"Coming here in mid-winter is not really recommended. The hotel is dark (they do not turn on all the lights in the common area), and with extremely minimal staffing. The room is quite big but the heater is not strong enough so it remains quite cold. The breakfast has a lot of vegetables but nothing tastes good. Cigarette smells line the hallway but the room is ok (I had to change rooms as the first one they gave me was right in front of the cigarette bin and when I told them, the guy at the front desk scolded me for not raising this earlier - i had checked in earlier in the day and ran out almost immediately to make it to the Jiuzhaigou park in time, so did not realize, but he reluctantly did give me a new room and I had to move everything myself). The rooms are very dated and not well cleaned with dusty corners, many water marks on the chrome fixtures and rust as well. On the plus side they did give a snack basket everyday."

"Overall, the room experience was great. The soft furnishings like the bed, toilet, and electric curtains were all very comfortable. It also came with a new washer and dryer, which was super practical (clothes dried overnight, making them easy to pack the next day). The staff were enthusiastic and responsive. The best part was that they arranged a car to take us directly to the scenic spot entrance, and there's also a direct bus stop to the scenic area nearby, making it very convenient to get to the high-speed rail station.
The main downsides were in the bathroom: toiletries were placed on the vanity instead of in the shower area; the bath and face towels weren't in the bathroom, making them inconvenient to grab, and there was no place to hang towels in the shower. The bathroom drainage was poor, and there were no non-slip mats or floor mats, so water would pool during showers, which was not a great experience. I hope they improve this."

"This hotel is such a treasure! When we arrived, the staff was very helpful with our luggage. The room was clean and tidy, and the layout was very cozy. From the balcony, we could see the snow-covered mountains in the distance, which was a great view. The snow scenery around the hotel was beautiful, and the trees seemed to be covered with a thick white blanket. The restaurant's meals were also delicious, with local specialties and affordable prices. Walking in the snow and feeling the tranquility of nature made this trip even more perfect because of this hotel."

GGuest UserI had a great time traveling to Jiuzhaigou this time. A big reason for this was the ******* owner of the Jiuzhaigou Jenny Hotel where we stayed, a young and enthusiastic ******* woman. The hotel is a homestay type, with good decoration and complete facilities. The online reviews are very good. Because I paid attention to the reviews, I felt that it was a bit far from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou when I checked in. I didn't expect the owner to tell us when checking in that we didn't have to worry about the hotel car picking us up and dropping us off at the scenic spots, and told us a detailed comparison map of the best routes for traveling, which was also the reason why our trip went smoothly. The unexpected surprise was that the room we checked in was only 147 yuan, but I didn't expect there was a free breakfast. The minimum two nights for two people can save at least 80 yuan, plus the shuttle bus, and the return to the bus station, these transportation costs can also save a lot, the hotel basically stayed for nothing. I was a little embarrassed. The hotel also has many ******* costumes that can be chosen for free photography, which I have experienced in the past two days. The experience is that the accommodation price is cheap, the service is enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus is handled by the hotel owner's father, who is honest and simple. This accommodation is well received!

JJijishunliThe location is convenient. I took a direct bus from Huanglong Jiuzhai High-Speed Rail, and Jinlong Hotel was one of the drop-off points. You can see the hotel right after getting off the bus by the roadside. The hotel rooms are also nice; they even upgraded mine. The front desk lady, Xiao Yue, provided excellent and patient service. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and was quite good, with a decent variety of desserts, fruits, and more. It's also very close to the scenic area entrance. After breakfast, I went to the roadside at 7:53 AM. I was planning to book a ride-sharing car, but a driver stopped to pick up passengers, offering a price of 20 RMB, which was similar to what ride-sharing apps quoted, so I hopped in right away. There was a bit of traffic, but the driver took a tunnel, and we arrived at the scenic area entrance by 8:07 AM, which was quite convenient. One more thing: there's a famous BBQ restaurant next to the hotel, but you need to make a reservation in advance.

GGuest UserWaking up at Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou, I saw the morning mist rising from the valley. The hotel is perched on a mountaintop, and opening the window revealed clouds swirling below, with pine forests and distant mountains faintly visible.
The most memorable part was the hike. Our guide, Leo, had thoughtfully prepared wishing coins and Qiang red ribbons in advance, and he shared fascinating insights throughout the journey. He knew exactly which slopes were steepest and which turns offered the best views to look back from – ”This is the perfect spot for cloud photos.” Under his guidance, we walked more leisurely, and the children had a wonderful time.

MM58126****Real stay, then very excited to not take hotel photos, but the attached picture is definitely a photo taken at the entrance of the hotel and near the door of the room. Picture one is a nice decoration in the room. It is worth recommending this hotel. Anyway, my friend will recommend this store when I travel. There are also supermarkets and places to eat nearby, which is very convenient.

The set breakfast was a plus, as it was served directly to our table, making it quick, easy, and preventing waste. We visited in late April and it was still a bit cold, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area and a mere 3-minute walk from the bus station, making it ideal for catching transportation. Upon check-out, we even received small ******* bracelets as gifts, which my family absolutely loved. A truly satisfying trip to Jiuzhai Valley and a great accommodation experience!

First off, its location is superb, right in the heart of the city and right next to a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient for reaching both tourist attractions and shopping districts. Regarding the room facilities, the decor is modern and comfortable, giving a warm feeling the moment you step in. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the 24-hour hot water supply was a thoughtful touch. The amenities were comprehensive, suitable for both business and leisure.
Service quality truly deserves praise. The staff were warm and friendly, from the attentive guidance during check-in to their professional and sincere responses to all inquiries during our stay. Their quick response times made us feel right at home, even though we were far away.
As for cleanliness, it was excellent overall. The room was spotless, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors.
For dining, the breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors.
However, the hotel did have a few minor drawbacks, such as the soundproofing, which could be improved as we occasionally heard noise from the corridor. But overall, these small issues didn't detract from the stay. This hotel is an excellent choice for both business travelers and families.

In the morning, they also provide free service to the scenic spot, but you need to take a taxi when you come back, but it is also very convenient. The hotel is a little distance from the road, it is really quiet, and it is rare to have a good sleep. It is a very happy stay and I will come again if I have the chance!
