Daily housekeeping is meticulous; every detail in the room is spotless, making for a refreshing and reassuring stay. The bedding is high-quality, soft, and comfortable, and the nights are quiet, ensuring excellent sleep. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options that are both homely and nutritious. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service throughout. Overall, the experience was fantastic."

"The service was exceptional. They contacted us in advance to inform us about the weather and remind us of important details. The room was clean and well-maintained, with complete facilities. There's a parking lot and EV charging stations available. Supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies are all conveniently located nearby. It was quiet at night, the aromatherapy scent was pleasant, and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended."

"Traveling to Jiuzhaigou during the May Day holiday, I chose to stay at the Vienna International Hotel. It's only 4 kilometers from the scenic area, and they offer a free shuttle service in the morning, which saved us the hassle of finding a taxi – super convenient! The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful, proactively assisting us with arranging transportation. Any questions we had during our stay were answered immediately when we messaged them. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was very diverse. In the evenings, you can also order yak hotpot and Sichuan cuisine, which was a nice touch."

"Coming here in mid-winter is not really recommended. The hotel is dark (they do not turn on all the lights in the common area), and with extremely minimal staffing. The room is quite big but the heater is not strong enough so it remains quite cold. The breakfast has a lot of vegetables but nothing tastes good. Cigarette smells line the hallway but the room is ok (I had to change rooms as the first one they gave me was right in front of the cigarette bin and when I told them, the guy at the front desk scolded me for not raising this earlier - i had checked in earlier in the day and ran out almost immediately to make it to the Jiuzhaigou park in time, so did not realize, but he reluctantly did give me a new room and I had to move everything myself). The rooms are very dated and not well cleaned with dusty corners, many water marks on the chrome fixtures and rust as well. On the plus side they did give a snack basket everyday."

Every staff member was as attentive as an old friend. Before my trip, the butler proactively offered detailed travel advice, helped book transportation, recommended restaurants, and even thoughtfully reminded me about weather changes. Their responses were consistently prompt throughout my stay, leaving me with absolutely nothing to worry about. The room amenities also deserve high praise: a smart toilet, a body-sensing shower system that was incredibly comfortable, and a mattress so inviting I didn't want to get out of bed, leading to a significant improvement in my sleep quality. What was even more delightful were the complimentary fruits and minibar upon check-in – the fruits were fresh and abundant, and the minibar offerings, from drinks to snacks, showed careful selection beyond just a perfunctory standard. I particularly want to highlight a heartwarming detail: when checking in, I subtly expressed my slight dissatisfaction with the window view. Without a word, the front desk attendant proactively offered to change my room and upgraded me directly to a balcony room. I even stated at the time that I was willing to pay for the upgrade myself, but he insisted on upgrading me for free. This generosity and customer-first attitude truly moved me. Overall, this is a hotel that has ”service” ingrained in its very core. The hardware is impressive, and the software (service) far exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and respected stay, this place is definitely worth a special trip."

"Facilities: The guesthouse is well-equipped, and the room is very large and spacious. There's even an electric blanket in the bedding, so it's not cold during winter stays. The bedding is very comfortable, and the owner also provides free ******* clothing for photos. Hygiene: The room is cleaned daily, and the entire space is very clean. Environment: The guesthouse is a traditional Tibetan-style dwelling, which is very unique. The room has a terrace, so on good weather days, you can enjoy the surrounding mountain views and sunbathe, and at night, you can stargaze. Service: Free ******* and Hanfu clothing for cultural experience. In the morning, the owner arranges a car to take you to the entrance of the scenic area, which is very thoughtful. Overall, five-star review!"

"The owner provided excellent service; they were very kind and thoughtful. They called to ask about our arrival time and turned on the heating for us in advance. The room facilities were great, with good heating and a very effective electric blanket. However, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant across the street that the owner suggested 😂. The food was just average, and the service was very slow. While it might be cheaper than the popular spots on Xiaohongshu, we only tried the stir-fries, so I can't comment on the hotpot. Overall, this guesthouse is still highly recommended!"

"The room was spotless, and all the amenities were smart home-enabled. There's a snack street right downstairs that was lively at night. The staff at the front desk, both the young man and young woman, were incredibly kind. During the holiday, they not only upgraded my room for free but also gave extra breakfast vouchers to my child and delivered lots of snacks to our room. When I went to Jiuzhai Paradise, the young man was worried about parking my car and even helped me contact a nearby parking lot. All the hotel staff were very enthusiastic, offering to help with luggage and answering all my questions. This was truly the best hotel experience of my trip!"

"Waking up in the morning and opening the window to see the lush green mountains shrouded in mist was amazing. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were comprehensive, even including an EV charging station. The owner was incredibly warm and generous, with excellent service. They also provided pick-up and drop-off to scenic spots. The beef noodles for breakfast were particularly delicious. My only regret is that I didn't book early enough and missed out on their most distinctive private hot spring room. Next time, I'll definitely make sure to reserve their private hot spring in advance."
