at this Vienna Hotel in Jiuzhaigou was a great decision; everything exceeded my expectations! They offer a shuttle service directly to the scenic area's visitor center every morning, making transportation incredibly convenient. We were traveling with a child, and after we connected with them on WeChat beforehand, they even helped us arrange a pick-up car from the station. Upon arrival, seeing we had a child, they proactively upgraded our room and provided a complimentary breakfast for the little one. Their service truly deserves a thumbs-up! The hotel's decor is grand and impressive, and the room's cleanliness was impeccable – the bathroom and bedding were spotless and odor-free. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of nutritious options, perfect for fueling up before a day of hiking. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, which was great for stretching out and relieving fatigue after long periods of sitting or walking. With all these excellent amenities, it's truly an outstanding choice for accommodation.

The environment here is fantastic, with pristine forest right behind the property. On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains across the way and behind us, though it's quite atmospheric even on cloudy days. It's truly untouched; we saw wild rabbits hopping around and herders' horses grazing nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the yak hotpot we had for dinner was pretty good too. I also highly recommend exploring the village down the mountain.

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff member who greeted us was incredibly welcoming and helpful, assisting with our luggage and constantly making sure we had everything we needed. They even provided shuttle service to and from the scenic spots. The ladies in the breakfast area were also very friendly, and the environment was pleasant. It was quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would definitely choose this B&B again if I have the chance.
