We absolutely loved our night at the Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome-kind, attentive, and effortlessly accommodating. Their warmth set the tone for a perfect stay.
Our room was a dream: spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the linens felt fresh and crisp, and there was plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. It’s the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease.
And then there’s the surprise that makes this place unforgettable—their charming little zoo! We were delighted to wander outside and find deer gracefully roaming, a curious ostrich adding a playful touch, and three adorable dogs who absolutely stole our hearts. It’s unique, joyful, and perfect for both families and anyone who loves a bit of nature and personality with their stay.
If you’re heading to the astounding Jiuzhai Valley National Park, this place makes the adventure even more special. The park’s dreamlike scenery-mirror‑clear lakes in shades of turquoise, terraced mineral pools, cascading waterfalls, and ever‑changing forests left us in awe. After a day of wandering boardwalks and soaking in those views, coming back to the serenity of “Between the trees and streams” felt perfect. The name truly fits the vibe.

ZZizhuxiaojingThe hotel's decor is clean and modern, and the hygiene is excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, well laid out with separate wet and dry areas, and fully equipped with amenities like central air conditioning, large-screen TVs, a mini-fridge, a small humidifier, and a smart toilet. The service quality is top-notch; staff are friendly and attentive to details. A major highlight is the eight complimentary bottles of mineral water provided in the room, which addresses guests' hydration needs perfectly and is truly commendable. The restaurant is clean and offers a great environment with a wide selection of high-quality dishes, including salads, stir-fries, pastries, fried rice, milk, soy milk, coffee, fruits, and yogurt—everything you could ask for.
Additionally, the hotel provides both ground-level and underground parking. Ground-level spots are limited and about 10 meters from the hotel, while the underground parking is about 100 meters away, making it slightly less convenient.
Overall, the hotel left a great impression. Five-star rating!

ZZQ81This is a great traditional tibentan style guest house. Rooms are clean, modern and functional. The breakfast set is delicious too. What really made my stay a fantastic one is the warm hospiality of the host. He went extra miles to send me to see a doctor on the first day and even invited us to tea in the second night's evening, something you don't really get in a normal hotel. Overall i will highly recommend this place as a base to explore jiuzhaigou.

AAnonymous UserUpon arriving at the hotel, the staff at the entrance were very welcoming. Vivian at the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which had a great view. The breakfast was also excellent. The yak hot pot restaurant the hotel recommended nearby was delicious too. A very pleasant experience overall.

MM9411****This is a very quiet and comfortable resort, located in Jiuzhaigou's backyard, Zhongcha Valley, a place I personally really love. Up above, there are large grasslands and pastures where you can ride horses and camp, as well as some local ******* villages. The hotel itself is beautiful, with various maple trees and small berries, making morning and evening strolls very pleasant. All rooms are villa-style, offering excellent privacy. Conrad and Hilton share the same resort, which features lake views, gardens, and even small animal feeding. It's also very convenient to get to Jiuzhaigou the next day, just a ten-minute drive away. Overall, it was a great experience!

MM769323****Our entire stay was an absolute delight! The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the gully entrance, and they offer a free shuttle service directly to the scenic area's main gate. Our room was spotless and odor-free, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. The staff were all so warm and attentive, from check-in to check-out, they were efficient and thoughtful. The restaurant on the first floor also serves great food; the yak hotpot was particularly fresh and delicious. The value for money is simply unbeatable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! This stay exceeded all expectations. The hotel's cleanliness, down to every detail, was impeccable, especially the bathroom. For this price, it's far superior to anything you'd find closer to the gully entrance.

SSusuYANGA holiday should be about breaking free from the conventional, and I much prefer raw, authentic experiences. Staying here, all my worries instantly melted away, and both my body and mind reconnected with their true, original selves, allowing for a deeper focus on my inner peace.
My mornings weren't woken by an alarm clock or the din of city traffic, but by the gentle neighing of horses right outside my window. Stepping out, I was greeted by horses and wild rabbits, all coexisting peacefully without bothering anyone.
The staff's service was truly personalized and attentive, a refreshing change from the generic, 'by-the-book' service you often encounter. While everyone's needs and feelings are different, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn't work, I personally had a fantastic experience. It truly depends on what you're looking for in a stay; for me, what I particularly cherished here was the immersive nature, the profound relaxation, and the sheer tranquility.

__WeChat256626****Let me just say, this hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable. It's truly a king-level experience for its price point; I rarely book such a perfect stay. First off, the hotel lobby is spacious and artistic, great for taking photos and checking in. It definitely has that star-hotel vibe. There's hot tea available in the lobby for chilly guests, perfect for a warming drink – all very health-conscious. Secondly, the rooms are super comfortable, with a warm yellow palette and a decor style similar to all-season hotels like Hanting, which is very pleasing to the eye. The main highlight is the underfloor heating. After visiting attractions, there's a car to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Before we even arrive, a staff member turns on the underfloor heating for you, so you step into a wonderfully warm room. From 7-10 PM, there are multiple hot tubs to choose from, with very high, bubbling water that's also extremely clean. The morning breakfast buffet has everything you could want, all freshly prepared. There's even a chef on hand to make rice noodles for you. It's rare to find such a perfect hotel – clean and affordable. It's absolutely the best choice for staying outside the scenic area. The service is warm and friendly; they even send you a travel guide in advance, which is incredibly thoughtful. I honestly didn't want to leave a review for fear of it getting too popular and me not being able to book it again, but it truly deserves my praise! 👍

AAnonymous UserThe pros: They contacted me in advance to tell me how to get there, the lobby is beautiful, and there's central heating, so it's warm as soon as you enter the room. The location is great, right by the Songcheng Scenic Area, with lots of restaurants nearby.
The cons: The room facilities are very basic. Some switches are not sensitive, and the soft furnishings have scuffs and haven't been maintained. The worst part is that water from the shower leaks out from under the door, making the bathroom floor all wet. The breakfast selection is also limited. They offer a shuttle service to the scenic area in the morning, but there's only one car, so you have to wait for round trips.
Overall, paying almost 500 yuan for this B&B isn't really worth it; it would be better to book a regular hotel instead.
