Perfect
AAdeline YHotel staff reached out even before trip via wechat, and we were able to stay in touch the whole time. Due to an injury and altitude sickness on the way, we were delayed and needed assistance when we arrived. Everyone was so kind and they even gave us a mountain climbing stick (left by another guest) to get around. They also arranged transport and accompaniment to the local hospital.
We felt very well taken care of during the trip, and also loved all the food at the hotel - a good thing, as nothing else is available in the area because it is too far from the town. The cooking is superb - portions are huge sharing ones so the price is reasonable. Breakfast is epic.
Grounds of the hotel are fun to explore - some cultural activities and little animals in the mini zoo which featured an ostrich! Yaks roamed outside the zoo while we were there. The little pond is home to geese and ducks. The kids loved it!
We visited during the low season and our room was upgraded - this is the nicest room in the hotel. There was a Chinese version of Siri which we couldnt get to work, and also heated flooring. Would love to come back in another season to see the greenery, but this was a nice holiday.

Vvicky624328I absolutely have to rave about this guesthouse! We stayed here for several nights in Jiuzhai and had an amazing experience.
First, a huge shout-out to the owner. Our child suffered from altitude sickness during the night, and the owner immediately brought over Rhodiola Rosea and an oxygen tank. When our plans changed and we needed to shorten our stay by a day, the owner readily agreed without any fuss. The driver recommended by the owner was also very reliable. Oh, and the owner's tea is incredibly fragrant – I even got to sample some, haha!
Now, for the location: it's super convenient. It's easy to get to both the Jiuzhai Scenic Area and Chongqia Ice and Snow World, and the town itself isn't as bustling as the area right at the gorge entrance. The guesthouse is located at the end of a road, making it a peaceful retreat amidst the activity.
The guesthouse has its own spacious courtyard where we even played badminton. You can also see snow-capped mountains from the guesthouse. Plus, there are two adorable and friendly 'lucky cats' – I even got to pet them, which made me happy! We booked a family room, which was very spacious with large beds that were just the right firmness. There's also underfloor heating, and the room was spotlessly cleaned every day.

The warm lighting creates a cozy atmosphere, and every detail exudes quality. Opening the window reveals the enchanting landscapes of Jiuzhai, making it feel like you're living inside a painting where nature and culture harmoniously intertwine. The breakfast in the morning is a real treat, featuring authentic local flavors and exquisite presentation – it's both comforting and heartwarming, setting a wonderful tone for the day.
What I'll remember most are the people here, as warm as the sunshine of Jiuzhai. Zaxi was enthusiastic and attentive, providing thoughtful companionship throughout our stay. He patiently introduced us to the surrounding sights, took us to discover local coffee, and helped us experience ******* culture. His meticulous care added a sense of security and ease to our trip. The handsome Longlong was like a walking photographer, capturing our beautiful moments with his lens. Each photo held such thoughtfulness, preserving precious memories of our journey.
Another delightful surprise at the inn was the adorable dog, Huahua. Gentle and lively, she instantly dispelled any unfamiliarity or apprehension, becoming a little source of comfort during our trip. From the attentive service to the warm environment, from the authentic food to the heartwarming companionship, Youmei Yinsu Jiuzhai Cloud Inn truly made us feel at home with their sincerity and dedication.

55maoThis stay completely redefined my understanding of ”service.” From the moment my reservation was confirmed until I checked out, the hotel team truly delivered a personalized, one-to-one butler-style experience. Every staff member was as attentive as an old friend. Before my trip, the butler proactively offered detailed travel advice, helped book transportation, recommended restaurants, and even thoughtfully reminded me about weather changes. Their responses were consistently prompt throughout my stay, leaving me with absolutely nothing to worry about.
The room amenities also deserve high praise: a smart toilet, a body-sensing shower system that was incredibly comfortable, and a mattress so inviting I didn't want to get out of bed, leading to a significant improvement in my sleep quality. What was even more delightful were the complimentary fruits and minibar upon check-in – the fruits were fresh and abundant, and the minibar offerings, from drinks to snacks, showed careful selection beyond just a perfunctory standard.
I particularly want to highlight a heartwarming detail: when checking in, I subtly expressed my slight dissatisfaction with the window view. Without a word, the front desk attendant proactively offered to change my room and upgraded me directly to a balcony room. I even stated at the time that I was willing to pay for the upgrade myself, but he insisted on upgrading me for free. This generosity and customer-first attitude truly moved me.
Overall, this is a hotel that has ”service” ingrained in its very core. The hardware is impressive, and the software (service) far exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and respected stay, this place is definitely worth a special trip.

