AAnonymous UserThe staff were friendly and helpful. They provided transportation services to and from Jiuzhaigou and other locations (within a 5 km radius), and even assisted with carrying our luggage upon arrival and departure.
The room was impressively equipped with smart AI features, including the toilet, curtains, humidifier, TV and a water dispenser. The water dispenser which offers hot water at different temperatures, this was especially hygienic — it’s my first time seeing this in a hotel.
They also shared useful tips on how to explore Jiuzhaigou efficiently which made our trip even smoother.
One area for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options.
Overall, I would recommend to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Jiuzhaigou.

GGuest UserThe rooms at Youmei Yinsu Jiuzhai Cloud Inn are incredibly thoughtful, with a beautiful blend of natural wood and ******* patterns. The warm lighting creates a cozy atmosphere, and every detail exudes quality. Opening the window reveals the enchanting landscapes of Jiuzhai, making it feel like you're living inside a painting where nature and culture harmoniously intertwine. The breakfast in the morning is a real treat, featuring authentic local flavors and exquisite presentation – it's both comforting and heartwarming, setting a wonderful tone for the day.
What I'll remember most are the people here, as warm as the sunshine of Jiuzhai. Zaxi was enthusiastic and attentive, providing thoughtful companionship throughout our stay. He patiently introduced us to the surrounding sights, took us to discover local coffee, and helped us experience ******* culture. His meticulous care added a sense of security and ease to our trip. The handsome Longlong was like a walking photographer, capturing our beautiful moments with his lens. Each photo held such thoughtfulness, preserving precious memories of our journey.
Another delightful surprise at the inn was the adorable dog, Huahua. Gentle and lively, she instantly dispelled any unfamiliarity or apprehension, becoming a little source of comfort during our trip. From the attentive service to the warm environment, from the authentic food to the heartwarming companionship, Youmei Yinsu Jiuzhai Cloud Inn truly made us feel at home with their sincerity and dedication.

GGuest UserExcellent service at Hilton Resorts (Jiu Zhai Gou). Before we arrived, we were actually stucked due to a previous didi vehicle with flat tyre midway, which caused much anxiety whether we could view the nice view at the hotel. Unfortunately we missed the view at the hotel as it got dark. When we arrived, the place really nice and clean.
We were greeted by staff Anna at the frontdesk who very clearly explained to us on the check in details, and when the sun would rise the next day. As we were going to Jiuzhaigou, she also very nicely helped us to arrange a driver for the next day, and explained that the luggage will be carried by the same driver. On the buffet, we also received 2 for 2 discount for the next breakfast given we had some uncertainty on whether all of us will be having breakfast. For dinner, she also recommended the hotel restaurant and what to order, giving us a member discount as well. Along the way, she very helpfully gave us updates and check in on us. We are very grateful to have Anna to support us in our stay, which made it bery pleasant! ☺️
The room also has really nice view and is clean, so highly recommend to pick one that has the pond view. Breakfast also has a good spread!

JJenny_huahuaI arrived in Jiuzhaigou at 10 PM, and the B&B was quite easy to find using navigation. The owner called me beforehand to confirm my arrival time. My room was upstairs, and there's an elevator, which was convenient. The room itself was spacious, and the bedding looked very clean. The only issue was that the bathroom door wouldn't close, but everything else was fine. The next morning, the landlady arranged a car to take us to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. Breakfast was available next to the B&B, but it was just okay.

