They really made our trip to Jiuzhaigou even better! My only regret is missing the panoramic view from the Nuorilang Waterfall viewing platform. Just a heads-up to everyone, there are two viewing platforms for panoramic views: Nuorilang and Shuzheng."

"I am surprised that this hotel a 5-Diamond rating. The hotel entrance and overall condition do not reflect the standards. The fact that earplugs are provided in every room says a lot about the noise issues guests can expect. During check-in, I was also informed that there was no cold air-conditioning and was told to simply open the window if the room became hot. This was shocking, especially during summer. Service standards need improvement as well. I witnessed guests smoking while walking along the corridor, and staff appeared to ignore the situation. Review the CCTV. With so many other hotels located within a five-minute walk."

The hotel's shuttle service to and from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area: It was quick, convenient, and I was very satisfied. The car was comfortable as well. Minibar: The complimentary water was refilled daily, which was a very nice touch."

"We booked the Yunfan Tingxue Hotel. The hotel has dedicated parking spaces, and it's free. The front desk staff was very kind and efficient with check-in. Our room was on the third floor, very quiet. Although the room wasn't huge, it had all the necessary amenities, including underfloor heating and air conditioning, which was great. We also got a discount at the BBQ restaurant downstairs. There's a foot massage place on the second floor that offers discounts if you mention your room number, but we opted for a nearby hot pot place, which was also excellent. The breakfast, though simple, was delicious, especially the highland barley cakes – they were so good we even took two with us to eat at the scenic spot! The hotel staff were also very thoughtful, giving us useful tips for the attractions."

"This is my second stay here. Last summer, when I visited Jiuzhaigou, I also stayed at this hotel. It's designed like an older five-star hotel with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Last year, it was part of the Home Inn Group as the 'Cypress Hotel'. I heard from the front desk that it's now independently operated, but the service is still excellent. The breakfast is great, parking is convenient, and it's right behind Bianbian Street, making dining super easy. Very satisfied! 👍"

"We stayed at Hilton for our Jiuzhaigou leg. It turned out to be a wonderful choice. The hotel had a resort vibe, and the rooms we had were absolutely spacious, lovely, and luxurious. They even had welcome snacks and drinks. The breakfast was a good spread. Finally, the hotel was next to a whole village of shops and restaurants (both Western and Asian options) so it was convenient to get meals."

"The hotel is directly opposite 'Impression Lijiang', which is a great location. The rooms are spacious and feature smart home technology. There's also a laundry room. The facilities, location, and value for money are all good, but there's room for improvement in the service: 1. When booking, it showed a shared shuttle service from Jiuzhai-Huanglong Airport, but it wasn't specified that it was a third-party service requiring additional payment. 2. For departures to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, there was only one shuttle bus. Given the morning peak hour traffic, its operational capacity was clearly insufficient. We later discussed this with the hotel, and they covered the cost for us and another two guests (four people in total) to take a taxi to the scenic area. 3. Previous reviews mentioned that breakfast wasn't great, and my personal experience confirms it's quite average. However, considering the ambiance, location, and value for money, it's still generally acceptable."

"We setup wechta the moment we checked in. The service was attentive and friendly. The staff were always willing to help in our questions. The family room was spacious and suitable for families. There were also some cats and dogs around the homestay, which the kids absolutely loved and enjoyed as companions. The environment was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient with eating places and mini marts right in front. Our stay also includes breakfast which was warming in the cold weather. Overall, it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay here in Jiuzhaigou."

The front desk was friendly and welcoming, check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully explained sightseeing routes and precautions for altitude sickness. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable – after a long day of exploring, I could fall asleep instantly. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the dry/wet separation in the bathroom was very convenient. The best part was the shuttle service to the scenic area; after breakfast, they took us straight to the park entrance. The breakfast itself was plentiful. Next time I bring my family, I'll definitely choose this place again!"

Its location is a huge plus; it's a quick 4-5 minute Didi ride away, and you can walk to the scenic area in about 20 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making dining very convenient. The hotel's decor follows Ji Hotel's signature warm, natural wood style, and the faint tea scent upon entering is very soothing. The guest rooms have great natural light, are impeccably clean, and the soundproofing is good, allowing for a comfortable rest after a tiring day of hiking. They also provide ample bottled water, which is a thoughtful touch for the high altitude. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including not only standard items but also local specialty noodles, ensuring you're well-fed and energized for exploring the scenic area. The free self-service laundry and drying facilities are very new, allowing you to dry dirty clothes the same day, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The staff's service was just right – friendly without being intrusive. They patiently assisted with luggage storage and route inquiries. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, making your trip worry-free and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Jiuzhaigou."
