"The hotel was very clean and hygienic, with smart toilets and comfortable bedding. The best part was the quiet surroundings; there was absolutely no noise at night, which made for a perfect sleep. I booked a room with breakfast, and after a simple meal, the hotel provided a shuttle to the Jiuzhaigou entrance (it's about a 20-minute walk otherwise), which was great. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located on a small hill a few hundred meters from the main commercial street, so you have to climb a bit every time you go out, which can be quite breathless in a high-altitude area. But this minor issue doesn't overshadow the overall excellent experience, and I still highly recommend it."

"A truly delightful stay!
**Cleanliness:** Impeccable.
**Service:** The staff were friendly and enthusiastic.
**Facilities:** The whole room is smart-enabled, even the toilet seats are heated. Plus, the huge TV with screen mirroring was fantastic for watching shows. There were so many thoughtful little amenities provided that were a pleasant surprise.
**Location:** This deserves a special shout-out! We got off the bus at Zangwang Yanwu, and it was a two-minute walk to the hotel. Right across from the hotel is Zangwang Plaza with lots of food options. The next day, we checked out and stored our luggage, then walked about ten minutes to the attraction's entrance. After leaving the scenic area, we returned to the hotel to pick up our bags and then went back to the original bus stop for our return journey. So convenient!"

1. Outdoor rooftop hot spring: Enjoying a private hot spring at 9 PM, 2000 meters above sea level – just thinking about it is romantic!
2. Fully smart room: Very convenient. The smart speaker controls the curtains and lights, and there's a smart toilet. The room is very new.
3. The front desk lady was very helpful; I left some wet clothes behind, and she even helped me dry them.
Small suggestions: A guesthouse with a dryer would be a plus! If the room could provide 1-2 laundry bags, it would be more convenient as carrying small items downstairs can be a bit awkward. The front desk lady did find me a plastic bag, though.
Overall, highly recommended! The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable to sleep on. 😘"

It's super close to the scenic area, just a ten-minute walk, making getting around really convenient. The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean. GGuest UserI had a great time traveling to Jiuzhaigou this time. A big reason for this was the ******* owner of the Jiuzhaigou Jenny Hotel where we stayed, a young and enthusiastic ******* woman. The hotel is a homestay type, with good decoration and complete facilities. The online reviews are very good. Because I paid attention to the reviews, I felt that it was a bit far from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou when I checked in. I didn't expect the owner to tell us when checking in that we didn't have to worry about the hotel car picking us up and dropping us off at the scenic spots, and told us a detailed comparison map of the best routes for traveling, which was also the reason why our trip went smoothly. The unexpected surprise was that the room we checked in was only 147 yuan, but I didn't expect there was a free breakfast. The minimum two nights for two people can save at least 80 yuan, plus the shuttle bus, and the return to the bus station, these transportation costs can also save a lot, the hotel basically stayed for nothing. I was a little embarrassed. The hotel also has many ******* costumes that can be chosen for free photography, which I have experienced in the past two days. The experience is that the accommodation price is cheap, the service is enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus is handled by the hotel owner's father, who is honest and simple. This accommodation is well received!

The facilities are brand new and the hotel is within walking distance to the scenic area entrance. Breakfast was good, and they even have laundry facilities. Our room was nice at night, and being next to the Public Security Bureau made us feel very safe. It's also conveniently located for dining, with Zangwang Plaza walkable, as well as a McDonald's and convenience store just downstairs!

GGuest UserFacilities: There were some disappointments. The swimming pool and spa/foot massage facilities were closed. Some faucets were spraying water. The trash can in the bathroom, although secure, was inconvenient to use. The bathtub was very comfortable with good water flow; however, bath liners needed to be purchased from the self-service counter at the front desk.
Cleanliness: Acceptable. Especially the public areas, like the yoga room, were quite clean with no dust, even though they weren't frequently used. However, the carpets in the rooms could use more frequent vacuuming.
Environment: The hotel occupies an entire hilltop, and higher floors offer genuine mountain views from the balcony. Unfortunately, during my stay, there was no sudden clear weather after rain, so I didn't see a rainbow. Other public areas were also very good.
Service: A service chat group was created upon check-in, and requests were promptly addressed. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the quality of each item was excellent, especially the bread and butter tea. The prices for regular meals were also reasonable, and the staff even showed us how to order via their WeChat mini-program to save money compared to other platforms.
Arrival and departure were the biggest hurdles; driving yourself would test your skills and nerves. The hotel's front desk offers car services that are cheaper than booking through other platforms.

I decided to check in alone to get some rest. They have electric kettles and coffee machines, as well as instant noodles. It's a good place to relax before going to work. The lobby offers self-service coffee, milk tea, and coconut milk, which is great. They also provide 24-hour one-on-one butler service, which is a nice touch.

Picture one is a nice decoration in the room. It is worth recommending this hotel. Anyway, my friend will recommend this store when I travel. There are also supermarkets and places to eat nearby, which is very convenient.

CChangjiaoguaiguaituThe hotel's location is excellent, about one kilometer from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou, a 20-minute walk. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is super convenient. The owner is very professional and thoughtful, even providing tourists with tour route guides and important tips. Parking is also quite convenient; during peak season, you can call the hotel when you're nearby, and a staff member will come to guide you to a parking spot. When choosing a hotel, I specifically looked for one with a shower partition so that the bathroom wouldn't get completely wet after showering. The room has air conditioning, power outlets on both sides of the bed, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, and disposable toiletries, which is very comprehensive.
Some of the facilities are a bit old, for example, the faucet on the sink was wobbly, the showerhead connection was spraying water, and the shower door didn't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from the overall experience; I was very satisfied with my two-night stay and the service I received.
