GGuest UserEnvironment: Nestled in the breathtaking mountains, this hotel is a perfect escape from the Chinese New Year crowds, offering peace and comfort. Right outside my window and door, there were endless mountain ranges. On sunny days, you could even catch a glimpse of the 'sunlit golden mountains' phenomenon, and on cloudy or overcast days, the misty mountain views were equally stunning.
Service: This was absolutely the most commendable aspect. I've always believed that accommodation and service should go hand in hand, and this guesthouse truly delivered on every front. The housekeeper would message us daily, asking if we needed anything, and almost all our requests were met. They provided shuttle service to and from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and the breakfast selection each day was delicious and plentiful. We experienced ******* clothing, horseback riding, ******* tea, bonfire, and yak hotpot, and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. I personally recommend the yak hotpot – it was incredibly tasty!
Hygienese: The room was clean and tidy. Every other day, they would proactively ask if we needed cleaning or replenishment of supplies. The cleanliness throughout the guesthouse premises was also exceptionally well-maintained.
Facilities: The entire guesthouse had floor heating and humidifiers, and the rooms were largely automated. It's worth mentioning that the TV had VIP access, so we could enjoy binge-watching shows once we returned to the hotel in the evenings!
Upon arrival, the housekeeper greeted us at the entrance with a Hada (a traditional ******* scarf), and upon check-out, they thoughtfully presented us with a special gift for our journey home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations; we were well-lodged and our hearts were warmed. Seeing the numerous awards displayed at the front desk, I thought to myself: 'Well deserved!' I also wish the guesthouse continued success.

GGuest UserEvery staff member was so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room size was perfect, and my favorite part was being able to lie in bed and watch the snow-capped mountains – pure bliss! Especially coming back exhausted in the evening and taking a bath, as they say in Sichuan, it was 'bashih de hen' (incredibly comfortable)! The Chinese food at the restaurant was also delicious! There was even a Guozhuang dance in the plaza, and plenty of places to eat nearby. 😎 All in all, for my three days and two nights in Jiuzhaigou, I can sum it up in one sentence: the Hilton stay was excellent, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserI forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but it really exceeded my expectations. First off, the location is great. It's easy to find, yet not directly on the main street so it's very quiet. Outside the hotel, you'll find supermarkets, bubble tea shops, and restaurants – everything you could need, right in Zangwang Plaza. If you're coming by high-speed rail, you can take a bus and get off at Zangwang Plaza; the hotel is less than a 4-minute walk from there. The hotel is also likely a 10-15 minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance (though the hotel actually offers a free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou during the day). Secondly, the service is superb. The front desk staff are all incredibly friendly. Since I was traveling with family, on our third day we were heading to a new attraction by bus from the local bus station. I asked the front desk, and the staff even drove us to the bus station. Lastly, the cleanliness – the hotel's hygiene and amenities were all very clean.

The smart home features in the room were a thoughtful touch—curtains and lights could be adjusted with a single button. The mattress was perfectly comfortable, not too soft and not too firm, and I fell asleep instantly. Every detail was perfect. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

FFlingyuMy stay at Conrad was absolutely perfect, earning a full five stars! The location is excellent, making travel incredibly convenient. The lobby is elegantly stylish, check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the welcome amenities were a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious and bright, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. The smart facilities were convenient, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom boasted luxurious marble, and the bathtub by the window was incredibly relaxing. The Byredo toiletries and high-end amenities really showed attention to detail. The turn-down service was meticulous, and the bedding was soft yet supportive – pure comfort. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with delicious made-to-order hot dishes. The Executive Lounge service was attentive and provided amazing views. The staff were warm and courteous, offering thoughtful service throughout my stay without being intrusive. Every detail exuded high quality – I'll definitely be back!
And the complimentary travel photography package from the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was a one-on-one service from start to finish, with meticulous and thoughtful assistance from clothing selection to the actual shoot, and no hidden costs, which made the experience very reassuring. The photographer was excellent at guiding us without forcing poses, capturing our natural interactions in a dynamic and lively way, resulting in photos full of warmth. The makeup artist had great aesthetic judgment, creating exquisite yet natural looks suitable for various scenes. There was a wide selection of clean outfits. Communication was efficient, and the photo editing was precise according to our preferences, restoring our beauty while retaining natural details, and the film-like quality looked sophisticated and timeless. The photos were delivered quickly, and each one exceeded our expectations, perfectly capturing the romance and relaxed vibe of our trip. The value for money was outstanding – definitely the pinnacle of travel photography, and I've already recommended it to friends!

The family room was spacious and suitable for families. There were also some cats and dogs around the homestay, which the kids absolutely loved and enjoyed as companions. The environment was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient with eating places and mini marts right in front. Our stay also includes breakfast which was warming in the cold weather. Overall, it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay here in Jiuzhaigou.

GGuest UserA very peaceful stay with a beautiful view. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus. After check-in, the staff will drive you to your room by car since it’s a bit far from the main reception. If you need transport or a personal driver to travel around, you can also request it from the hotel before heading to Jiuzhaigou — they will provide a trusted contact so you’ll feel more secure. Overall, everything was good and perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

YYoYoleihaoI visited Jiuzhaigou in April, and unfortunately, it rained. I initially felt a bit unlucky, but I ended up really enjoying my stay at this guesthouse.
It was a bit cold outside with the rain, but the room was wonderfully warm, and the blankets were super soft. We just cozyed up in the room, listening to the rain, sipping hot tea, and browsing on our phones. It felt even more relaxing than going out to sightsee. The highlight was definitely the heater – it was so warm and quite stylish; my child really loved it. The guesthouse's common areas also had a great ambiance, with warm lighting and wooden decor, making it very comfortable.
I really have to praise the service. The staff were so warm and welcoming. Seeing that we weren't going out due to the rain, they proactively asked if we needed help with food delivery or extra blankets. They were patient throughout our stay, and it felt like genuine hospitality, not forced politeness.
Even though I didn't get to see Jiuzhaigou on a sunny day, this rainy experience actually made me remember this guesthouse. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest UserThe highlight of our stay was definitely the comfortable bed—the linen was incredibly soft.
However, we did experience a few issues. The biggest concern was the heater/air-conditioner in the room, which didn’t seem to work properly. The room felt very boiling, and even after setting it to “cool,” it didn’t get any better and made weird noises, which made it uncomfortable through the night.
We were also given a twin bed setup, considering we are couple purposes in our booking. It would have been nice if this had been confirmed with us in advance through the app.
Additionally, the listing on Trip.com advertised hot spring amenities available all year round. However, upon arrival, we were informed that access depends on specific room types or that the public area was closed due to the cold season. This felt a bit misleading.
On a positive note, breakfast and tea/coffee were provided in the lobby, which we appreciated.

GGuest UserWhat a pleasant surprise this trip was! The room was very clean and airy, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. The slippers were spotless—a big plus! The scenery outside was absolutely beautiful, and there's a lovely little terrace on the third floor with a swing. The owner was very kind and chatty. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, just follow the small river. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have loved to stay longer; it felt so comfortable and relaxing.
