__WeChat221063****The hotel lobby is very tastefully decorated, and the room facilities are of high quality and very clean. I initially thought staying closer to the park entrance would be more convenient, but then I saw that this Manxin hotel offers free shuttle service to the scenic area, has a better environment, and provides excellent value for money. I especially want to commend the hotel staff for their exceptional service. They called us in advance to confirm our high-speed train pickup time, and upon check-in, they arranged our shuttle to the scenic area for the next day. When we were running late during breakfast and worried about missing the shuttle, they reassured us to take our time eating and arranged another car for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and kind. Plus, the distance wasn't as far as I'd imagined; we left at 8:10 AM and arrived at the park entrance in just 10 minutes. They even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. Both the service and facilities were impeccable.

The room itself was very new and quite clean. While breakfast was just okay, the exceptional service from the staff more than made up for it. Highly recommended!

CChantell KohWe setup wechta the moment we checked in. The service was attentive and friendly. The staff were always willing to help in our questions. The family room was spacious and suitable for families. There were also some cats and dogs around the homestay, which the kids absolutely loved and enjoyed as companions. The environment was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient with eating places and mini marts right in front. Our stay also includes breakfast which was warming in the cold weather. Overall, it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay here in Jiuzhaigou.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and there's a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is elegant, and there are many dining options nearby. The front desk staff was very nice; on the day we arrived, we were experiencing some altitude sickness after coming down from Huanglong, and she explained many precautions to us. The hot spring is on the fourth floor, and the hotel will notify you via WeChat when it's ready.

A special mention to staff member H, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Their warm hospitality really made a difference in our experience.
The hotel facilities were well-maintained and of good quality, and all staff members we encountered were polite, attentive, and provided excellent service.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic! The environment is so peaceful, and the room design is incredibly comfortable – I had such a good rest. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied too! I'm a huge supporter of Orange Hotel! Plus, they offer a shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend! If I come back to Jiuzhaigou in the future, I'll definitely choose Orange Hotel again. 🍊

Mmt_hkroom definitely bigger than what it posted, appx 2xx sqft. nice mountain view, super warm, even toilet also has heater. hot water in both shower and tap water. you won't feel cold.

the owner was nice and showed us his ******* house. although they said it will include only 1free shuttle transfer, but they gave us free ride 6 times(only to the nearby location, within 5mins) !.
the wooden structure has a warmth feeling also smells excellent.
the outdoor sitting is also included in the hallway, dinner portion sssuppppeeer big. highly recommend the 耗牛stew, yuummmmuyyyyy

WwendyTraveling to Jiuzhaigou during the May Day holiday, I chose to stay at the Vienna International Hotel. It's only 4 kilometers from the scenic area, and they offer a free shuttle service in the morning, which saved us the hassle of finding a taxi – super convenient! The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful, proactively assisting us with arranging transportation. Any questions we had during our stay were answered immediately when we messaged them. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was very diverse. In the evenings, you can also order yak hotpot and Sichuan cuisine, which was a nice touch.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, it is very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area and just a short walk away. The room was very clean and comfortable, providing a perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring. I also want to specially thank Klein at the front desk. His excellent English made communication so easy, and he was incredibly helpful with booking my show and bus tickets. Great service and a lovely hotel overall. Highly recommended

JJijishunliThe location is convenient. I took a direct bus from Huanglong Jiuzhai High-Speed Rail, and Jinlong Hotel was one of the drop-off points. You can see the hotel right after getting off the bus by the roadside. The hotel rooms are also nice; they even upgraded mine. The front desk lady, Xiao Yue, provided excellent and patient service. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and was quite good, with a decent variety of desserts, fruits, and more. It's also very close to the scenic area entrance. After breakfast, I went to the roadside at 7:53 AM. I was planning to book a ride-sharing car, but a driver stopped to pick up passengers, offering a price of 20 RMB, which was similar to what ride-sharing apps quoted, so I hopped in right away. There was a bit of traffic, but the driver took a tunnel, and we arrived at the scenic area entrance by 8:07 AM, which was quite convenient. One more thing: there's a famous BBQ restaurant next to the hotel, but you need to make a reservation in advance.
