WWondering CaterpieEven though we asked for a quiet room on high floor at booking, we were given a noisy room facing adjacent building construction on the lowest floor. It seems like hotel staff didn’t bother checking guests’ room preference requests.
After enquiring with hotel reception, we were given a room at 4th floor but still suffering construction noise issue. After a further change in room, we were swapped to another room on 4th floor but slightly better. Reception service is acceptable. It seems like quiet rooms are available but reserved for ‘some other’ guests. Why weren’t we given a quiet room we requested in the first place?
Room is good but not particularly spacious. Bedding is comfortable, and towels are white fluffy and thick. Room has all amenities like hand towels, bath mat etc Breakfast has a few varieties and serving time starts at 6:30am; suitable for many travellers. Hotel has 2 commercial washers and dryers ; fantastic!
Room cleanliness is not on par with a 4 star hotel; needs improvements and attention. Washbasin plug outlet hasn’t been cleaned and is stained. Basin mirror smeared with greasy marks (See 2 photos).

The room itself was very new and quite clean. While breakfast was just okay, the exceptional service from the staff more than made up for it. Highly recommended!

CChantell KohWe setup wechta the moment we checked in. The service was attentive and friendly. The staff were always willing to help in our questions. The family room was spacious and suitable for families. There were also some cats and dogs around the homestay, which the kids absolutely loved and enjoyed as companions. The environment was quiet and relaxing. The location was convenient with eating places and mini marts right in front. Our stay also includes breakfast which was warming in the cold weather. Overall, it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay here in Jiuzhaigou.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and there's a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is elegant, and there are many dining options nearby. The front desk staff was very nice; on the day we arrived, we were experiencing some altitude sickness after coming down from Huanglong, and she explained many precautions to us. The hot spring is on the fourth floor, and the hotel will notify you via WeChat when it's ready.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly felt it was a great choice. The hotel provided excellent service throughout our visit, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention to staff member H, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Their warm hospitality really made a difference in our experience.
The hotel facilities were well-maintained and of good quality, and all staff members we encountered were polite, attentive, and provided excellent service.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic! The environment is so peaceful, and the room design is incredibly comfortable – I had such a good rest. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied too! I'm a huge supporter of Orange Hotel! Plus, they offer a shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend! If I come back to Jiuzhaigou in the future, I'll definitely choose Orange Hotel again. 🍊

GGuest UserThe best hospitality of tibet theme resident. The location and the view from our room on top of the hills of the village is the millions view. The service is great from the owners and staffs. Thank you to give us such a special experience on our first trip of Jiuzhaigou and far away from Chengdu. This is the right decision to stay here. Very good to experience the ******* culture. Even we communicate with different languages but the service mind and attitude is so good. I know that this kind of good hospitality can not get from another hotel , you can get this from this place only! Thanks for riding us go/back to Jiuzhaigou park 2 days.

WwendyTraveling to Jiuzhaigou during the May Day holiday, I chose to stay at the Vienna International Hotel. It's only 4 kilometers from the scenic area, and they offer a free shuttle service in the morning, which saved us the hassle of finding a taxi – super convenient! The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful, proactively assisting us with arranging transportation. Any questions we had during our stay were answered immediately when we messaged them. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast spread was very diverse. In the evenings, you can also order yak hotpot and Sichuan cuisine, which was a nice touch.

JJijishunliThe location is convenient. I took a direct bus from Huanglong Jiuzhai High-Speed Rail, and Jinlong Hotel was one of the drop-off points. You can see the hotel right after getting off the bus by the roadside. The hotel rooms are also nice; they even upgraded mine. The front desk lady, Xiao Yue, provided excellent and patient service. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and was quite good, with a decent variety of desserts, fruits, and more. It's also very close to the scenic area entrance. After breakfast, I went to the roadside at 7:53 AM. I was planning to book a ride-sharing car, but a driver stopped to pick up passengers, offering a price of 20 RMB, which was similar to what ride-sharing apps quoted, so I hopped in right away. There was a bit of traffic, but the driver took a tunnel, and we arrived at the scenic area entrance by 8:07 AM, which was quite convenient. One more thing: there's a famous BBQ restaurant next to the hotel, but you need to make a reservation in advance.