55maoThis stay completely redefined my understanding of ”service.” From the moment my reservation was confirmed until I checked out, the hotel team truly delivered a personalized, one-to-one butler-style experience. Every staff member was as attentive as an old friend. Before my trip, the butler proactively offered detailed travel advice, helped book transportation, recommended restaurants, and even thoughtfully reminded me about weather changes. Their responses were consistently prompt throughout my stay, leaving me with absolutely nothing to worry about.
The room amenities also deserve high praise: a smart toilet, a body-sensing shower system that was incredibly comfortable, and a mattress so inviting I didn't want to get out of bed, leading to a significant improvement in my sleep quality. What was even more delightful were the complimentary fruits and minibar upon check-in – the fruits were fresh and abundant, and the minibar offerings, from drinks to snacks, showed careful selection beyond just a perfunctory standard.
I particularly want to highlight a heartwarming detail: when checking in, I subtly expressed my slight dissatisfaction with the window view. Without a word, the front desk attendant proactively offered to change my room and upgraded me directly to a balcony room. I even stated at the time that I was willing to pay for the upgrade myself, but he insisted on upgrading me for free. This generosity and customer-first attitude truly moved me.
Overall, this is a hotel that has ”service” ingrained in its very core. The hardware is impressive, and the software (service) far exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and respected stay, this place is definitely worth a special trip.

What we don’t like:
- SMART control mulfuction - Xiao Du can’t open the curtains, only can close.
- Terrible view : face parking lot
- location too far from the main area where there is night market and restaurants
- free shuttle bus however we didn’t get the timing right so missed it by a few mins (it would help for hotel to post shuttle schedule on the reception do guests can note during check in as well at breakfast area).
- Disposable bath towels - they are basically a large kitchen paper towel. For the price we paid, we were shocked to receive paper linen. For ladies with long hair, impossible to dry off with this.
- Bathroom tissue very small roll
- Second night of the stay, they didn’t replenish the treats.
- Breakfast starts too late at 7am. This is a destination hotel. When you have tourists leaving early to start their tour in the area, this should be modified to 6:30 or 6:45am
- The so called “western breakfast” is skeleton: plain bread, steamed sweet potatoes, dry sugary cereal, oatmeal (have to cook it yourself in the microwave), fried eggs, hard boiled eggs, some small pieces of cakes, soy and dairy milk
- Someone possibly double dipped their spoon from dishing almond toppings into the dried banana topping. My son had an allergic reaction after a bite of his oatmeal with the dried banana topping. Our morning was ruined.

XXiaoluThe hotel rooms are individual houses, each with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the distant snow-capped mountains, especially stunning when foggy in the mornings. The hotel grounds themselves are also lovely, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The natural environment is great too; I even saw some cute little birds.
The hotel is located within the Jiuzhai Huamei Holy Land Resort area, with plenty of shops nearby, making it very convenient for shopping. Within the hotel, you get around by electric buggy. If you're coming from the high-speed train station, take the Jiuzhaigou bus and get off at the General Supermarket stop; the hotel can send an electric buggy to pick you up. Overall, getting around is very smooth.
There's an in-house restaurant, a Western one, but I really didn't enjoy it – it was both expensive and not very tasty. However, you can go to the Chinese restaurant at the neighboring Hilton, and the hotel's electric buggy provides round-trip service, which is very convenient.
What I was most satisfied with were the room facilities and the service. The Conrad bedding is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I tend to be a light sleeper in new places, but I slept quite well here. The service was also excellent, not overly enthusiastic but very efficient.

GGuest UserA very peaceful stay with a beautiful view. Breakfast is included, which is a nice bonus. After check-in, the staff will drive you to your room by car since it’s a bit far from the main reception. If you need transport or a personal driver to travel around, you can also request it from the hotel before heading to Jiuzhaigou — they will provide a trusted contact so you’ll feel more secure. Overall, everything was good and perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

YYumibangziStaying at Howard Johnson Tianyuan in Jiuzhaigou was incredibly convenient and worry-free. The hotel rooms are very spacious, over 40 square meters, so it never felt cramped. The scenic balcony was perfect for sunbathing, and the Tibetan-style murals and decor added a lot of character. One day it rained and I didn't have an umbrella, but the hotel kindly lent me one, which was super handy. The Forest Lobby Bar is a must-visit; the sunlight streaming through the glass roof onto the greenery creates a beautiful play of light and shadow. It's a really pleasant spot for reading or chatting. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the taste was quite good.

Furthermore, cleanliness standards remained at a consistent, baseline operational level, with sanitary facilities (toilet and washroom) presenting an elevated standard of hygiene.
