"Our family stayed at Yunfan Tingxue. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room—you can see the magnificent mountains the moment you look up, and the ambiance is wonderful. The cleanliness is definitely worth a thumbs-up; you can tell that every corner and gap has been meticulously cleaned. The facilities are well-maintained, the smart switches are user-friendly, and the underfloor heating provides even warmth. The front desk staff were very patient. Since we were traveling with elderly family members, we had a lot of questions, and they answered every single one of them. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, so you don't have to go far for meals, and it's very close to the scenic area's visitor center. It's a great choice for family trips."

"When traveling, comfort in accommodation and dining are crucial for an enjoyable trip. I stayed here with my elderly parents while visiting Jiuzhaigou. Upon arrival, the security guard directed us to parking and even helped us with our luggage. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I knew I had made the right choice. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the butler escorted us to our rooms, proactively adding me on WeChat for any service needs. The rooms themselves were amazing; I booked one king room and one twin room, both incredibly spacious. They were luxurious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a restaurant, bar, and lobby bar all available. This is a very warm, welcoming, and service-oriented hotel; 'a home away from home' perfectly describes it. I wholeheartedly recommend it! I even video-called my family from the hotel to share my positive experience. I only took a couple of photos by chance, which don't fully capture the hotel's grandeur."

On our departure day, they kindly drove us to Zhongcha Gully, too. A big thank you to the manager for making our trip so enjoyable!"

"The suite I booked was generally okay, and there was free breakfast. The only problem was that there was no bathroom upstairs. One bathroom for three people wasn't as convenient as a double bathroom, but you could bring your dog, and he was very happy staying there."
