"I saw some good reviews for this hotel online, and the pictures looked clean and fresh. Overall, the hotel was fine after checking in, especially since I booked a month in advance at a price I was comfortable with. I'd definitely recommend it to others. However, there are a few things I have to mention. First, the female receptionist at the front desk had a rather stiff tone. I'm not asking for an overly enthusiastic welcome, but at least a smile and a warm tone would be appropriate when greeting guests, right? That definitely lowered my first impression. Second, the room's decor was generally acceptable, but don't look too closely at the details – the paint on the walls was sloppy. The faucet in the bathroom sink had very low water pressure, and it took ages for hot water to come out. When I brought it up, the same female receptionist said the hot water was unstable due to recent temperature changes and told me to let it run longer. But even after running it longer, the water pressure didn't improve. Luckily, the shower had good water pressure, though water from the shower could spill everywhere, so guests need to be careful and avoid pointing the showerhead towards the shower door. Lastly, the window in this room faced a wall, and the AC unit outside was very noisy, especially late at night. The sound carried into the room, causing me to lose sleep. I still hadn't fallen asleep by 2 AM and then had to get up around 6 AM to rush to the scenic spot. I didn't get enough rest; I was severely sleep-deprived."

11379808****Our family stayed at this hotel for two nights in Jiuzhaigou during our Christmas trip to Sichuan, and it was a truly wonderful experience! The environment is first-class, with stunning views of the snow-capped mountains bathed in golden sunlight right from your window. Horses grazed peacefully on the slopes, and the traditional ******* style of the guesthouses felt so warm and inviting. The scripture-copying room offered a solemn and tranquil atmosphere, all while enjoying the crisp, fresh mountain air. The service was exceptional across the board, from providing guidance on scenic routes and hotel location to offering important tips for high-altitude travel and assisting with meal reservations – everything was handled perfectly. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and well-designed, but most importantly, it was incredibly quiet. It came equipped with snacks, fresh fruit, cold spring water for tea, and a variety of teas, with the white tea being particularly delicious. What truly surprised us was the restaurant. Whether we ordered à la carte dishes like the traditional yak hotpot or enjoyed the breakfast buffet, everything was incredibly tasty and of very high quality. The Hami melon and other produce were comparable to what you'd find at Sam's Club! The waiter and waitress in the restaurant were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. We regretted that our itinerary was too short, leaving no time for horseback riding or skiing. We definitely should have stayed a couple more nights and will absolutely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Jiuzhaigou!

GGuest UserPros: The hotel was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Upon hearing I had a headache, the owner generously offered a complimentary oxygen tank. Cons: 1. The soundproofing in the room was exceptionally poor. It was constantly noisy from 6 AM, with ******* music, creaking wooden stairs, and children shouting. I couldn't sleep well at all and felt completely drained. 2. There doesn't seem to be a shuttle service to scenic spots. After breakfast around 9 AM, I mentioned to the owner that I hadn't rested well, and they simply told us to take a taxi ourselves. 3. The bathroom was a bit run-down, and the showerhead was rusty. The toilet cubicle was extremely small; as a man, I couldn't use it properly and had to lean sideways to avoid my face hitting the wall. 4. The projector was crooked. I spent a long time trying to adjust it manually, but it stayed crooked, and the image wasn't very clear. The clarity needs significant improvement. 5. There were spiders right at the entrance, which my friend traveling with me found quite off-putting.

MM340824****A hotel with great value for money in Jiuzhaigou.
I added Xiao Zhangmei's WeChat in advance, and communication with her was very smooth. However, communication with the front desk sometimes felt disconnected (possibly because different people were responding), but Xiao Zhangmei helped resolve issues, which was excellent.
The chartered taxi service they arranged for us was great, very affordable and reliable. Although the driver took us to some places where horseback riding required payment, experiencing it, even at 300 per person, was a bit pricey but acceptable. The driver never forced us to buy anything, which was a big plus.
The hotel bathroom is huge!
Breakfast times aren't always punctual (sometimes it's a bit late).
The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area (but you might have to wait a bit).
They don't pick you up when you return from Jiuzhaigou; you have to take a taxi yourself, which costs about 20 yuan.
The hotel's 'hot spring' is actually just hot water (I asked beforehand, and they honestly informed me! Thumbs up!!!). But a hot soak in the cold weather is still very comfortable. 😌

The staff are incredibly welcoming, and the rooms are impeccably clean and feel very grand – it absolutely lives up to a 5-star standard. The gentleman who greeted us so warmly at the entrance, who looked like he was from Xinjiang, was not only handsome but also exceptionally enthusiastic in his service. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip.

11102412043We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe king room. The room itself was spacious and very clean, easily accommodating a family. Breakfast was a highlight, offering both high quality and delicious local specialties. The view from our room was superb. We also enjoyed the bonfire parties held nearby in the evenings.
On the downside, dinner at the hotel was quite average and overpriced; I'd recommend exploring other dining options in the area. Another significant inconvenience was the lack of transportation to the high-speed rail station – there's no shuttle service, and paid options are limited. This is definitely something the hotel should improve.
Despite these minor issues, overall, it was a memorable vacation experience, and I would certainly consider staying here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou.

I was completely satisfied with my stay at [Hotel Name]! From the moment I walked in, I felt attentive service. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and they quickly checked me in and even upgraded my room for free.
The room was clean and comfortable, with soft, clean bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had ample water pressure, and the toiletries were high-quality. Every detail was thoughtfully thought out.
The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was plentiful, and the freshly prepared [specialty dishes] were particularly amazing!
I was especially impressed by the complimentary teddy bear gift upon departure. 🐻 I highly recommend this hotel; the staff are so kind. 😁

MM759848****The hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's right next to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area's Visitor Center, and you can walk to the park entrance in less than ten minutes. After exploring, you don't have to go out of your way to get back, and you can even enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Baishui River along the way. It makes getting around so incredibly convenient.

NnjqeThank you to the two sisters managing this hotel! They are ever helpful and friendly, and they make sure everyone has a good experience. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillow were comfortable. The hot water for the shower was constant and had good pressure, but sometimes it would suddenly change from hot to very hot. The location is not within walking distance to Jiuzhaigou, but there is complimentary chauffeur service which helped a lot. Breakfast was Chinese food, there was quite a variety though it didn’t change much from day to day. I also liked the traditional costumes that we can try on for free.

I like the flowers and plants in the owner's yard very much. It is very comfortable to look at. We arrived very early. The front desk lady quickly checked us in, helped us with our luggage, upgraded the room, and sent fruit snacks. The next day, she arranged a driver to take us to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. The driver was very good. He introduced us to the scenic spots and precautions on the way. We drove by ourselves and had been out for a long time. Seeing that our car parked in the yard was very dirty, he helped to wash the car. Thank you very much. When we left, he also gave us a small gift. Thank you! Thank you very much. It is the warm and thoughtful service of the hotel that makes our trip more comfortable. Thank you again!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very good location and the rooms are ok. All rooms doesn't have view so if you get a room looking back you got another building wall at your window but it is quiet ans you sleep well.
The staff is super friendly and very flexible! They will try their best the help you.
