GGuest UserI can't believe I got such a great hotel for less than 300 during the off-season! The facilities are new and the service is excellent. You know that feeling after a whole day of flying and taking the high-speed train, just starving? I was so touched when I arrived at the hotel and received a bunch of snacks. The breakfast has a good variety, but it's a bit far from the scenic spots. Luckily, they have a shuttle bus. As a fellow hotelier, I really have to commend such a thoughtful hotel!

We arrived in the morning, and the hotel arranged a pick-up. The driver said it would cost 140 for two people one way, but my hotel only cost 300! Seriously, how do they make a profit? 🤔
The hotel is a bit far from the scenic area, a 10-yuan taxi ride, but there's a free shuttle service in the morning and evening.
We booked a room without breakfast, but the front desk kindly arranged two breakfasts for us. So grateful!
Next to the hotel is a restaurant called 'Ju Zi Ranch,' where the hotel breakfast is served, and you can also have dinner there. After a long day, we, two starving souls, ordered a beef hotpot for 200 yuan – it was all meat! We ate meat until we were full from start to finish. Even restaurants near tourist spots are offering such good value? Are they really not concerned about making money?
In the evening, I went to do laundry, but all the washing machines were occupied. The front desk told me I could give them my clothes, and they would wash them late at night, then I could pick them up at the front desk the next morning. How incredibly thoughtful!
This was the most pleasant stay during my entire 10+ day trip.

CChantell KohWe setup wechta the moment we checked in. The service was attentive and friendly. The staff were always willing to help in our questions. The family room was spacious and suitable for families. There were also some cats and dogs around the homestay, which the kids absolutely loved and enjoyed as companions. The environment was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient with eating places and mini marts right in front. Our stay also includes breakfast which was warming in the cold weather. Overall, it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay here in Jiuzhaigou.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and there's a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is elegant, and there are many dining options nearby. The front desk staff was very nice; on the day we arrived, we were experiencing some altitude sickness after coming down from Huanglong, and she explained many precautions to us. The hot spring is on the fourth floor, and the hotel will notify you via WeChat when it's ready.

A special mention to staff member H, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Their warm hospitality really made a difference in our experience.
The hotel facilities were well-maintained and of good quality, and all staff members we encountered were polite, attentive, and provided excellent service.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with complete facilities. There's a parking lot and EV charging stations available. Supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies are all conveniently located nearby. It was quiet at night, the aromatherapy scent was pleasant, and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay at this cozy, family-owned bed and breakfast. Everyone was so friendly. They gave us rides to the national park and other places. The yak hot pot was spectacular as was their Sichuan-style sausage, and the daily Chinese breakfast buffet. The beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back.

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel two months in advance, and the price was fantastic. There's a popular BBQ joint right outside, along with other restaurants and a convenience store, which made dining and shopping super easy. The front desk lady was really helpful; she noticed we hadn't booked breakfast and even offered to get us breakfast vouchers, but we decided to go out for some special yak noodle soup instead. The room was spotlessly clean, and the twin beds here are 1.35m wide, bigger and more comfortable than other places. Jiuzhaigou is truly beautiful; I'll definitely come back during the high-water season and stay here again!

CChooBTThis is a 5 star hotel catering to big tour groups . I am a minority of travellers who stays here.i wanted a nice quiet setting which it is . As it is outside the main town centres , every trip out if here I need to get my own transport as the hotel do not provide shuttle service . This very inconvenient I found out .
The room and service are excellent . They help me to get transport out of jiuzhaigou . I have lost faith in trip ,
com booking of transport as they did not even to bother to pick me up to Huanglong trip even after I paid for it. I told trip.com about it did not even bother to complain I just write off trip .com transport service forever ! They may lose a traveller customer too. I paid a hefty sum to get to Huanglong myself .
The breakfast are excellent . Unless you dine in the hotel , restaurant down town is few km away . This hotel is situable for someone who drives or part of tour group. The rates as that of a five star hotels are not cheap.

GGuest UserCame with the family, it's not far from Jiuzhaigou and much more comfortable than staying right by the park. The environment is great! After exploring the park, it's nice to come back for a bath. If you're driving, I'd definitely recommend staying here. The hotel also has a lot of activities, which is a bonus.
