"The room was spotless and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge relief in the summer heat. Both hot and cold water came on instantly, and all the facilities felt brand new. They even lent us umbrellas when it rained in the morning at the scenic area! The receptionist was incredibly patient and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. Some of the courtyards even have hot springs. This place is truly ideal for tourists who've spent a long day exploring the scenic area. It's one of the closest accommodations to the park entrance, practically within walking distance. Plus, we were able to relax in the hotel lobby's lounge area with sofas and water during the time between checking out and catching our high-speed train in the afternoon."

There are lots of dining options nearby, and the ******* restaurant recommended by the hotel was tasty and affordable. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the Moon Bay bus stop. It's more than a 10-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance. Even though there's some traffic in the mornings and evenings, I'd still recommend taking a taxi. The hotel can help arrange a private car to the high-speed train station; it's a bit more expensive than the bus but much more convenient and saves time, taking about 1.5 hours."

Overall, if you are looking for an overnight stay in Jiuzhaigou, this hotel is highly recommended at an affordable price."

"An excellent hotel! The views are beautiful and it's very quiet. Since we were a family of four (2 adults, 2 children), they upgraded our room after we contacted them in advance. The welcome was also very warm; they proactively helped us take our numerous bags to the room, which was a great help for a family trip. They also arranged activities for the kids, like making ******* incense, painting Thangka, and visiting ******* homes. The horseback riding activity was a particular highlight and the kids loved it. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hotel staff's service was impeccable, making us feel completely at home."

"The location is great, quite close to the scenic area entrance for Jiuzhaigou. The lobby has a nice vibe, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, the TV is really laggy; if you don't screen mirror from your phone, you're stuck with specific channels, and even then, watching the news is a struggle due to the lag. You need to go early for breakfast; it was already crowded at 7 AM, and the food was just average. There's only one coffee machine, so you might queue for five minutes just for a coffee."

"Came to this boutique hotel specifically for Jiuzhaigou. It's more thoughtful and tasteful than generic hotels. The price I booked was fair for the facilities. What I was most satisfied with was the service. We arrived after 11 PM, and the staff helped us with four suitcases and even directed us to parking. For our dirty laundry from traveling, they had a laundry room with a dryer. The staff even helped transfer our clothes to the dryer and then folded them and put them in bags. Seeing that I had two children, they also gave us two extra breakfasts for free. Oh, and after we returned from our trip to Jiuzhaigou, we could still enjoy the outdoor 45-degree constant-temperature infinity pool, which was especially refreshing. Another big thumbs up for this warm-hearted hotel team!"

"The environment was clean and tidy, the room was spacious, bright, and clean, with no unpleasant odors. Overall, it was quite good. The only downside was that the smart toilet flushed by itself in the middle of the night, which was a bit loud and startled me."

"For our family trip to Jiuzhaigou, the best decision we made was choosing Qinghe Heyuan. The room facilities were incredibly new, and the smart home system was very advanced. The guesthouse staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, arranging everything perfectly from our pick-up to our trips to the scenic area. They even thoughtfully drove us to the Guoda parking lot, which saved a lot of hassle for a family traveling with kids and lots of luggage. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious; we all enjoyed it. I especially recommend their homemade bamboo shoot topping for the noodles – it was absolutely amazing! Honestly, I've traveled to many places in Western Sichuan and stayed in many guesthouses, but the experience here was definitely number one. Full marks, highly recommended!"

There's also a comfy resting area by the elevator where my friends and I relaxed and played cards for a while."

"I originally booked a king-size bed room, but luckily, the butler upgraded me to a hot spring room. The breakfast offered a variety of options including noodles, rice vermicelli, steamed buns, steamed dumplings, corn, butter tea, milk, and eggs, as well as freshly ground coffee and hot tea. In the evening, the butler delivered fresh fruit and yogurt. The room was clean and tidy, the hot water was constant, and the bedding was comfortable. They even provided two types of pillows with different firmness levels. The solid wood bed bench had a smooth, warm feel. Sitting on the window-side banquette, watching the clear river flow by with its gurgling sound as natural white noise, I immediately felt relaxed. I booked the complimentary shuttle service to the park entrance for the next day with the butler one day in advance, and the taxi arrived on time at the hotel entrance. Although I wasn't able to participate in the guesthouse's intangible cultural heritage activities during my trip to Jiuzhaigou, which was a bit of a shame, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a souvenir gift before I left. My two-day stay was superb, and I had wanted to extend it, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. I hope to visit again someday. Wishing you a prosperous business and abundant wealth!"
