This time in Jiuzhaigou, I booked this B&B with a private hot spring in Zhangza Town, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with a cozy and comfortable off-white color scheme. The outdoor private hot spring pool was the highlight – soaking in the warm water under the stars at night created an incredibly atmospheric and photogenic scene. All the fatigue from a day of travel instantly melted away. The location is right at the entrance of the scenic area, making it very convenient to get there, and they offer free shuttle service. The breakfast was also delicious, with freshly cooked rice noodles and steamed dim sum, perfect for a hearty start to the day.

This hotel is super nice, with an excellent location right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley, about a 10-minute walk from the ticket office. I have to commend the 'E-personality' lady at the front desk – she was incredibly enthusiastic! Every day, she generously gave us fresh yak yogurt (I checked, and they were all freshly made) and even gave us discount coupons for the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is also great; the yak hotpot was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The room has 24-hour diffused oxygen supply, so there's no need to worry about altitude sickness; I slept very comfortably. Plus, the smart home system throughout the room was fantastic, the facilities are new, and the environment is very clean.

An extraordinary hotel. The room we stayed in offered the best possible view—a truly stunning sight, with clouds drifting down as if approaching you and settling right beneath your feet. A room heater is provided. I’ve rated the location 4 stars; while it’s somewhat remote, this specific spot is essential for enjoying such a view—a perspective that would be very difficult to find anywhere else in the surrounding area. The service is excellent and highly efficient; you are connected to a butler via WeChat. We also enjoyed spending time with the hotel’s resident dogs and cats.

We had a pleasant stay here. The staff were helpful with parking, and we loved the two dogs and cats on site — our son really enjoyed playing with them. The room was comfortable, and the bath was excellent after our long walk in the national park. The owner kindly drove us down to the national park entrance when we were ready to visit. It sits directly opposite the entrance to the cultural romance show, with plenty of local restaurants nearby. A few small notes for guests and minor suggestions for the property: There was a faint damp smell when we first entered our room, which cleared quickly once we opened the window. It would help if rooms were aired out ahead of guest arrival. It would also be useful to add a system for the shared laundry, to stop finished laundry from being moved by other guests. Anyone booking should be comfortable around dogs and cats, as they roam the common spaces, we loved having the dogs around. We would recommend this place for families travelling in the area.

The B&B environment is beautiful and quiet, far exceeding my expectations. The room was also very clean. The hot water kettle is the kind that heats directly, which is very convenient. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic; she carefully explained how to use the room's facilities and even helped with luggage. The breakfast was also very generous, and you could get free refills if needed. The driver provides free pick-up and drop-off to scenic spots, which is super convenient, and he was very enthusiastic about introducing the local specialties. I'm extremely satisfied!

After comparing many options for a long time, I finally chose this hotel. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, and even proactively upgraded us to a Superior Twin Room. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and soft, and the soundproofing was great (⊙o⊙). They also provide a complimentary shuttle to the scenic area in the morning. Very satisfied 🤗

The service was warm and attentive, and the room facilities were complete. The hotel is new, with a modern and cozy decor. Disposable toiletries were provided, which were clean and hygienic. Upon check-in, we also received a complimentary fruit and snack package, including two large apples and some local snacks, plus two packs of coffee. It was a great experience. The transportation is also convenient; it's a 5-minute walk to the direct shuttle bus stop. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou and staying at the gully entrance. You won't regret it. They even proactively allowed a late checkout until 3 PM, which was a huge plus! 👍

Chose this hotel in Zhangzha Town for my trip to Jiuzhaigou, and I was extremely satisfied. 1. Environment & Decor: The interior design is unique and full of character (as shown in photos). Tibetan-style wooden structures are paired with huge Thangka murals. The atrium offers an open view with flowing white sheer curtains, blending ethnic charm with a grand atmosphere. 2. Location: Situated in the core area of Zhangzha Town, making it very convenient to visit the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. 3. Rooms & Service: The guest rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. Although I didn't take photos of the room, both the hardware and software facilities are well-equipped. The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful. It was a wonderful stay experience, highly recommended to friends visiting Jiuzhaigou.

The hotel is located about 300 meters from the drop-off and pick-up point for the Jiuzhaigou high-speed rail scenic spot direct shuttle bus and the ******* Epic Banquet (Zangwang Yanwu) parking lot, and about 700 meters from the main entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Walking to the scenic area, taking the shuttle bus, dining, and shopping are all very convenient. The overall room environment is relatively clean and tidy, and we didn't encounter any obvious issues with the sanitary facilities or bedding. However, the water temperature for the shower was poorly controlled; it kept cycling endlessly—cold, lukewarm, hot, lukewarm, cold, lukewarm, and so on—making the shower quite uncomfortable. Front desk service was attentive. Upon check-in, we were given complimentary candy and drinks, with an option to choose the local specialty, seabuckthorn juice. Because the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't switch to our preferred room type, the front desk also thoughtfully provided free breakfast vouchers as compensation. Overall, this hotel is well-suited for travelers whose main goal is just to find a conveniently located, walkable place to sleep near the scenic area.

This was a last-minute trip to Jiuzhaigou to see the red autumn leaves 🍁. We booked a hotel close to the scenic area, and the shuttle bus actually stops right at the hotel entrance, which was so convenient! The hotel lobby is spacious—nothing like the cramped space mentioned in some negative reviews. The receptionist was very friendly and patiently explained how to get back to the high-speed railway station and the scenic area, which made us feel really relaxed. We booked a king room but didn't notice that the window view was blocked. The front desk staff patiently explained the reason to us, and after looking around, I realized it's because the surrounding hotels are built very close to each other, so some rooms naturally have obstructed views. That's probably why room rates vary! Anyway, it wasn't a major issue because the bathroom has a great separate wet and dry area. The overall room layout is nice, clean, and spacious. Their breakfast was quite plentiful, not crowded at all, and with plenty of seating. It's very convenient to go to the scenic area after breakfast—only about 800 meters away and within walking distance, which is truly fantastic. It was also super quick to get back when we were tired from sightseeing. They offer free luggage storage, and heading out for transportation is a breeze. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay!
