Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Bars

"I saw some good reviews for this hotel online, and the pictures looked clean and fresh. Overall, the hotel was fine after checking in, especially since I booked a month in advance at a price I was comfortable with. I'd definitely recommend it to others. However, there are a few things I have to mention. First, the female receptionist at the front desk had a rather stiff tone. I'm not asking for an overly enthusiastic welcome, but at least a smile and a warm tone would be appropriate when greeting guests, right? That definitely lowered my first impression. Second, the room's decor was generally acceptable, but don't look too closely at the details – the paint on the walls was sloppy. The faucet in the bathroom sink had very low water pressure, and it took ages for hot water to come out. When I brought it up, the same female receptionist said the hot water was unstable due to recent temperature changes and told me to let it run longer. But even after running it longer, the water pressure didn't improve. Luckily, the shower had good water pressure, though water from the shower could spill everywhere, so guests need to be careful and avoid pointing the showerhead towards the shower door. Lastly, the window in this room faced a wall, and the AC unit outside was very noisy, especially late at night. The sound carried into the room, causing me to lose sleep. I still hadn't fallen asleep by 2 AM and then had to get up around 6 AM to rush to the scenic spot. I didn't get enough rest; I was severely sleep-deprived."
