MM323643****The staff here, both male and female, were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us detailed recommendations for local attractions, how to best enjoy them, and even suggested nearby restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious, and despite the slight issue with soundproofing at the door, it didn't affect our sleep – the overall environment was quite quiet. They even left us some candies in the room! The rice noodles at this Ji Hotel's breakfast were delicious, and you could add tofu pudding and a fried egg to them – so good! 😍 Plus, there's a card and mahjong room, a gym, and a laundry room.
The parking lot isn't huge, but the attendant was very responsible, helping us rearrange parking spots daily based on our travel plans.
The only downside is that you have to enter the hotel parking lot by driving against traffic at the intersection, which always made me a little nervous 🤣

AAnonymous UserThis time, I was on a family road trip, and the hotel's location was great. There was parking available in the back, and even an EV charging station. The environment was also lovely, and it was very clean. Since the hotel is newly opened, there was no strange odor inside, and the decor is quite modern. The room was also very compact. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great – I could hear the sound of the pipes when the lady next door was washing her face and flushing the toilet. Also, I suggest adding a towel rack on the wall next to the sink. I forgot to take photos, but the room layout is exactly as shown in the pictures.

GGuest UserPros: The hotel was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Upon hearing I had a headache, the owner generously offered a complimentary oxygen tank. Cons: 1. The soundproofing in the room was exceptionally poor. It was constantly noisy from 6 AM, with ******* music, creaking wooden stairs, and children shouting. I couldn't sleep well at all and felt completely drained. 2. There doesn't seem to be a shuttle service to scenic spots. After breakfast around 9 AM, I mentioned to the owner that I hadn't rested well, and they simply told us to take a taxi ourselves. 3. The bathroom was a bit run-down, and the showerhead was rusty. The toilet cubicle was extremely small; as a man, I couldn't use it properly and had to lean sideways to avoid my face hitting the wall. 4. The projector was crooked. I spent a long time trying to adjust it manually, but it stayed crooked, and the image wasn't very clear. The clarity needs significant improvement. 5. There were spiders right at the entrance, which my friend traveling with me found quite off-putting.

ZZihongjiThe overall stay exceeded our expectations. The room was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. I thought it would be small based on the online pictures, but it turned out to be quite spacious. Some online reviews mentioned it wasn't clean, but our room was spotless. The owner even provided disposable toiletries, which was a nice touch for hygiene. We stayed for 2 nights and he restocked them twice. Most importantly, the owner was incredibly nice! He offered free shuttle service between the scenic area and the hotel and spoke very kindly. He kept telling us to call him if we needed anything, and he was always there in a flash, haha! This trip was super hassle-free. The room was clean, and he even gave my brother and me some snacks to try, saying they ate them when they were kids. On the morning we had an early bus to catch before dawn, the owner was still there to take us to the station and even gave us thoughtful directions. There were also plenty of places to eat nearby. The owner didn't ask us for a good review, but I was so incredibly satisfied with this stay that I just had to give one, haha!

RRubyT.nzsgFlowers Hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and beautiful and we enjoyed using the tub. The bed was especially comfortable - we had the best night's sleep. It was difficult getting out in the morning 😂. The location was also quiet. The owner of the hotel was a standout - she was incredibly helpful with information and even helped us to book bus tickets out of the place, paying with her own money first (and we paid her back of course!). She was very sweet and looked after us really well. The hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from the park entrance and has lots of restaurants and shops around. If I ever came back to Jiuzhaigou I will 100% be back in this hotel.

GGuest UserStayed here during the Chinese New Year, which is the off-season for Jiuzhaigou, but the rooms were still quite popular. The room itself was very unique. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the National Grand Hotel parking lot and about 15 minutes to the scenic area's main entrance, which is super convenient. Breakfast was good, and they even provided complimentary welcome fruit. We booked a twin room for our family of three, and the front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast, which we really appreciated.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 3 nights at the Jiuzhaigou Duolanda V Hotel. First off, its elevation is relatively low, and it's super close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, just about a 15-minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, plus a Starbucks and KFC. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, answering all our questions patiently. We were traveling with family and opted for a sunroom, which was lovely as the morning sun streamed in. The room had air conditioning, so it was nice and warm. The price was reasonable, and breakfast was included. Excellent!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for my business trip to Jiuzhaigou, and I'm very satisfied! 1. The hotel is relatively new with complete facilities, including smart assistants, smart toilets, and smooth Wi-Fi – no lag for gaming or streaming. There's a 24-hour gym and a tea bar. The stay experience was top-notch! 2. The hotel environment is beautiful, with elegant and grand decor. The scent in the air is pleasant and not overpowering, and the room has no strange smells. The bedding is very comfortable, and there are two pillows with distinctly different heights and firmness levels, so you can choose what suits you best. 3. The service is exceptional; they helped with luggage and were attentive throughout, reminding us to adjust our clothing to prevent colds. Any issues were resolved immediately. I truly felt at home! In short, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. It definitely deserves five stars, and I'll choose to stay here again if I have the chance!

JJinnawatThe first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean.
However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for?
The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible.
In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping.
The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack.
Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.

BBarbellzThis hotel is in a very convenient location, only about 1 kilometre from the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance. It is also in the town centre, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, which makes travelling and finding meals very easy. I visited with a group of ten friends, booking five rooms in total. The positive points are the clean rooms, fresh bed linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. There were no unpleasant odours, and the staff was willing to provide extra towels upon request.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels provided are disposable and very thin, making it difficult to dry off properly. We had to ask for additional towels to be comfortable. Another issue is that the room doors do not block noise very well. Sounds from the hallway, such as footsteps or conversations, can be heard clearly inside the rooms, which occasionally made it a bit hard to rest fully.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive. The hotel’s cleanliness, convenient location, and accessibility make it a great choice for travellers who plan to explore Jiuzhaigou. If the hotel improves the quality of the towels and invests in better sound insulation for the rooms, staying here would be even more enjoyable.
