"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, and the overall cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay.
The service was outstanding. Although it was already past midnight and most services had closed, we contacted the hotel for some hot water because one of our group members was feeling unwell. The hotel was very responsive and kindly arranged for a staff member to assist us, which we truly appreciated.
The location is also very convenient. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops just outside the hotel, making it easy to find food and buy local specialties. In addition, Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area is within walking distance, which was a huge advantage for our trip.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou."

The lady at the front desk was super nice; she even mailed back something I left behind at the hotel!

GGuest UserI had a great time traveling to Jiuzhaigou this time. A big reason for this was the ******* owner of the Jiuzhaigou Jenny Hotel where we stayed, a young and enthusiastic ******* woman. The hotel is a homestay type, with good decoration and complete facilities. The online reviews are very good. Because I paid attention to the reviews, I felt that it was a bit far from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou when I checked in. I didn't expect the owner to tell us when checking in that we didn't have to worry about the hotel car picking us up and dropping us off at the scenic spots, and told us a detailed comparison map of the best routes for traveling, which was also the reason why our trip went smoothly. The unexpected surprise was that the room we checked in was only 147 yuan, but I didn't expect there was a free breakfast. The minimum two nights for two people can save at least 80 yuan, plus the shuttle bus, and the return to the bus station, these transportation costs can also save a lot, the hotel basically stayed for nothing. I was a little embarrassed. The hotel also has many ******* costumes that can be chosen for free photography, which I have experienced in the past two days. The experience is that the accommodation price is cheap, the service is enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus is handled by the hotel owner's father, who is honest and simple. This accommodation is well received!

Upon check-in, I received a complimentary seabuckthorn juice, which was surprisingly tasty. A major plus is that it's just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area entrance, making it incredibly convenient. There's also a McDonald's and a bubble tea shop downstairs, so food and drinks are easily accessible. The front desk staff and servers were very professional and efficient at resolving any issues. I hope to stay here again on my next visit.

Opening the balcony's glass doors, you're greeted by a direct view of the sprawling mountain range opposite, and a panoramic glimpse of the valley's vibrant life below. If it rained the night before, the mountains the next day appear and disappear amidst swirling mist – you could almost believe it's a fairyland! 😄 The hiking trails around the hotel are also excellent, perfect for strolling through the forest, enjoying the pleasant sunshine, blooming flowers, and the fresh greenery of early spring… truly invigorating.
In terms of service, the meticulous human touch makes you feel incredibly welcome. On the evening of June 5th, before I even arrived at the hotel, a kind female front desk staff member called to warmly advise the driver to be careful on the road, as there had just been hail and even a mudslide… this matched the information given by the driver. When the car pulled up at 11 PM, Ms. Xiaofang from the front desk was already at the door to greet me. This first station of thoughtful service instantly made my 12 hours of travel fatigue vanish…
Subsequently, the F&B supervisor, Mr. Rao Junqiang, made a thoughtful suggestion for an elder staff member to bring me some fresh, market-priced cherries from her own home, as I wanted to try some. Every time I dined at Mingyue Restaurant, he or his team of servers provided meticulous suggestions and service. Chef Pu Shiqiang went above and beyond to provide all convenience and advice for me, a solo diner. Waitress Xiao Liu in the restaurant, knowing I was going to Jiuzhaigou the next day, tirelessly offered various tips, including arranging delicious sandwiches for the next day, as the food quality in the scenic area could be improved. Housekeeping supervisor Ms. Wu, learning I wanted more fruit, personally delivered it to my room, along with aromatherapy items, etc.
I especially want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your meticulous care and attention. Although I was traveling alone, my 8-day vacation made me incredibly happy. Friends on WeChat were all asking where this fairyland was… Though I've just checked out, I'm already looking forward to my next stay. Grateful, and thankful for another wonderfully enjoyable Banyan Tree experience….

Picture one is a nice decoration in the room. It is worth recommending this hotel. Anyway, my friend will recommend this store when I travel. There are also supermarkets and places to eat nearby, which is very convenient.

Regarding the room facilities, the decor is modern and comfortable, giving a warm feeling the moment you step in. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the 24-hour hot water supply was a thoughtful touch. The amenities were comprehensive, suitable for both business and leisure.
Service quality truly deserves praise. The staff were warm and friendly, from the attentive guidance during check-in to their professional and sincere responses to all inquiries during our stay. Their quick response times made us feel right at home, even though we were far away.
