WWai Kit KanWe had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good!
If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

SShara1101This hotel stay was fantastic, and the service truly blew me away! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making check-in and check-out super efficient. They proactively offered to help with my luggage and patiently answered all my questions about my itinerary. Housekeeping was meticulous, and they responded to my requests incredibly fast – always there when I needed them. Every staff member I encountered had a smile on their face, making me feel welcome and cared for. Their professionalism really shone through in all the little details, ensuring a comfortable stay from start to finish. The location is convenient, the room was spotless, and it offers amazing value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserI didn't expect a guesthouse within a scenic area to offer such excellent service. I arrived early in the morning to drop off my luggage, and the young man (who seemed to be the owner's brother) immediately drove me to the entrance of the scenic spot – no fuss at all. In the evening, after exiting the scenic area, he even came to pick me up. Knowing I was exhausted from walking all day and didn't feel like going out to eat, he personally brought my takeout order right to my room. All in all, the service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Plus, the guesthouse facilities were very clean, and I loved the decor style. If I ever get the chance to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I'll definitely book this place.

GGuest UserLocation: It's right up a small slope opposite the 'Romance Park' (Qian Gu Qing), so the location is very convenient. The ambiance is cozy, highly recommended. Plus, the hotel offers free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area in the morning, but I missed it due to timing, so I took a taxi for about 45 yuan. Coming back from the scenic area, there were too many people, so I had to share a ride. Remember not to share a ride right at the scenic area entrance as it's very expensive. If you walk a little further away, you can find shared rides for about half the price.
Service: The ladies (staff) were very enthusiastic, they came down to guide me and even helped with my luggage. It was so heartwarming! The breakfast was also very well made.
If you're only staying for one day and leaving, staying near the scenic area might be more convenient. But if you're staying for two nights, this area is definitely the one to choose. It's super convenient for both dining and catching shows in the evening.

The room was even cozier than in the pictures, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. I have to commend the room service; their response time was incredibly prompt. When checking out, they even proactively asked for feedback on my stay and helped with my luggage. I've already recommended this place to friends, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a very pleasant overall environment, nestled right at the foot of the mountain. The scenery on the drive up is, in my personal opinion, as breathtaking as Jiuzhaigou. We chose the 360-degree family room, and our child absolutely loved it. It's highly recommended for a vacation. We also tried mushroom picking, which I personally found quite enjoyable. 😁
The downside is that dining options weren't very convenient. While the hotel restaurant was spotless, the food was just average. However, that's acceptable, as nothing is ever completely perfect.

GGuest UserOur entire stay was an absolute delight! The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the gully entrance, and they offer a free shuttle service directly to the scenic area's main gate. Our room was spotless and odor-free, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. The staff were all so warm and attentive, from check-in to check-out, they were efficient and thoughtful. The restaurant on the first floor also serves great food; the yak hotpot was particularly fresh and delicious. The value for money is simply unbeatable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! This stay exceeded all expectations. The hotel's cleanliness, down to every detail, was impeccable, especially the bathroom. For this price, it's far superior to anything you'd find closer to the gully entrance.

Facilities: The room was spacious and cozy, the bedding was simple yet high-end, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries smelled great.
Cleanliness: Upon check-in, the room was spotless and neatly arranged. On the second day of our extended stay, they also came to clean our room.
