1. For its price point, the room's cleanliness and basic amenities were up to standard. I don't recall seeing a fridge, but it wasn't a big deal. It was very quiet at night, so I slept soundly. 2. The breakfast spread was quite generous and they rotated some items daily, so I found it perfectly sufficient. My only minor disappointment was that during my stay, they said the coffee machine parts were incomplete, so there was no coffee in the restaurant. I had to make pour-over coffee in my room. 3. Although I didn't drive, the hotel's parking was convenient with a spacious courtyard. It even looked like they had EV charging available! 4. I initially thought it was very close to the main gate, but with the actual distance and holiday traffic, it took about 30-40 minutes to get there. However, it was great that they offered a shuttle service to the scenic area's main gate. They don't provide pick-up, but the drop-off service alone was excellent! During non-holiday periods, I'd estimate it would only take about 10 minutes. Overall, it's definitely worth the price and quite good! Thanks for the service!

I highly recommend this hotel, five stars! The environment is clean and well-maintained. It seems to be located right in the city center, surrounded by tons of great restaurants and shops. Plus, they have their own yak hotpot restaurant which is absolutely delicious. The yak meat has a lovely milky flavor, and the yogurt, honey, and black tea are all special blends by the owner and are incredibly tasty. The next day, the owner even arranged a car to drop us off directly at the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area entrance, which I found even more convenient than staying at a hotel near the park entrance.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by Goukou Tibetan-Qiang Cultural Square, with an abundance of delicious food nearby, including bubble tea, yak hotpot, and BBQ. It's also very close to the scenic area's ticket office, a convenient fifteen-minute walk. The hotel itself is quite clean, and the soundproofing is decent; once the doors and windows are closed, you can barely hear anything. It's equipped with a smart system, which is quite convenient. The service attitude is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, greeting guests enthusiastically, offering complimentary fruit, and even mooncakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival. All the drinks in the mini-fridge are free, and they even provide tremella soup in the evenings. Any requests are handled promptly, making for a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is located in Jiuzhaigou County, making it super easy to find, and parking is a breeze (I'd recommend the outdoor lot, it's more convenient than the underground one which is a bit of a walk). The staff were really welcoming at check-in. There's a shopping mall and a local market nearby, so shopping and finding restaurants are incredibly convenient. The heating in the room was excellent, it felt like summer inside, and the environment was very quiet. I'm definitely staying here again on my next trip to Jiuzhaigou.

The hotel is really easy to find, and there's a lovely river right outside, which is a nice touch. It's only about a 10-minute walk to the scenic area. We booked a family suite, and the front desk staff was kind enough to give us two extra breakfast vouchers. The breakfast itself was delicious!

The food was so-so, mostly Western style. Parking was also a bit tight. I was pleasantly surprised they had charging stations, which saved me a bit on gas since I drove to Jiuzhaigou. If you're going to Jiuzhaigou, it's more convenient to take a taxi so you don't have to worry about parking. The room layout was sensible with plenty of space, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good so I wasn't disturbed at night. Hot water came quickly and the temperature was stable. Toiletries were well-stocked so I didn't need to bring my own. Overall, it offers good value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—there was a great variety of delicious options. Every detail was handled with care. Location is near to Jiuzhaigou, walking about 15min. Booked a total of 4 room, overall the room are ok, except for 1, with bad moldy or sewage smell. Front desk is friendly, changed the room for us. Some area may need maintainence due to peeling wall paint or mould due to water stain, otherwise ok for short stay

The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, and all the toiletries were complete and tidy. The overall decor was warm and cozy, with well-maintained and fully functional facilities. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, with excellent attention to hygiene details. The breakfast was fresh, clean, and offered a good variety. This hotel offers incredible value for money, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. With attentive service, a comfortable environment, and a reassuring stay, I'll definitely choose this place again next time. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.
