We absolutely loved our night at the Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome-kind, attentive, and effortlessly accommodating. Their warmth set the tone for a perfect stay.
Our room was a dream: spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the linens felt fresh and crisp, and there was plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. It’s the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease.
And then there’s the surprise that makes this place unforgettable—their charming little zoo! We were delighted to wander outside and find deer gracefully roaming, a curious ostrich adding a playful touch, and three adorable dogs who absolutely stole our hearts. It’s unique, joyful, and perfect for both families and anyone who loves a bit of nature and personality with their stay.
If you’re heading to the astounding Jiuzhai Valley National Park, this place makes the adventure even more special. The park’s dreamlike scenery-mirror‑clear lakes in shades of turquoise, terraced mineral pools, cascading waterfalls, and ever‑changing forests left us in awe. After a day of wandering boardwalks and soaking in those views, coming back to the serenity of “Between the trees and streams” felt perfect. The name truly fits the vibe.

JJC_CJThe hotel is beautiful, and the view from the window is like a painting. The facilities are great, and the staff were very polite, helping to deliver our luggage to the room. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful; if you're not in a hurry to enter the park, going a bit later offers a better experience and avoids the crowd. Jiuzhaigou is stunningly beautiful; I'll definitely come back again.

MM9411****This is a very quiet and comfortable resort, located in Jiuzhaigou's backyard, Zhongcha Valley, a place I personally really love. Up above, there are large grasslands and pastures where you can ride horses and camp, as well as some local ******* villages. The hotel itself is beautiful, with various maple trees and small berries, making morning and evening strolls very pleasant. All rooms are villa-style, offering excellent privacy. Conrad and Hilton share the same resort, which features lake views, gardens, and even small animal feeding. It's also very convenient to get to Jiuzhaigou the next day, just a ten-minute drive away. Overall, it was a great experience!

MM247434****I rarely leave reviews, but this time I just had to. The best decision we made during our Jiuzhaigou trip was staying at this hotel. It's clean, hygienic, and the rooms are spacious. The owner, in particular, is incredibly kind and helpful. Before we even arrived, he met us quite a distance down the road to guide us to parking. He provided tips on exploring the scenic area and recommended great local restaurants. He also offered shuttle services to and from the scenic area. On our second day, when we were too tired to continue our journey as planned and decided to stay an extra night, his hotel was fully booked. However, he proactively helped us find another hotel and even secured a discount for us.
Notes:
1. Jiuzhaigou's scenery is absolutely stunning.
2. The *xiaolongbao* (soup dumplings) available right outside the hotel are incredibly delicious.
3. If you want to avoid getting too tired when exploring the scenic area, definitely book the VIP package a week in advance – it's absolutely worth every penny.

__WB21381****Facilities: The hot water from the faucet was a bit slow to come on. Other than that, everything you'd expect was there. The dryer in the laundry room was constantly occupied, but luckily I booked for two days, and the dry weather in Jiuzhai helped air-dry my clothes 🤣.
Hygiene: The hygiene situation was a bit concerning, and I've already provided feedback to the hotel, so hopefully, there will be improvements.
Service: The hotel service was pretty good. They greeted us with smiles, and our room came with three breakfasts. Since there were two adults and two children, they even provided an extra breakfast. However, the hotel doesn't offer transportation to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, so you'll need to take a taxi, which costs about 15 yuan.
Environment: There are plenty of good restaurants nearby that you can try.

MM225837****This hotel in Vienna was recommended by friends who had traveled here before, so I didn't look at any other options. The service was absolutely top-notch, couldn't fault it. However, the room's facilities weren't great; the air conditioning wasn't working, and even after someone came to fix it in the middle of the night, it still didn't get resolved. The staff were very accommodating though, actively communicating and arranging a room change, which solved the issue the next day. Breakfast offered a decent variety. Dinner was à la carte, and the braised yak beef was delicious. There's a shuttle service to the entrance of the gorge, and the hotel helps arrange transportation to the high-speed rail station, which was quite convenient.

SSusuYANGA holiday should be about breaking free from the conventional, and I much prefer raw, authentic experiences. Staying here, all my worries instantly melted away, and both my body and mind reconnected with their true, original selves, allowing for a deeper focus on my inner peace.
My mornings weren't woken by an alarm clock or the din of city traffic, but by the gentle neighing of horses right outside my window. Stepping out, I was greeted by horses and wild rabbits, all coexisting peacefully without bothering anyone.
The staff's service was truly personalized and attentive, a refreshing change from the generic, 'by-the-book' service you often encounter. While everyone's needs and feelings are different, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn't work, I personally had a fantastic experience. It truly depends on what you're looking for in a stay; for me, what I particularly cherished here was the immersive nature, the profound relaxation, and the sheer tranquility.

🏨 Location
The hotel is well-located with a quiet surrounding environment. It's also very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area; the ride isn't long, so getting around is basically stress-free.
🛏️ Room Experience
The room was spacious, well-designed, clean, and comfortable. The biggest pluses were:
• The smart toilet that can wash your backside, which is especially delightful in cold weather.
• Underfloor heating in the room, so you don't have to worry about cold feet, even barefoot.
• Support for Xiao Ai (AI assistant) to control lighting and heating/AC. Just a voice command turns things on and off, which is very smart and convenient.
🍽️ Dining Experience
There's a restaurant downstairs where you can directly pay to enjoy dinner. This means you don't have to go out looking for food in the cold wind, which is a lifesaver for winter travelers. Both the dishes and the environment were good.
✅ Summary
Overall, the hotel's location, comfort, smart features, and convenience are all excellent. It's especially suitable for those visiting Jiuzhaigou in winter, as it's both warm and saves a lot of trouble. If I come to Jiuzhaigou again, I would still consider staying here.

AAnonymous UserThe pros: They contacted me in advance to tell me how to get there, the lobby is beautiful, and there's central heating, so it's warm as soon as you enter the room. The location is great, right by the Songcheng Scenic Area, with lots of restaurants nearby.
The cons: The room facilities are very basic. Some switches are not sensitive, and the soft furnishings have scuffs and haven't been maintained. The worst part is that water from the shower leaks out from under the door, making the bathroom floor all wet. The breakfast selection is also limited. They offer a shuttle service to the scenic area in the morning, but there's only one car, so you have to wait for round trips.
Overall, paying almost 500 yuan for this B&B isn't really worth it; it would be better to book a regular hotel instead.