CChantell KohWe setup wechta the moment we checked in. The service was attentive and friendly. The staff were always willing to help in our questions. The family room was spacious and suitable for families. There were also some cats and dogs around the homestay, which the kids absolutely loved and enjoyed as companions. The environment was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient with eating places and mini marts right in front. Our stay also includes breakfast which was warming in the cold weather. Overall, it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay here in Jiuzhaigou.

GGuest UserOur stay was incredibly pleasant. The guesthouse's location is superb, right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley, just 1 kilometer from the scenic area's main gate. It's only a 15-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing – no need to rush in the morning, and returning after a day of exploring is a breeze.
The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The fireplace added a wonderful, cozy atmosphere, making it feel warm and inviting.
The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. They were friendly and considerate, promptly addressing any needs or requests we had during our stay, and ensuring everything was handled perfectly. Their service was thoughtful throughout.
Overall, it offers excellent value for money: convenient location, comfortable accommodation, and attentive service. I highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

MM530497****Absolutely fantastic! We stayed for two nights. It seems newly renovated and has a much better ambiance than other B&Bs nearby – felt like a real steal! I don't think there's an elevator, which is why we chose a first-floor room. We could easily get shuttled to and from the scenic area both morning and evening. It was very quiet at night, and there's a delicious beef noodle restaurant nearby. Super satisfied!

GGuest UserHygiene: The room is very clean, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The room is equipped with projection and floor heating. The public sanitation is very clean, parking is available inside and outside the park, and there are new energy charging piles. The owner is warm and considerate. I recommend everyone to stay in this inn.

The surrounding environment felt visually composed, integrating river adjacency, mountainous topography, and proximate dining establishments, that could contribute to a calm and spatially coherent setting. The stay took place from 3 April to 4 April (one night). The room configuration (four women) could enable clear individual spatial demarcation, with beds, storage, and circulation zones arranged in a structured and accessible manner.
Furthermore, cleanliness standards remained at a consistent, baseline operational level, with sanitary facilities (toilet and washroom) presenting an elevated standard of hygiene. Bathrooms were well-maintained, and the inclusion of a good performance hair dryer (Dyson) introduced a degree of functional refinement not typically associated with the accommodation tier. Service interaction at the reception was attentive and accommodating disposition. The surrounding micro-environment provided immediate access to small-scale dining establishments, convenience retail, and riverside pedestrian pathways, that could support short-duration logistical needs.
The total price amounted to 264 CNY for one night, corresponding to approximately 66 CNY per person, representing an exceptionally favourable price-to-value ratio within the category. GGuest UserI saw some good reviews for this hotel online, and the pictures looked clean and fresh. Overall, the hotel was fine after checking in, especially since I booked a month in advance at a price I was comfortable with. I'd definitely recommend it to others. However, there are a few things I have to mention. First, the female receptionist at the front desk had a rather stiff tone. I'm not asking for an overly enthusiastic welcome, but at least a smile and a warm tone would be appropriate when greeting guests, right? That definitely lowered my first impression. Second, the room's decor was generally acceptable, but don't look too closely at the details – the paint on the walls was sloppy. The faucet in the bathroom sink had very low water pressure, and it took ages for hot water to come out. When I brought it up, the same female receptionist said the hot water was unstable due to recent temperature changes and told me to let it run longer. But even after running it longer, the water pressure didn't improve. Luckily, the shower had good water pressure, though water from the shower could spill everywhere, so guests need to be careful and avoid pointing the showerhead towards the shower door. Lastly, the window in this room faced a wall, and the AC unit outside was very noisy, especially late at night. The sound carried into the room, causing me to lose sleep. I still hadn't fallen asleep by 2 AM and then had to get up around 6 AM to rush to the scenic spot. I didn't get enough rest; I was severely sleep-deprived.
